The best hotel in Greece. I had a great experience. The spa was very relaxing, the food was delicious and the interior of the rooms is awesome. I am really looking forward to visiting this place again.

I would recommend this hotel mostly for families (with no kids, you won't enjoy it with them) that are searching a nice experience, not only in Ioannena but also in the place where you are staying, the hotel

Astonishing hotel with great surroundings, offers all the amenities and services, but it's 10km from city center, in a city where most suburbs end in a range 4 to 5 kilometers from the center

Lovely place. Great spa facility. Pool was closed off fir my 3 days there. Service at the Pool bar was sporadic. Ok if lots of people there but very kacking if only 1 or 2.

The hotel was very cozy and the staff were polite. I also really enjoyed the spa services. One thing I did not like was that they didn't have a place for our clothes to dry.

Since the internet was very important for me, I reacted to the reception, and the nice receptionist promised to see what can be done, but except for a reset of the access point (with no success of course), nothing could be done

Rooms may want a bit of renovation since furniture looked a bit old. It would be nice to have a larger parking as well. But overall nice stay and really good breakfast with great choices for all (including vegan options)

The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

It's a lovely hotel with nice service, grand decorations, and nice rooms. It's in a quiet area overall, but walkable to all in Ioannina. Nice pool, great breakfast buffet, good meeting facilities.

Good AC!! Great pool with poolside bar serving great selection of hot meals and salads. A bit remote for walking, overlooking the airport and lagoon - but a taxi can take you straight to the door!

Great experience! We were a group of teachers from Albania, we stayed 4 days. Everything was perfect : Food, room, hospitality. Reception was ready to help everytime

Very comfortable beds and convenient bathrooms with large showers. Common spaces were comfy and clean with nice ambient music. We enjoyed breakfast, coffees and late drinks at the bar

Employees were very attentive to our needs and helpful, will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the city. Did I mention the free parking at the main square 2 min naway?

Unfortunately we booked last minute so the view from our room was not the best, but other than that, the place is wonderful. The staff is really friendly (very strange in Greece) and accommodating

There is adequate parking but not much shade for the cars. Breakfast was a wide selection that should satisfy most diets, including a bottle of sparkling wine for those who like their morning to have a little fizz

The scenery is awesome,mountains overgrown with coniferous forest, it is unlikely that someone will not like

The only downside is the fact that the hotel is RIGHT next to the main road and the noise insulation in the room, while not totally bad, could be better

This was a nice hotel with clean and modern rooms, friendly staff and very decent breakfast

They gave us fantastic suggestions too! The only thing is, if you want to use the spa make sure you book it in advance! It is not in the centre of town which makes it calmer as Ioannina is quite lively and if you have a car, it takes 10min to get there

The rooms are large and nice view. For Breakfast lots of good food. But there are also disadvantages. Shower next to the glass wall and you can see. But the hotel provides a large selection of shower gels

In the end, the place is nice and you can go for a holiday. Very nice!!!I recommend to go for 3-4 days. But in Grecia there are many good places(near the sea:Thessaloniki Ouranopoli of ERISA

In the morning you can't be in-satisfay from breackfast , riched and varied. Finally the strategic position allow you to achieved very the center and the university in few minutes

Rooms were very clean, the best part was breakfast, they had an excellent buffet with cereals, yoghurt, bacon & eggs, fresh breads with jams and spreads, fruit, salad ( tomato & cucumber) very tasty variety of Greek pies, coffee and tea, and various juices

The staff go above and beyond to accommodate you, I changed dates last minute and was even able to check in an hour early - no questions asked. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back!

Great place, very nice host. If you visit Ioanina or you are on your way to Zakinthos etc, this is the place to go. Very clean, all the utilities you need at a very good price.

The big bright room has everything you may need, the bathroom is large enough and well organised and the little shop next to the hotel is really a plus when you want,say, something to drink on your terrasse - or if you like pastries

And this is really the cleanest place we've seen in a loooong time! Note to the French speaking: there is TV5 in the room, which is nice if you're on the road for a long time
