The hotel is very well positioned. Rooms are clean and spacy enough for a couple. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

We stayed at the Mentor for 6 days in July 2024. It is centrally located with ample parking. The breakfast is outstanding and caters for everyone, the pastries and jams are home made YUMMM!!!. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff are very kind and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless and they cleaned it everyday with fresh towels. Breakfast was also delicious. We would go back again as it is in the heart of Vathi.

A good position, on the waterfront, but few rooms had a sea view An average tourist hotel. Rooms simple, but clean and roomy Buffet breakfast good, with plenty of choice. Bar opens on request...prices reasonable

the most beautiful hotel in Vathi. Rooms are perfect and clean. the breakfast is ok. the staff, Barbara in particular, is really top!!! Always ready to solve any eventually problem. Is my second time in Mentor and I think that there will be a third time!!

Very good breakfasts. You can pick out of similar variety of food each morning. And u can also ask kindly personal of the hotel to make scrambled eggs, omelette or bacon on a frying pan. Thanks to the hospitality of Stathis and Michalis our stay in Ithaca was even more pleasant than expected. The facilities and the location (only a short walk from the center of Vathi) were fantastic. Every corner of the hotel had a traditional feel with beautiful traditional pieces of furniture. Furthermore the hotel was spotless and clean including the swimming pool. Looking forward to returning soon

One of the nicest and quietest we have stayed. Modern residence, with all the comforts and with an awesome swimming pool. It has a unique view of the bay, a view that you can't get enough of, whether in the morning or at night, whether you're swimming in the pool or sitting AWESOME place, with amazing owners. Wow what a beautiful private villa on the special island of Ithaca. The villa is clean modern and has views that you will never get get bored of looking at. As all the other reviews have said, Homer's View is an extremely special place. We stayed last week - two families, one in each house - and the accommodation, location and service couldn't have been better. It's the little touches that set a holiday property above others we've stayed in: pool towels provided, bins changed every day, Aki even helped carry our bags up the stairs.
