Amazing staff, the hospitality was unbelievable, friendly and always ready to assist at their best! The hotel is their people! The room was perfect for 4 persons with 2 different bedrooms! Totally recommended and the Christmas vacation was unforgettable for our family! Special bravo to the pianist!! Will come back!!!

Great location! The hotel was amazing, spacious rooms, great breakfast, lovely and polite staff. The facilities were really impressive, loved the Spa area and swimming pool. Hopefully I will return soon.

It's a lovely hotel with nice service, grand decorations, and nice rooms. It's in a quiet area overall, but walkable to all in Ioannina. Nice pool, great breakfast buffet, good meeting facilities.

The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

Staff at pool was inattentive and had to constantly walk to bar to order and very slow with orders. Pool area is very beautiful, clean and classy. Nice area to sit and enjoy a coffe and snack off to the side

The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating, even considering we had an infant and the associated trouble they bring. It's a fair walk (20min) from town, but good for walking off a heavy dinner

Continental breakfast excellent! Had a wonderful lunch by the waterfall everything was delicious! Dessert too! I am in no way complaining just providing some feedback

Carpets in lobby and hallway of 710 need either cleaning or replacing and fragrance of entire indoor hotel is too musky but is just my personal opinion

This time room 710 construction going on outside in the back kept us from balcony but is understandable would have liked to be told before

Loved it! Amazing stay and loved the pool! Wasn’t busy at all and staff were excellent. Rooms had a great view and the bed was extremely comfortably!

In our room the phone in the room didn't work but only the bathroom phone, the toilet didn't lock, the toilet was sluggish without much flow, the ventilation wasn't particularly powerful which didn't help in the immediate elimination of odors

From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble - from finding us a room on the ground floor (much easier with well-travelled Bubble who is usually easygoing but does not like lifts and cannot walk up too many stairs because of a recent injury), to our discovering the room included two bowls and a dog blanket, a balcony to sniff the air as well as facilities for humans such as a coffee machine...

For humans, breakfast was served in the Orange Grove restaurant and although it is a large catering space, everything we needed was there, from yoghurt to croissants to Epirus pastries

There's parking on site, a pool for the summer and a spa should you be so inclined. We'll definitely stay here again, this was an excellent stay on all counts

The head receptionist who was so kind making sure we got that ground floor room also remembered Bubble's name the next morning, which was very sweet of him

We booked this hotel months prior and couldn’t wait to stay. We were not disappointed- they upgraded us to a larger suite room- we lived the hotel which the house was around 200 years old and remodeled

The hotel rooms were more Turkish inspired and we had a lot of room. We were given baklava as a nighttime treat on each nightstand. We loved the spa as well which we thought was very reasonable

The hotel is located in the old town centro area- walking distance and they helped with luggage as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Their breakfast looked good but we didn’t try it

The breakfast service is unique and special, they serve the food to you with whatever you request truly unique. Parking around the hotel is very easy to find most of the times so parking isnt a problem at all

I stay at Lake Spirit every time l visit Ioannina. I have the feeling that they are constantly improving the level of service! The location is amazing, city center and lake are just a short walk away

Good sized room with a very comfy bed. The ceiling shower was amazing with massive water pressure. The hotel has lovely furnishings and interesting pieces of artwork and decoration

Five miles out of town, rather isolated but peaceful and convenient for Ioannina Hospital where my husband had been taken. Otherwise a car would be desirable. Beautiful room, spotless, with small kitchenette

A very good Hotel Important to know it is 15 minutes away by car from the city. Staff was very nice, the hotel room was great. They also kept our bags after we checked out so we can Continue exploring.
