Astonishing hotel with great surroundings, offers all the amenities and services, but it's 10km from city center, in a city where most suburbs end in a range 4 to 5 kilometers from the center

Lovely place. Great spa facility. Pool was closed off fir my 3 days there. Service at the Pool bar was sporadic. Ok if lots of people there but very kacking if only 1 or 2.

The hotel was very cozy and the staff were polite. I also really enjoyed the spa services. One thing I did not like was that they didn't have a place for our clothes to dry.

I have been here about one year ago and i was a little bit dissapoint abot 5 stars.. to much noisy by students and very confused Breakfast was very good

Nice and quiet hotel either for business or personal trips. Spacious and quiet rooms lead to a pleasant stay. Within easy walking distance from the city castle (15-20 mins.). The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

Good AC!! Great pool with poolside bar serving great selection of hot meals and salads. A bit remote for walking, overlooking the airport and lagoon - but a taxi can take you straight to the door!

It was a good hotel. It had a very complete breakfast. The hotel personnel were very polite and behaved respectfully. The hotel rooms were well cleaned. The hotel is located in a convenient location in terms of proximity to sightseeing places such as the lake and the castle of this city.

Great service and rooms. Very comfortable beds and convenient bathrooms with large showers. Common spaces were comfy and clean with nice ambient music. We enjoyed breakfast, coffees and late drinks at the bar. Employees were very attentive to our needs and helpful, will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the city. Did I mention the free parking at the main square 2 min naway?

Although not so big and fancy, this hotel was a real surprise for me. The rooms were very nice, the personnel very polite and helpful and the food top quality! Located near the centre, I strongly recommend it for anyone visiting this beautiful city!

Unfortunately we booked last minute so the view from our room was not the best, but other than that, the place is wonderful. The staff is really friendly (very strange in Greece) and accommodating. The room is very comfortable, modern, and clean and the location is right at the center, close to the lake. Breakfast was also very good. A bit expensive but our experience was worth it. Bad placement, little variety of food in the breakfast and the offered spa is not available. The lighting system in the room felt like an escape room task and there is no parking. With that said the staff was very kind, the shower was large and had a nice stream and the bed was comfortable.

Wet booked for a night because it is 10 minutes walk from the airport and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the quality of the rooms. A very nice hotel with good beds, good breakfast, nice people and all you really want.

Not a 4 star spa hotel. No insulation. Next room when they were booking in were so loud I had to go out to the hallway to inform them. They were polite and tried to remain quiet. The night manager got angry with me. With no thoughts for us. They were watching football and discussing every kick which I could hear through the walls!! Could also hear their bathroom habits! The general feel of the hotel is nice but the basement rooms are surely not the best. The laundry room, right next door makes quite a bit of noise during the day. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. Mattress is really nice and the linen is clean

Nice place. Small, cute but as well as cold. In the rainy days there is really cold and you can't stay with a thin-jacket. Perhaps, it may about climate conditions. Lastly, employees doesn't smile, they was looking as if doesn't want us.

The new section was very nice.. very up market compared to the other half of the hotel we stayed in room No 612 ...breakfast was the basic..ie cake.. meat.. bread..good location..noisey outside...we had a problem there ... room No 613 was at it like bunnies at 3am...not that we cared only until the couple were houling attended reception who said the had nothing to offer...as it was getting heated...

They were doing some works in the lobby the day i arrived, it is an old hotel for a minimum stay and the minimum benefits you can have, not so clean room ( hairs from others on my bed!) and a typical old bathroom.after 00:00 there is no one from the hotel till 06:00 in the morning(!).

Lets start with the bad: bad service and no reception after 1600 o clock, i had to take a call so to have a password and get in after a long and tired day. They told me that they sent the password by mail (to expedia!!!???) as an excuse, the bathroom was very small. Way to expensive for what you get. Loud neighborhood, very close to very busy road.breakfast is prepared in the room shared with the toilet, which honestly surprised us.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is breakfast included in the price. The balconies are large. The hotel is close to the center and the lake so you can walk easily to these locations. There are markets close to the hotel. The bathroom, however, needs to be improved.

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent. Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

Great hotel at the suburbs of Ioannina! The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working). The convenience of location depends on your goals. However, the service beats everything - amazing, smiling, helpful, bilingual (at least). The place is recommended for sure!

I used the pool, it has an entrance fee of 7€ (2021) with a drink included (a coffee, a juice or something similar)

Came here to visit the pool. A bit pricey in my opinion (4e pool entry fee + 4e the mandatory drink) plus they didnt want to clean the pool of insects and leaves when i asked them to, making it terribly dirty. Environment was super nice though.

Great, modern facilities combined with traditional beauty and elegance. The stuff is extremely polite and helpful. Dinner was OK, but the breakfast was surprisingly good. Some minor inconveniences weren't enough to compromise this otherwise wonderful experience.

The beautiful renovated stone building in which the hotel is located has a beautifully decorated interior. Quiet and friendly environment allows for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The room were lovely and big. The staffs were all nice and friendly especially Natasha. Unfortunately I was ill after a few days so I can't remember much after that. I would recommend this hotel to friends and families.

Excellent place to stay for a business trip in Ioannina. The room had all the necessary precautions for Covid and was super clean. The owners and staff were very polite and helpful. I need to come back when covid is gone to enjoy the pool as well.

Great room, big, clean and modern. And the breakfast was good too. For Greek standards really good. So I can't understand people who would say otherwise :) Also, there was a comment that some kitchen supplies were expected and not in the room. Nice place in the mountains. There is a Spa. The rooms are large and nice view.For Breakfast lots of good food.But there are also disadvantages. This hotel in in the city centre, has parking and cheap prices. But it is old, needs urgent refurnished, it does not have a hairdryer and has problems du to its age.

Hotel egnatia is placed at central spot near the centre of the city it is not renovated but it is clean and close to the market It’s possible to leave the car in the local underground parking after informing the hotel , prices are low

It's like from the 90s or 80s but I like this atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, the location is good, water is hot and wi-fi works great. For this price it's veeery good

Most other needed service within walking distance (nail, hair, massage, face treatments, shopping, restaurants, banks etc) Courteous front desk service helpful with general info, relaxed about leaving a day earlier than expected.
