Canaves Oia Boutique Hotel

We did not have a good experience at this hotel. And do not recommend. We paid $2500/night for 2 bedrooms, peak August time. last year We got a dark room with very limited ocean view from living room. The master bathroom sink and shower overflowed, they sent someone from facility to fix, the sink got fixed but the shower never resolved.. We showered standing in the stinky backflow dirty water the whole stay. For more than 2k a night, we expected an amazing experience, we didn't get that.. When we checked out, i expressed my dissatisfaction, reception didn't even look up to acknowledge and apologize for the inconvenience. However the breakfast crew was great, and the view from the pool was beautiful, but not enough for us to go back and spend beaucoup money...no thank you...

**This is in respond to the hotel reply, my last name is Vo we arrived Aug 3 2023, we stayed in the 2 bedrooms suite/room... my review is based on my precise experience, no more no less..if you try to say this is not your hotel then again you are avoiding addressing the issues we experienced and that only makes you look bad further. if you do look up the record, you will see other problems like the patio umbrella was broken when we arrived, and we had to call to get it repaired... its funny how no one look after the basic stuff here, and we had to be the guest to report all the problems..
