Clean, renovated, airconditioned. Polite service. I was surprised by the good quality of the breakfast despite its symbolic price. You will need a car as it is placed outside the city (but close enough). Value for money. I think its ideal for groups, business trips, short stayers. Very happy overall. Tip: call before you book online, you might get a better deal

Odd location,good breakfast but noisy fans on air condition makes it a ...never again . Had to turn off a/c to be able to sleep.

Really nice place. The rooms were beautiful and the garden and balconies were filled with flowers. The owners were very lovely, friendly people. It is a good location for visiting the cave and town of Ioannina.

As an unpredicted 2 night stay after being stranded due to Ferry strikes to Corfu was one of the cheaper options. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a little old-fashioned but Clean and tidy, with new modernised bathroom, fridge, smart TV and air-conditioning. Continental breakfast included was more than adequate, politely served to table due to COVID measures. Near to town centre...

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, free parking space, friendly staff and they allowed our pet. On the contrary old bath, really needs renovation, and the mattress hurt my back.

The best hotel to visit if you want something magical and very clean. Is a magical place that you can walk  into and the people is very  very friendly with everybody that goes there. Also the rooms is extremely clean. The breakfast is very big and good. I will go again for sure in my next trip there and I recommended go everyone.

Nice place. Small, cute but as well as cold. In the rainy days there is really cold and you can't stay with a thin-jacket. Perhaps, it may about climate conditions. Lastly, employees doesn't smile, they was looking as if doesn't want us.

The new section was very nice.. very up market compared to the other half of the hotel we stayed in room No 612 ...breakfast was the basic..ie cake.. meat.. bread..good location..noisey outside...we had a problem there ... room No 613 was at it like bunnies at 3am...not that we cared only until the couple were houling attended reception who said the had nothing to offer...as it was getting heated...

Old hotel but well maintained. Balcony too small for anyone to sit. We stayed two nights but never saw room service

They were doing some works in the lobby the day i arrived, it is an old hotel for a minimum stay and the minimum benefits you can have, not so clean room ( hairs from others on my bed!) and a typical old bathroom.after 00:00 there is no one from the hotel till 06:00 in the morning(!).

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent. Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

Great hotel at the suburbs of Ioannina! The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working). The convenience of location depends on your goals. However, the service beats everything - amazing, smiling, helpful, bilingual (at least). The place is recommended for sure!

I used the pool, it has an entrance fee of 7€ (2021) with a drink included (a coffee, a juice or something similar)

Came here to visit the pool. A bit pricey in my opinion (4e pool entry fee + 4e the mandatory drink) plus they didnt want to clean the pool of insects and leaves when i asked them to, making it terribly dirty. Environment was super nice though.

Great, modern facilities combined with traditional beauty and elegance. The stuff is extremely polite and helpful. Dinner was OK, but the breakfast was surprisingly good. Some minor inconveniences weren't enough to compromise this otherwise wonderful experience.

The beautiful renovated stone building in which the hotel is located has a beautifully decorated interior. Quiet and friendly environment allows for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The room were lovely and big. The staffs were all nice and friendly especially Natasha. Unfortunately I was ill after a few days so I can't remember much after that. I would recommend this hotel to friends and families.

Excellent place to stay for a business trip in Ioannina. The room had all the necessary precautions for Covid and was super clean. The owners and staff were very polite and helpful. I need to come back when covid is gone to enjoy the pool as well.

Great room, big, clean and modern. And the breakfast was good too. For Greek standards really good. So I can't understand people who would say otherwise :) Also, there was a comment that some kitchen supplies were expected and not in the room. But this is a hotel room not an apartment, that's a big difference. The kitchen and refrigerator were a bonus for us. Although we missed a kettle in the room

This hotel in in the city centre, has parking and cheap prices. But it is old, needs urgent refurnished, it does not have a hairdryer and has problems du to its age.

Great location less than ten minutes walk from the lake and right in the heart of the restaurants and bars.The bus station is a ten minute walk and the hotel has its own underground parking free for guests.Economical clean rooms with good air-conditioning,a fridge and decent sized bathroom and also a small balcony.Just the ticket!

Hotel egnatia is placed at central spot near the centre of the city it is not renovated but it is clean and close to the market It’s possible to leave the car in the local underground parking after informing the hotel , prices are low

It's like from the 90s or 80s but I like this atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, the location is good, water is hot and wi-fi works great. For this price it's veeery good

Great price for the service. Great location. Most other needed service within walking distance (nail, hair, massage, face treatments, shopping, restaurants, banks etc) Courteous front desk service helpful with general info, relaxed about leaving a day earlier than expected. Would recommend for couples too!

This is an EXCEPTIONAL place. It has the most beautiful view of Ioannina and the lake. Very short drive to the city, but you enjoy a wide balcony with staggering view and nice cool breeze. The room was very large, and well designed. with lots of windows that can be opened, yet with mosquito nets. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, as well as the bathroom and all other amenities in room. Sparkling clean...

we really enjoyed our stay in Filokalia. Room is modern and super clean. Kinder garden is a big plus.

One of the best accommodation i have stayed. Family friendly hotel which seated 3 kilometres away from the city centre. In addition, you can arrange a seminar for a small company. Finally, its location is perfect for runners who wants to run just next to the water.

This is a really nice 3-stars hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is quite good and the breakfast rather generous. The only small drawback is that it's not that close to the city center.

A new hotel with fantastic rooms and reception,decor. Very clean and the staff and owner extremely friendly. Don't expect a buffet breakfast however they will bring it to you on a tray at your table with everything to cover the family and start your day. The hotel does nt have its own parking however they collaborate with a nearby underground parking which charges 3 euro for 1-2 nights. I highly recommend...

We loved the traditional style in which the hotel has been built, ensuring that the rooms are of good size. Many have balconies with amazing views over the lake, far below. The owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about where to eat etc. Breakfast was delicious!

Our visit at this hotel was outstanding. The owners were very polite and helpful, very nice breakfast . The room was as described, magnificent view, very warm because we visited burning winter time. The distance from Ioannina town is acceptable and also has parking. I sincerely suggest this hotel to any one that would like to visit the territory of epirus.
