Remezzo Villas

We photographed two weddings at Remezzo Villas in Fira and absolutely loved this location. Unlike the busier parts of Santorini, it feels more peaceful, yet still offers those breathtaking views the island is famous for.

The sunsets here are incredible, such a perfect spot for a wedding celebration.

Simply perfect. Very welcoming, pristine hotel and amazing experience. We were lucky enough to spend our honeymoon here and we didn't want to leave. It was also my wife's birthday. The staff organised complimentary wine and a cake for us to celebrate. The people are just as amazing as the view. If we're lucky enough to ever return, we will be staying here.

I cannot recommend Remezzo Villas highly enough! The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are old wine caves, and each room has an amazing view of the caldera. They also have a lovely pool area with several umbrellas for shade. Vassilis and Christina (and all of the staff) were beyond helpful during our stay, they helped arrange a car rental for us, and gave us many recommendations for things to do around the island. They have a set 3 course breakfast every morning, and it was some of the most delicious food we had on our vacation. In addition, my daughter has celiac and they were able to provide her with gluten free choices. Finally, Fava the hotel dog is super cool! We could have stayed there for another week, and if we're ever back, it will be the only choice.

The hotel serves and location is so good and the room is so clean nice

Supercool hotel with the most amazing staff ever. They are simply fantastic in assisting and making my the stay just heavenly. My wife is vegan and just mentioning was enough and automatic a special breakfast was prepared - breakfast is a multi course feast… the location and rooms are just lit. Sitting with a glass of wine looking at the sunset - ignore Oia :).

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. A very special thank you to Vassilis, the owner, whose hospitality truly stood out. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was seamless and enjoyable.

Not only was the team professional and welcoming, but they also shared fantastic local tips — from where to enjoy dinner to hidden spots to explore around the area. Thanks to their recommendations, I got to experience the island like a local.

The room itself was cozy and beautifully maintained, with one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in during my travels. And the highlight? The sunset view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking — the kind of view you never forget.

If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality, this is it. I would come back in a heartbeat!
