Great service and rooms. Very comfortable beds and convenient bathrooms with large showers. Common spaces were comfy and clean with nice ambient music. We enjoyed breakfast, coffees and late drinks at the bar. Employees were very attentive to our needs and helpful, will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the city. Did I mention the free parking at the main square 2 min naway?

Although not so big and fancy, this hotel was a real surprise for me. The rooms were very nice, the personnel very polite and helpful and the food top quality! Located near the centre, I strongly recommend it for anyone visiting this beautiful city!

Unfortunately we booked last minute so the view from our room was not the best, but other than that, the place is wonderful. The staff is really friendly (very strange in Greece) and accommodating. The room is very comfortable, modern, and clean and the location is right at the center, close to the lake. Breakfast was also very good. A bit expensive but our experience was worth it. We recommend it

Bad placement, little variety of food in the breakfast and the offered spa is not available. The lighting system in the room felt like an escape room task and there is no parking. With that said the staff was very kind, the shower was large and had a nice stream and the bed was comfortable.

Wet booked for a night because it is 10 minutes walk from the airport and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the quality of the rooms. A very nice hotel with good beds, good breakfast, nice people and all you really want.

I arrived hotel late that’s why I just slept 4 hours. Despite l slept very short time, l felt so energetic when l woke up, because it was silence, good bed and pillow, bathroom was so nice. Breakfast is amazing thanks for everything 🙏

Nice hotel close to Ioannina. We stayed here in mid-July for 4 nights to explore the very beautiful region. The check-in, although it was at 5am (late arrival) was smooth and professional. My experience from this hotel, could not be better. Located right near the center of Ioannina, it provides wonderful accommodation, with large, clean and bright rooms, perfect services, good wifi, nice breakfast and polite staff.

Its a really nice hotel in the city center of Ioannina. Very close to the lake, restaurants area. We traveled with our 2 dogs and they were very welcome! Amazing breakfast and a beautiful roof top bar with views to the lake! Highly recommend it!

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. Newly designed. It is modern, clean and well thought out. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony, excellent insulation from street noise. Friendly reception gave us instructions to sites. And the roof time bar, beautiful view and Great drinks. And quite the hot spot at night. Not a 4 star spa hotel. No insulation. Next room when they were booking in were so loud I had to go out to the hallway to inform them. They were polite and tried to remain quiet. The night manager got angry with me. With no thoughts for us. They were watching football and discussing every kick which I could hear through the walls!! Could also hear their bathroom habits! The general feel of the hotel is nice but the basement rooms are surely not the best. The laundry room, right next door makes quite a bit of noise during the day. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. Mattress is really nice and the linen is clean

Our stay was perfect! The room was amazing, so spacious and cosy. The bed was super comfortable! The hotel is nice with a nice pool. The breakfast has one of the biggest selections I’ve ever seen! The staff was thoughtful, super kind and very helpful. They gave us fantastic suggestions too! The only thing is, if you want to use the spa make sure you book it in advance! It is not in the centre of town...

Nice place in the mountains. There is a Spa. The rooms are large and nice view.For Breakfast lots of good food.But there are also disadvantages. Shower next to the glass wall and you can see.But the hotel provides a large selection of shower gels.In the end, the place is nice and you can go for a holiday.There's old town.?????????⛺?. We stayed for only one night but was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice, clean, modern and there is a nice gym and pool.

Very nice place , cozy with very kind and available staff . Owner put you immediately at ease. For anything you can count on them. Modern, comfortable and warm room . In the morning you can't be in-satisfay from breackfast , riched and varied . Finally the strategic position allow you to achieved very the center and the university in few minutes .

Such a beautiful hotel in a lovely, quiet area but is not too far from the city of Ioannina. The hotel itself is perfect, really nice touches, modern, clean and perfect facilities. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate you, I changed dates last minute and was even able to check in an hour early - no questions asked. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back!

I stayed at Hotel Anna while my husband was in Hatzikosta Hospital. The owners were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, had a nice sized balcony and plenty of storage. The bathroom was also spacious. The Breakfast buffet was amazing, all fresh. Every area of the hotel I went into was spotlessly clean - my room, public areas and the small but pleasant outside seating area...

The overall experience was good, but the hotel is remote, rooms maintenance can be better. Not sure if there are better options in Ioannina, but this hotel is nothing but fair.

Very quiet place outside the city. Nice modern hotel, beautiful court nearby, well kept grass. Comfortable rooms, nice small veranda with table and chairs. We enjoyed our "picknick" lunch outside the room with veaw to a fresh green lawn. Oh! I forgot to mention big beautiful hall (great place for a wedding:))))

Everything was great except no ramp at entrance to wheel suitcases in and the bathtub was deep and narrow making it difficult for guests with mobility problems to shower in.

The place is great, silent, not crowded, nice terraces in rooms it's better to add 10€ extra and to stay here instead of hostel-style place

What a great find. First, the hosts are incredibly warm and friendly. As soon as we got there, they asked us what our plans were for our visit. When we told them, they handed us a hand written note for a suggested itinerary around mount Vikos. When we were about to head out to town, they made suggestions of what to see around town and even made some phone calls to make sure the Silversmithing museum...
