The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

Excellent hotel located near the lake and about 1 Km from the center of Ioannina Very cosy and warm rooms and impressive breakfast with a big variety of traditional foods in excellent quality. I hadn't been in Ioannina for several years and on the occasion of a presentation I stayed at the hotel. In general, I was very pleased with the stay and the conference facilities of the hotel. Although the weather was generally rainy nothing was able to spoil the view of the lake. Very good services, indeed.

Lovely place. Great spa facility. Pool was closed off fir my 3 days there. Service at the Pool bar was sporadic. Ok if lots of people there but very kacking if only 1 or 2.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it as it’s close to the main highway to go to Igoumenitsa ferry port on our way to Corfu. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. My only complaint was the hotel rooms air conditioner was not working and it was very hot outside.

The hotel room is small and the elevator is small. There are also door decorations. The service is generally okay, but they don't actively provide mineral water. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, the same every day. Compared to the city and price, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

I had a room reserved for two nights but my flight in Athens was delayed, so only stayed one night November 2024. My room was on the third floor with a great view of the lake and mountains. I did have an issue with the keypad to my room door, but the staff were very helpful in getting it fixed. My room had a safe and nice bed. Because I am from the States I was not able to find where the heating system...

The room was comfortable but we could hear the noise from the people walking in the corridor. Our room was labelled lake view which may be true in winter where trees do not have leaves but not in summer. There is a parking in the hotel. The reception is only open until 4pm, so we had to call to get the pin to check in and access our room.

Hotel egnatia is placed at central spot near the centre of the city it is not renovated but it is clean and close to the market It’s possible to leave the car in the local underground parking after informing the hotel , prices are low

Beautiful place in the old market

Very quiet place outside the city. Nice modern hotel, beautiful court nearby, well kept grass. Comfortable rooms, nice small veranda with table and chairs. We enjoyed our "picknick" lunch outside the room with veaw to a fresh green lawn. Oh! I forgot to mention big beautiful hall (great place for a wedding:))))

Everything was great except no ramp at entrance to wheel suitcases in and the bathtub was deep and narrow making it difficult for guests with mobility problems to shower in.

The place is great, silent, not crowded, nice terraces in rooms it's better to add 10€ extra and to stay here instead of hostel-style place
