The beautiful renovated stone building in which the hotel is located has a beautifully decorated interior. Quiet and friendly environment allows for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The room were lovely and big. The staffs were all nice and friendly especially Natasha. Unfortunately I was ill after a few days so I can't remember much after that. I would recommend this hotel to friends and families.

Clean and tight no reception online with Code Exzess to the rooms and entrance. An amazing apartment, very clean, great views, quiet location , comfortable atmosphere and very modern design and decor. The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful. The breakfast was amazing and the owner was very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is located in not really interesting area, about 1km from the center. It is very loud area with frequent traffic that made it impossible for us to sleep with windows open. Everything was very good. Only the curtains of the bath was sort so the water was going out. The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, the towels and sheets was very clean and I believe that if I will come again and stay in Ioannina I will stay here again

Everything was quite nice. The only thing that could change, is the bathroom. Also, in the evening the water was cold and I couldn't shower. But, the overall experience was good and would definitely go again.

We only stopped at Ioannina for 1 night as a stopover between Igoumenitsa and Bulgaria and it was great. We really appreciated the fact that the lady arrived earlier to prepare the breakfast in advance for us since we had to leave early.

Although I find "Boutique Hotel" a gross overstatement, we were quite happy with the hotel. Although it's age is showing, the rooms were big, there were TVs in both rooms of the suite, the bathroom had been refurbished nicely, there was free wifi and the breakfast was satisfactory. Nice and quiet hotel either for business or personal trips. Spacious and quiet rooms lead to a pleasant stay. Within easy walking distance from the city castle (15-20 mins.). Good breakfast, a variety of choices. There are several wellness options, although I didn't have the time to use any of them.

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent. Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

Great hotel at the suburbs of Ioannina! The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working). The convenience of location depends on your goals. However, the service beats everything - amazing, smiling, helpful, bilingual (at least). The place is recommended for sure!
