Lovely place. Great spa facility. Pool was closed off fir my 3 days there. Service at the Pool bar was sporadic. Ok if lots of people there but very kacking if only 1 or 2.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it as it’s close to the main highway to go to Igoumenitsa ferry port on our way to Corfu. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. My only complaint was the hotel rooms air conditioner was not working and it was very hot outside.

The hotel was very cozy and the staff were polite. I also really enjoyed the spa services. One thing I did not like was that they didn't have a place for our clothes to dry.

The best hotel to visit if you want something magical and very clean. Is a magical place that you can walk  into and the people is very  very friendly with everybody that goes there. A mid-size hotel, offers all you need, quite large rooms, clean, with all the amenities you wish. On the ring road, that saves you the parking hassle, The owners and staff are very friendly and eager to assist you with your trip. Breakfast is luxurious with all the pies and pastries for which the city is famous.

This hotel in in the city centre, has parking and cheap prices. But it is old, needs urgent refurnished, it does not have a hairdryer and has problems du to its age.

Hotel egnatia is placed at central spot near the centre of the city it is not renovated but it is clean and close to the market It’s possible to leave the car in the local underground parking after informing the hotel , prices are low

Hotel is just outside the city and has great views of the lake. Had a very large balcony. Easy to park in streets around the hotel. The check In and check out was easy. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Water in the morning was only warm with little water pressure. I would recommend purely as it’s easy to find parking

Nice and quiet hotel either for business or personal trips. Spacious and quiet rooms lead to a pleasant stay. Within easy walking distance from the city castle (15-20 mins.). I hadn't been in Ioannina for several years and on the occasion of a presentation I stayed at the hotel. In general, I was very pleased with the stay and the conference facilities of the hotel. Although the weather was generally rainy nothing was able to spoil the view of the lake. Very good services, indeed.

Wet booked for a night because it is 10 minutes walk from the airport and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the quality of the rooms. A very nice hotel with good beds, good breakfast, nice people and all you really want.

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent. Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

Great hotel at the suburbs of Ioannina! The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working). The convenience of location depends on your goals. However, the service beats everything - amazing, smiling, helpful, bilingual (at least). The place is recommended for sure!
