The room were lovely and big. The staffs were all nice and friendly especially Natasha. Unfortunately I was ill after a few days so I can't remember much after that. I would recommend this hotel to friends and families.

An amazing apartment, very clean, great views, quiet location , comfortable atmosphere and very modern design and decor. The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful. Everything was quite nice. The only thing that could change, is the bathroom. Also, in the evening the water was cold and I couldn't shower. But, the overall experience was good and would definitely go again.

Although I find "Boutique Hotel" a gross overstatement, we were quite happy with the hotel. Although it's age is showing, the rooms were big, there were TVs in both rooms of the suite, the bathroom had been refurbished nicely, there was free wifi and the breakfast was satisfactory. Our 4th stay here, very nice staff, lovely luxury hotel just a short walk down to Ioannina old Town and the lake. Amazing breakfast! It is a really nice traditional hotel reflecting the spirit of the old Town of Ioannina. Parking is limited but the hotel offers auxiliary parking in an underground parking area.

The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent. Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

Great hotel at the suburbs of Ioannina! The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working). The convenience of location depends on your goals. However, the service beats everything - amazing, smiling, helpful, bilingual (at least). The place is recommended for sure!

Nice and quiet hotel either for business or personal trips. Spacious and quiet rooms lead to a pleasant stay. Within easy walking distance from the city castle (15-20 mins.). Good breakfast, a variety of choices. There are several wellness options, although I didn't have the time to use any of them.

I hadn't been in Ioannina for several years and on the occasion of a presentation I stayed at the hotel. In general, I was very pleased with the stay and the conference facilities of the hotel. Although the weather was generally rainy nothing was able to spoil the view of the lake. Very good services, indeed.

Wet booked for a night because it is 10 minutes walk from the airport and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the quality of the rooms. A very nice hotel with good beds, good breakfast, nice people and all you really want.

They were doing some works in the lobby the day i arrived, it is an old hotel for a minimum stay and the minimum benefits you can have, not so clean room ( hairs from others on my bed!) and a typical old bathroom.after 00:00 there is no one from the hotel till 06:00 in the morning(!).

Everything was great except no ramp at entrance to wheel suitcases in and the bathtub was deep and narrow making it difficult for guests with mobility problems to shower in.
