The best hotel in Greece. I had a great experience. The spa was very relaxing, the food was delicious and the interior of the rooms is awesome. I am really looking forward to visiting this place again.

I have been here about one year ago and i was a little bit dissapoint abot 5 stars.. to much noisy by students and very confused Breakfast was very good

Don't get me wrong the staff is great and accommodating, amenities are pristine, maintenance seems excellent

The hotel was very cozy and the staff were polite. I also really enjoyed the spa services. One thing I did not like was that they didn't have a place for our clothes to dry.

It's a lovely hotel with nice service, grand decorations, and nice rooms. It's in a quiet area overall, but walkable to all in Ioannina. Nice pool, great breakfast buffet, good meeting facilities.

Rooms may want a bit of renovation since furniture looked a bit old. It would be nice to have a larger parking as well. But overall nice stay and really good breakfast with great choices for all (including vegan options)

Good AC!! Great pool with poolside bar serving great selection of hot meals and salads. A bit remote for walking, overlooking the airport and lagoon - but a taxi can take you straight to the door!

Hotel Grand Serai offers exceptional service and comfort. The staff are welcoming, the rooms are elegant and the food is delicious. Excellent facilities and attentive concierge

Very comfortable beds and convenient bathrooms with large showers. Common spaces were comfy and clean with nice ambient music. We enjoyed breakfast, coffees and late drinks at the bar

Employees were very attentive to our needs and helpful, will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the city. Did I mention the free parking at the main square 2 min naway?

Unfortunately we booked last minute so the view from our room was not the best, but other than that, the place is wonderful. The staff is really friendly (very strange in Greece) and accommodating

The hotel is truly unique, with its hidden back garden where you can enjoy a drink or smoke, to it’s attention to detail from every piece of art in the lobby & rooms, to even down to the forks, plates and spoons! I arrived hotel late that’s why I just slept 4 hours. Despite l slept very short time, l felt so energetic when l woke up, because it was silence, good bed and pillow, bathroom was so nice

Located right near the center of Ioannina, it provides wonderful accommodation, with large, clean and bright rooms, perfect services, good wifi, nice breakfast and polite staff

I really enjoyed my staying in Aar Hotel & Spa. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. It has big and clean swimming pool and the location is great. Very clean tidy and I highly recommend it.

The general feel of the hotel is nice but the basement rooms are surely not the best. The laundry room, right next door makes quite a bit of noise during the day. The breakfast buffet is pretty good

No cable! Indoor pool opens at odd hours - unsure why as no explanation given- no lifeguard is required so don't understand this rule (you have to book if outside their time table- it's difficult to plan exact times when travelling as you never know if you will get back in time)

Great hotel at the suburbs of Ioannina! The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working)

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent

Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient

The rooms are large and nice view. For Breakfast lots of good food. But there are also disadvantages. Shower next to the glass wall and you can see. But the hotel provides a large selection of shower gels

In the end, the place is nice and you can go for a holiday. Very nice!!!I recommend to go for 3-4 days. But in Grecia there are many good places(near the sea:Thessaloniki Ouranopoli of ERISA

They gave us fantastic suggestions too! The only thing is, if you want to use the spa make sure you book it in advance! It is not in the centre of town which makes it calmer as Ioannina is quite lively and if you have a car, it takes 10min to get there

In the morning you can't be in-satisfay from breackfast , riched and varied. Finally the strategic position allow you to achieved very the center and the university in few minutes

The bathroom was also spacious. The Breakfast buffet was amazing, all fresh. Every area of the hotel I went into was spotlessly clean - my room, public areas and the small but pleasant outside seating area

I stayed at Hotel Anna while my husband was in Hatzikosta Hospital. The owners were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, had a nice sized balcony and plenty of storage

It has the most beautiful view of Ioannina and the lake. Very short drive to the city, but you enjoy a wide balcony with staggering view and nice cool breeze. The room was very large, and well designed

This is a really nice 3-stars hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is quite good and the breakfast rather generous. The only small drawback is that it's not that close to the city center.
