A very nice wooden home next to Ioannina centre. There is parking in the property and the location is excellent to both visit Ioannina proper or go on a drive to Zagoria and the mountains. It's fully equipped in case you need to cook, the temperature was great thanks to the AC and fireplace combo.

everything was great in the room. the staff was polite and helpful. big parking outside. would have been nice to have an electric kettle in the room.
Although I find "Boutique Hotel" a gross overstatement, we were quite happy with the hotel. Although it's age is showing, the rooms were big, there were TVs in both rooms of the suite, the bathroom had been refurbished nicely, there was free wifi and the breakfast was satisfactory.
The price was reasonable.
The hotel is 3 minutes by foot from the cave but several minutes drive to the city center...

The beautiful renovated stone building in which the hotel is located has a beautifully decorated interior. Quiet and friendly environment allows for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.
The room were lovely and big. The staffs were all nice and friendly especially Natasha. Unfortunately I was ill after a few days so I can't remember much after that. I would recommend this hotel to friends and families.
Best breakfast I had on my trip. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room design was really comfortable and the place is very clean. The wifi was good.

Lets start with the bad: bad service and no reception after 1600 o clock, i had to take a call so to have a password and get in after a long and tired day. They told me that they sent the password by mail (to expedia!!!???) as an excuse, the bathroom was very small. And now the good : quite place and clean room. i have to mention that the receptionist at the checkout was impolite and when i asked for...
Way to expensive for what you get.
Loud neighborhood, very close to very busy road.breakfast is prepared in the room shared with the toilet, which honestly surprised us.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is breakfast included in the price. The balconies are large. The hotel is close to the center and the lake so you can walk easily to these locations. There are markets close to the hotel. The bathroom, however, needs to be improved.

Very nice simple hotel. Large room. Clean. Wifi. A bit far away , 15-20 mins , if you want to walk to the center. Its cheap and nice.
