Amazing staff, the hospitality was unbelievable, friendly and always ready to assist at their best! The hotel is their people! The room was perfect for 4 persons with 2 different bedrooms! Totally recommended and the Christmas vacation was unforgettable for our family! Special bravo to the pianist!! Will come back!!!

The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

Good AC!! Great pool with poolside bar serving great selection of hot meals and salads. A bit remote for walking, overlooking the airport and lagoon - but a taxi can take you straight to the door!

Good quality structure. Poor cleaning: in my case the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest: floor, sheets and bathroom full of hair... it made you feel sick

From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble - from finding us a room on the ground floor (much easier with well-travelled Bubble who is usually easygoing but does not like lifts and cannot walk up too many stairs because of a recent injury), to our discovering the room included two bowls and a dog blanket, a balcony to sniff the air as well as facilities for humans such as a coffee machine...

There's parking on site, a pool for the summer and a spa should you be so inclined. We'll definitely stay here again, this was an excellent stay on all counts

Astonishing hotel with great surroundings, offers all the amenities and services, but it's 10km from city center, in a city where most suburbs end in a range 4 to 5 kilometers from the center

For humans, breakfast was served in the Orange Grove restaurant and although it is a large catering space, everything we needed was there, from yoghurt to croissants to Epirus pastries

The head receptionist who was so kind making sure we got that ground floor room also remembered Bubble's name the next morning, which was very sweet of him

Free private parking Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well

Palladion located in thr centre and is very old hotel. But the room was huge with nice ac and fridge. Also has a restaurant and the prices are very good

Has to be the best hotel I’ve stayed at in all of Greece. The hotel is located in the most perfect location, steps away from the Castle entrance, Lake of Ioannina, and all the shopping, restaurants and coffee shops

The hotel is truly unique, with its hidden back garden where you can enjoy a drink or smoke, to it’s attention to detail from every piece of art in the lobby & rooms, to even down to the forks, plates and spoons! This traditional Ioannina hotel has had a successful makeover a few years ago and is a very good choice in the centre of the city, notwithstanding issues of traffic noise; we kept windows closed at night and relied on the efficient aircon for comfort

Breakfast is served in an attractive setting; omelettes are excellent and I particularly appreciated a plate of fresh fruit. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

I arrived hotel late that’s why I just slept 4 hours. Despite l slept very short time, l felt so energetic when l woke up, because it was silence, good bed and pillow, bathroom was so nice

I arrived at the Hotel a little late but Alex, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind to me. He got me checked in quickly and showed me to my room. He even offered to help me with my bags

Wet booked for a night because it is 10 minutes walk from the airport and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the quality of the rooms

it included local meats and sausages and there were some homemade treats. for example their orange juice was freshly squeezed and they served totally delicious omelette!! Their homemade pies were absolutely tasty

This is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Ioannina City the design of the hotel is modern and there is marble decorations everywhere. What I like best was their breakfast

The stand out of the place for us though is the staff - Chara, Angeliki and Costas were beyond kind - they went above and beyond, always willing to help us and made sure nothing was ever a problem

Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient

We had to travel from New Zealand to Ioannina as my father was in Corfu by himself and had been flown to the Ioannina University Hospital after a serious heart attack

The location was perfect, just a short and easy 5 minute taxi ride to lovely restaurants and shops in town or to the hospital and a large supermarket next door (plus other handy shops in walking distance)

It's like from the 90s or 80s but I like this atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, the location is good, water is hot and wi-fi works great. For this price it's veeery good

Hotel egnatia is placed at central spot near the centre of the city it is not renovated but it is clean and close to the market It’s possible to leave the car in the local underground parking after informing the hotel , prices are low

I stayed at Hotel Anna while my husband was in Hatzikosta Hospital. The owners were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, had a nice sized balcony and plenty of storage
