Overall, property is comfortable enough and is a great base from which to explore Meteora. There is an outdoor pool, and the setting is very 60s Europe, which is a quaint little touch to have
Overall it was ok, but I was not satisfied with the assigned rooms 331 and 333. The boiler room was outside the window, blocking the view. There were not many people in the hotel, and the front desk was a little careless
We arrived at the hotel about 7 30pm. So we didn't use the inviting pool as the sun was down. Staff met us and helped us into the lobby. The hotel is huge with lots of places to just sit and enjoy the view 😍
Good service from the staffs who provide information about local attractions, transports etc. The hotel is a bit old, but clean and still the best choice in Meteora if you are looking for a standard 4 stars hotel.
The room is small but warm, the indoor temperature is just right in winter, the breakfast is very good, the waiter is hospitable and very nice, and hot water is provided in the hotel lobby
Pros +Staff were very professional and kind +Hotel breakfast was above average +Good parking Cons -hotel gets extremely busy with buses full of tourists who come as part of package deals (be prepared to suddenly see over 100 people check in at once) -the gym was essentially useless -indoor pool wasn't heated which made it almost nearly impossible to use because it was so cold (even during tail end...

We liked the location and nice big rooms and balcony with a view. It was comfortable to get a rest after sightseeing. The only trouble was that the hotel is pretty big and there were several big groups at the same time
The front desk staff are friendly and will provide Sky City tour maps and tell you where to watch the sunset. The hotel has complete facilities, including a large outdoor swimming pool
The restaurant provides a buffet in the evening with a rich menu and the breakfast is also very good. The room is larger, with a large balcony, complete facilities, clean and quiet
There are 6-8 tour buses every day during the few days of stay, which are two-day tour groups from various places to Kalambaka, so the breakfast and buffet dinner will be crowded
The hotel is located outside Kalambaka Town, 5-6km away, suitable for self-driving tourists. There is a large courtyard in front of the hotel for parking
So no chance for a personal cosy breakfast or dinner. But we definitely recommend this hotel as it is one of the best at this place

We paid for a room, they provided us a small apartment! We really love that place. :) The staff is very friendly, the room is comfortable and the location is super! the breakfast is good and tasty
We were with a dog (labrador) and paid 12 € per night for it. Recommend this lovely place - very close to the main street, free parking, good atmosphere and nice view
It is definitely not a 4 star hotel, as we were told, but it is decent. Reception area is spacious, the room was clean but incomplete - missing the other night table. The dinner was below par, the breakfast OK
Very small room, although very clean. The shower curtain didn't close properly. Comfortable bed and clean, fragrant sheets. Really great food, delicious dinner as well as breakfast.
Decent accommodation, could do with some improvements on some details. The breakfast was decent as well. A fair value for money.
The location is near the beginning of the main street. Our room on the first floor did not have a balcony

I had checked in this hotel through my tours. Dinner was good and staff is helpful when I need something. It is nearby central town. Very decent and nice hotel to stay. It has nice views of mountains.
The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, breakfast had many choices. The best part was the large pool, since we were there during a heat wave. It's a one minute walk to the main street
From there, you can find lots of stores and restaurants
The hotel is very new with complete facilities. Rich breakfast and good location.
A small hotel for the general public, with good value for money
I originally thought the hotel was pretty good, as I could see the hanging monastery, but soon after I entered the room, I was hit by a flying insect, not a mosquito. When I got up, I felt itchy and bumpy

Check in was smooth. Receptionist was very friendly, gave us recommendations and highlighted to us the monasteries in the area. There were space for car parking. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent.
Kalambaka is worth visiting. The hotel has convenient parking, is friendly and warm, has a good breakfast, is conveniently located, has comfortable rooms and fresh air. It is recommended to stay. Kalambaka is not bad.
She explained everything to us and even showed us our room and gave us options. The room was comfortable and spacious and even tho it was a bit of a trip back in time everything was very clean and worked well
The Hotel had amazing views of Meteora. We were taken around the monastery’s by a private driver named Panos set up by the hotel. He had tremendous knowledge of the history and knew incredible places to eat
Somehow something about the hotel just put me at peace and made me feel comfortable. I’m not sure why but it did it for me. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee that they provided
This place is the cutest little hotel at the foot of the mountains. Things started off really well when the receptionist welcomed us like we were old friends

The breakfast was really good and fresh, and the staff definitely went out of their way to make sure my stay was good, they were very friendly and helpful
Location is good, walking to restaurants is like few mins. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Can see the Meteora view. I will recommend.
We stayed at Hotel Kaikis for two nights. The staff were very friendly, and made us feel right at home. A short stroll from the town centre and restaurants. Air-conditioned for the hot Greek sun
In a very good location, only 8-10 min drive from the monasteries, wonderful views from the balcony, very friendly and respectful staff 👍🏻 There was no parking lot, but there was plenty of free parking just a few meters away
The receptionnist is fantastic, the kindest person I've see in greece : he saved our trip thanks to his precious advices and contact !
Honestly very decent hotel - nice breakfast, clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area

Note that there are no elevators in this guesthouse. You'll need to carry the luggages up the stairs (from outside of the guesthouse going in and another flight of stairs if room is located on the upper floor)
Otherwise I don't think we would have had the opportunity as the guesthouse was not available for online booking during the Christmas week. This is a warm and cozy guesthouse and we would come back here again
We stayed here overnight during our visit to Meteora (which by the way means suspended in the air or lofty in Greek). In any case, this is a lovely, charming hotel. Our room was well decorated and spotless
I think we were the only group staying in the guesthouse plus one other couple. There is a restaurant next door but apart from that, it is quite a walk to Kalambaka town (not really advisable in the cold)
We spent our first night in Greece here and we all had a good sleep. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The heater worked well and kept us all warm and cozy
The beds were comfortable, the shower nice and the WiFi very fast. The morning breakfast was very good. The owner, a Dutch lady married to a local, was very friendly and spoke perfect English

Very nice hotel. Nice rooms, and great service. Very nice pool next to the hotel. The food was very good, along with coffee, tea, and juice for breakfast.
A good hotel with a modest price. If you go to the area in summer, try to find a hotel with a swimming pool because it is very hot.
It costs £44 a night and served its purpose. We were able to host a small football tournament on our balcony - it was very big!
Really good hotel, Gina is a super owner! Good position, the rooms are ok and the swimming pool is perfect to relax after the trekking !
The hotel is located in the centre of Kalambaka. We had a very nice room with an amazing view to the Meteora Mountains from the huge balcony. The room was nicely furnished and the bathroom had a bath tube
The facilities are very good value for the price, but what is invaluable is the outstanding service. Gina at the front desk gave us precious tips, both for eating in town and for visiting the monasteries

Great hosts!! Clean room, new furnitures, free parking, welcoming crew , patient and help with plesure with every question. And gives good advises about the trip. Best stay in kastraki!! Reccomended
Very clean place, the staff was very friendly, they have even some little birds at the reception that you can admire and listen
Clean. Well furnished dining lounge with a great substantial breakfast. Vasiliki is a joyful host and catered to our needs. Follows the standards of a modern hotel. A pleasant stay.

The elegant and spacious Deluxe rooms of our apartment #504 were designed to exceed our expectations. The friendly staff, delicious food, cristal clear pool filled with comfortable shezlongs and umbrellas are a bonus
The monasteries truly have to be seen to see some unbelievable buildings, and to be lucky enough to actually visit one was a special experience. The night-life provided some nice restaurants, and dancing venues
The location half way to the Meteora, the view of Meteora in one side and the beautiful sunsets over Pineios River Valley give this place an added value that can rarely be found in other hotels
I will definately recommend this hotel to all my friends as a delightful place on earth, the authentic embodiment of the name Eden
We stayed a week in this magnificient, luxurious and welcoming Famissi Eden Hotel at the new hotel wth 9 apartaments
The whole town was great, and all of us on tour went away with great memories

As a bonus, there is a pool to relax in while taking in the view. As for location, it’s about a 20-minute walk to restaurants in Kastraki and just a quick taxi ride to central Kalambaka
The inside was nice, the rooms were alright. Bed was a little small for me. It was like sleeping on a pallet. The view was stunning and the swimming pool great
The breakfast with the most amazing view was a standout: Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and hot options, plus delicious lattes to start the morning right
The hotel is happy to call a taxi for you, and taxis are easy to find in town—we paid less than 5 euros per ride
Hotel is fine. Nice view and pool. However, shower is not practical and no WiFi in rooms.
The views are absolutely stunning—some of the best I’ve seen. Staff were friendly and genuinely accommodating

Great little hostel, heard many things about Dora but didn't get to cross paths. The good news is that Ismael who was managing the place is also an amazing person. Friendly, hospitable, informative and funny
There's a nice little balcony to socialise with other guests
Such a beautiful experience. After such a long travel day, it was amazing to come to Dora's place for a home-cooked meal. She is so kind and generous! The rooms are lovely, and the views are great :)
The best hostel experience, so much so that I felt I should leave my first review on Google. Dora does a wonderful job at making the hostel feel like an extension of her home
We had a lot of volunteers during our stay so everything was clean
But from the other reviews it seems like we missed out on a lot. 😕 She seemed so sweet and we loved talking to her. ❤️ The hostel is what you expect from the price. You have wifi but we kinda had problems with it

Our room was slightly small and cozy but otherwise, comfortable and clean. The balcony was lovely with a great view over the town and with the meteora rocks a surreal looming presence
We really enjoyed sitting there with a bottle of wine in the evening. We actually appreciated the service not being too overwhelming like some of the places we stayed in Greece
The hotel is located in the center of the town. It is very easy to reach the bus station, information, and the restaurants nearby. A grocery store is just next door
this is a good place to stay close to some nice restaurants and the plus is they have a multiple sockets good for smart phones and laptops.
Speaking of service, the staff are very friendly and the room is clean and fantastic with the view the mountains
There are some nice eateries in the area and it's a great location to explore from

Only thing is I wish they would take care of the cats, meaning they would neuter them because they are too skinny and there were many of them, I loved feeding them but I wonder who takes care of them otherwise
The hotel is amazing! The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful, also the small restaurant is great. The food tastes very good and the breakfast offers a great selection
Great location in a quiet area with ample parking. The room is clean, cosy, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the staff provided impeccable service
The location is amazing, had a room with a balcony which looks towards the Monasteris, the staff was incredible, warm family welcome and a heartfelt smile everytime we walked in or out of the lobby
The restaurant Senses, WOW, food is incredible, some of the best food I've had the pleasure of eating in Greece (3rd trip). When we go back to Meteora, which we will, this is my place of stay
Great family hotel with nice rooms and good value for money. We stayed there for 3 nights and we enjoyed alot. We shall be back with friends next year. Thank you for your hospitality. Eli

Our host Chrisoula made us feel more like family than guests Upon departure after polishing off a nice breakfast , I asked chrisoula if she could be kind enough to wrap in a take away bag some of the delicious cheese pies we didn’t consume , as we had a 3 hour drive to Preveza Not only did she lovingly oblige , she managed to fill some extra pies for our trip It was an awesome gesture Air conditioning...
If you have a large back you might have trouble navigating up the stairs, so maybe request a ground level room, but views are just stunning. Breakfast had lots of options and was sufficient
Best possible place for family vocation under Meteora. Mrs Voula is worm host and girls on breakfast and housekeeping makes your stay special. Thank you all for let us join your life style
The moment we stepped into this place , we knew we were in for a treat. The place was filled with nostalgia and charm Has a stunning backdrop of the limestone rock formations
Booked for one night but stayed for two. Really beautiful accommodation and a super breakfast with a fantastic host
The most quaint place I have ever stayed! Felt very much like a home away from home

warm hospitality, lovely touches and details. overall a wonderful stay - especially loved the local honey at breakfast, the pool, and the wonderful women at the front desk.
Charming and full of character. Beautiful pool and restaurant area. The staff were all amazing and a great breakfast is provided with something for everyone!
Staff are very friendly and brought forward the breakfast time earlier to accommodate our commuting schedule. There’s a swimming pool although we didn’t use it. Decent and good breakfast variety given it’s a guesthouse
It was great to have a swimming pool in front of the accommodation. It has antique accommodations, a bathtub, and is located away from the main street, making it quiet and peaceful
Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, great suggestions for where to go in the area
It's a bit far from the main street, so it's a bit inconvenient to go to the market. A little disappointing in terms of cleanliness. But it was okay because the view of Mateora was so thrilling

We had an amazing time at this hotel. We arrived late in the evening, but they waited for us and checked us in. Room was clean and had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains
Everything is good for traveling alone.
The hotel location was not bad, but the room was very small. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day, when I asked for two bottles of water, they said to buy them at the mart
I thought it was because it was so cheap. The front desk staff was often absent at the announced check-in/check-out times. I saw a guest wandering around in his car after arriving at around 8 PM
All water on floor when shower. Could not put bath mat in the bathroom
The city tax is only 1 euro for both. The stairs to the room were very narrow and dangerous. The bathroom shower was so narrow that my arms touched the wall when I washed

It's a good location close to the bus stop at a good price! There's no inconvenience in seeing Meteora, and the staff in the lobby are very friendly! I had a good rest😁
The room is simple but useful. All the hotel is beautiful with a good decoration. The room is cleaned every day. Moreover the owner is very nice and answers all your questions.
This is the most cost-effective hotel in the town!
I spent 1 very good night here. The hotel is very simple, but it has everything, in addition to doing everything to please its customers
Good hotel for the price. Nothing too fancy, but it does the job when visiting meteora. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
As the city is small, there is not much to see that day, other than a tour of monasteries in one morning
