The balcony was small without enough space for a table or chair with a view of a pool that was empty. However, the breakfast had a huge variety and was really value! Overall, below expectations for the money

There's parking on site, a pool for the summer and a spa should you be so inclined. We'll definitely stay here again, this was an excellent stay on all counts

From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble - from finding us a room on the ground floor (much easier with well-travelled Bubble who is usually easygoing but does not like lifts and cannot walk up too many stairs because of a recent injury), to our discovering the room included two bowls and a dog blanket, a balcony to sniff the air as well as facilities for humans such as a coffee machine...

Astonishing hotel with great surroundings, offers all the amenities and services, but it's 10km from city center, in a city where most suburbs end in a range 4 to 5 kilometers from the center

For humans, breakfast was served in the Orange Grove restaurant and although it is a large catering space, everything we needed was there, from yoghurt to croissants to Epirus pastries

The head receptionist who was so kind making sure we got that ground floor room also remembered Bubble's name the next morning, which was very sweet of him

We stayed for only one night but was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice, clean, modern and there is a nice gym and pool.

We enjoyed every minute of our 3 night stay at the hotel. The hotel is spotless, cozy, full of light and tastefully decorated. 10 minutes car drive from the city center with a parking place at the entrance to the hotel

The room is very spacious, comfortable and stylish with a lovely view to the hills. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection

And of course the friendly, hospitable staff which are always willing to assist any request with a smile. The hotel is an excellent value for your money We will gladly return and recommend to stay here

Couldn't use the pool it was too cold but it looks nice and perfect for summer time. I recommend about this hotel from all aspects

I went with my parents. Super-comfortable and clean room - maisonette for the 3 of us. Each one had his/her personal space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Rooms are exceptionally clean, beds are comfortable, balconies are spacious and the lake views are amazing. After a long day of exploring the city - one can sit at the balcony and watch the world go by

It's a lovely hotel with nice service, grand decorations, and nice rooms. It's in a quiet area overall, but walkable to all in Ioannina. Nice pool, great breakfast buffet, good meeting facilities.

Good AC!! Great pool with poolside bar serving great selection of hot meals and salads. A bit remote for walking, overlooking the airport and lagoon - but a taxi can take you straight to the door!

Amazing staff, the hospitality was unbelievable, friendly and always ready to assist at their best! The hotel is their people! The room was perfect for 4 persons with 2 different bedrooms! Totally recommended and the Christmas vacation was unforgettable for our family! Special bravo to the pianist!! Will come back!!!

The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

The reception area and restaurant open out to a view of the mountains, with a recreational area and swimming pool that look over the lake. We dined twice at the hotel and loved the food, including the generous breakfast

The hotel reception area is beautiful but that wasn’t the only thing that made our stay. The room was nice sized and the bath was spacious and luxurious. The hotel is extremely well maintained and clean

No cable! Indoor pool opens at odd hours - unsure why as no explanation given- no lifeguard is required so don't understand this rule (you have to book if outside their time table- it's difficult to plan exact times when travelling as you never know if you will get back in time)

I used the pool, it has an entrance fee of 7€ (2021) with a drink included (a coffee, a juice or something similar)

A bit pricey in my opinion (4e pool entry fee + 4e the mandatory drink) plus they didnt want to clean the pool of insects and leaves when i asked them to, making it terribly dirty. Environment was super nice though

Great hotel at the suburbs of Ioannina! The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working)

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent

A very good Hotel Important to know it is 15 minutes away by car from the city. Staff was very nice, the hotel room was great. They also kept our bags after we checked out so we can Continue exploring.

I arrived hotel late that’s why I just slept 4 hours. Despite l slept very short time, l felt so energetic when l woke up, because it was silence, good bed and pillow, bathroom was so nice

The room were lovely and big. The staffs were all nice and friendly especially Natasha. Unfortunately I was ill after a few days so I can't remember much after that. I would recommend this hotel to friends and families.

The beautiful renovated stone building in which the hotel is located has a beautifully decorated interior. Quiet and friendly environment allows for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful

There is no parking around, so you need to find your own spot in streets around. Room was small, a bit too simple, but clean. Bathroom is outdated and it needs some love - especially shower curtains and toilet seat

AC in room is positioned directly above the bed, so it’s very hard to set it up to cool down the hot room with windows closed because of traffic noise, but not to have direct cold air current directed at your head

Although it's age is showing, the rooms were big, there were TVs in both rooms of the suite, the bathroom had been refurbished nicely, there was free wifi and the breakfast was satisfactory

The hotel is 3 minutes by foot from the cave but several minutes drive to the city center. Overall I definitely recommend it
