This place has such a grand feel especially when you can sit on your balcony and look at the majestic views of Meteora and the surrounding town! There's quite a few facilities/activities to do in this hotel. Rooms were spacious and felt complete and the balconies weren't small and felt comfortable to hang around

Our room has a great view of the mountains in Meteora. However, the bathtub only has a half size glass door resulting in water splattering all over the floor after a shower. Buffet dinner was just so so but the dessert choices were quite limited

Disappointed that a 5 star hotel feels the need to charge to use the pool. Have never ever before experienced this. Service at meals was not good and they continually ran out of food so you were always waiting for buffet to be replenished. But very nice rooms in a great locality.

The Hotel is excellent. The rooms are spotless clean , very comfortable , the bathrooms are well stocked and there is everything you need and enjoy a nice shower. Love the shower head. The employees are very friendly, the view is gorgeous . The highlight was the best massage I ever had. Fantastic view from my room. The hotel had a lot of guest during my our stay but they were fast and efficient during check in and check out. Food was decent although a little pricey for what they have.

I had checked in this hotel through my tours. Dinner was good and staff is helpful when I need something. It is nearby central town. Very decent and nice hotel to stay. It has nice views of mountains.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, breakfast had many choices. The best part was the large pool, since we were there during a heat wave. It's a one minute walk to the main street. From there, you can find lots of stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice.

Alsos house was a really good place to stay. It was spacious,quiet and clean and within walking distance of Kalabaka township. I would highly recommend this place.

I would venture to say that there is not a better place to stay than here when visiting Meteora. Easy check-in, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. About a 15 minute drive from Alsos to Holy Trinity monastery parking. The picture of the house is actually from Holy Trinity.

It is far away from the city center. The view is nice but realized that you can see Meteora from almost anywhere in the city. The personal doesn't speak good English. 50 minutes walking trail to one of the monastery. Looks renovated but they painted over electrical outlets and tv stands in a hurry. Booked last minute so it was one of the few places available.

Just after entering the town, it is an old hotel with old facilities, but clean and sanitary. It is rare to have three beds that can sleep a family of four. The service staff are also very enthusiastic.

The hotel is a cab ride from town . Offers breakfast and a buffet dinner, no lunch . Be prepared to come into town . Cab was 4 €. It is a place to stay but nothing fancy. I would not rate it 4 stars. Wine selection was very basic. There are two little chapels on the back of the property that are very nice.

I stayed at the Famissi Eden Hotel one night. The staff is helpful and kind. The room was clean (except for a slipper that wasn't ours left under a table... the room had a view of the garden with swimming pool, clean bathroom but unfortunately the shower glass didn't close completely. Rich dinner, not excellent but suitable. I would go back !

Tourist bus of this hotel filled the whole parking. The room had 2 mosquitoes and there was a missing shower door, we asked for a mop and mopped the water. Breakfast is basic and nice.

I believe part of this hotel is wheelchair accessible, but unfortunately we had to stay on the top floor due to lack of available rooms. The interior of the room was spacious and nice. Amazing view,you get to see Meteora rocks from your bed.the room was very clean .the breakfast was rich and they had the best season Greek sweet fruits.but the best surprise came from the owner who gaved us a reduction without us even asking.we had a problem with our flight.and he was exceptionally understanding.wow!

Stayed at this hotel while visiting the area. It's in a great location, on the main road of Kalambaka with wonderful views of the rocks. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and they offered a lovely breakfast.

I visited and stayed at this hotel as part of my Meteora thrones trip. The hotel is very well located in the town and served by friendly and welcoming staff. However my room was outdated and the bathroom was very dark and shower did not work properly. But I understand they are currently renovating/updating the rooms. Overall a good hotel for 1 night stay.

The air conditioning is not working good enough and it its realy hot. The receptionist try to gaslighting use telling use its working. In the day after there was other receptionsit and she was really nice and said sorry for her college behavior.

In a very good location, only 8-10 min drive from the monasteries, wonderful views from the balcony, very friendly and respectful staff 👍🏻 There was no parking lot, but there was plenty of free parking just a few meters away.

Wonderful stay and well-worth the money! Location is perfect. My only complaint is that it says in booking they offer laundry service but it was not available at the time we arrived, which inconvenienced the rest of our trip a bit. The hotel is in Kalambaka but in Kastraki (which is closer to Meteora). The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was simple but good! We could see the rock formations right from our balcony. Parking is free and fuss free. Shower area was a bit strange with two levels in the bathtub and the water pressure was slightly weak.

The romes are good and comfy but I wouldnt go again for the breakfast. And the view is a plus.

This is a family-run hotel, owned and operated by the family. The hospitality was exceptionally warm, and the owner took a great deal of time and showed a lot of patience in giving us local recommendations for places and experiences we would never have discovered on our own. The breakfast was excellent, and I will recommend this hotel to friends if they travel to the area.

Hotel Meteora was a bless to stay in. The rooms were quiet, modern and well equipped. The bathroom very clean and beautiful authentic finish. Dimitris' hospitality is the biggest plus of this hotel. We got tips for our trip around the Meteora and found them in quiet places without too many tourists, discovered a beautiful hike and saw a wonderful sunset. I would so do it again and recommend it to anyone

The view from our room was spectacular! The bed was comfortable with clean linens but nothing out of the ordinary. Our light and air conditioning did not work. The shower door was broken leading to water getting onto the floor from the shower. Breakfast was not included in our hotel package.

The hotel is located in Kalambaka very close to the mountain monasteries. The rooms we got were tiny, bed was next to the wall, no view and tiny bathroom. We changed it to a larger room adding 30Euro. The towels were stiff and the lady did not want to replace it. (Later they were replaced) The breakfast was fine.

Nice view but a bit pricey for what it offers

Excellent guesthouse at Kalabaka, just 5 mins walk from the station, the owners are extremely friendly and helpful! The room are in modern style with a great view! They provide handmade cake and pie for the breakfast, highly recommended and will definitely come again!

We absoultely loved this place. The view of the meteora rock from here is awesome and welcome warm and nice. We were lucky to be one of the first guest of the new rooms of the structure and of the new pool. We spent 3 fantastic days in Monastiri guesthouse.

Friendly, large family room and super host. Not everything was ready at the hotel and internet was out, but the owner made up to it with a delicious pie. Location is just south of the train station. Not really walking distance to the monasteries, but we had a car. Beds were a bit hard and wall sockets not on the most convenient places. Floors had steps, so careful at night... Me and my family visited Meteora and stayed at Arsensis Guesthouse. It was a beautiful home surrounded by nature and peaceful environment. We loved the hospitality and the good nature of the hosts. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Very close to the monasteries.

Lovely location, easy to go to town and everywhere. The only problem is the tiny bathroom. You must be skinny, otherwise need to step into shower area, then close the bathroom door. Shower curtains was too short. All water on floor when shower. Could not put bath mat in the bathroom.
