Rooms with nice view of the meteora, sufficient parking provided and good breakfast spread, overall wonderful experience!

Overall it was ok, but I was not satisfied with the assigned rooms 331 and 333. The boiler room was outside the window, blocking the view. There were not many people in the hotel, and the front desk was a little careless

Polite staff, modern spotlessly clean rooms and rich breakfast. The hotel has two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor, and a pool bar that had a variety of drinks and food

Good service from the staffs who provide information about local attractions, transports etc. The hotel is a bit old, but clean and still the best choice in Meteora if you are looking for a standard 4 stars hotel.

Checked in during the off-season, and upgraded the room by two levels, which was very considerate. The room has a view of the boulder, and it only takes ten minutes to drive to the observation deck

The restaurant provides a buffet in the evening with a rich menu and the breakfast is also very good. The room is larger, with a large balcony, complete facilities, clean and quiet

So no chance for a personal cosy breakfast or dinner. But we definitely recommend this hotel as it is one of the best at this place

We liked the location and nice big rooms and balcony with a view. It was comfortable to get a rest after sightseeing. The only trouble was that the hotel is pretty big and there were several big groups at the same time

The front desk staff are friendly and will provide Sky City tour maps and tell you where to watch the sunset. The hotel has complete facilities, including a large outdoor swimming pool

There are 6-8 tour buses every day during the few days of stay, which are two-day tour groups from various places to Kalambaka, so the breakfast and buffet dinner will be crowded

The hotel is located outside Kalambaka Town, 5-6km away, suitable for self-driving tourists. There is a large courtyard in front of the hotel for parking

Hotel Kosta Famissi is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Meteora. The location is perfect—close to everything and ideal for exploring the area

It was a pleasant surprise to find an iron in the cupboard which was very convenient. Breakfast was great and dinner was even better with a variety of greek traditional dishes. The staff were always pleasant and helpful

The property is in a very good location. There are plenty of restaurants and town centre minutes away. The room we stayed in was on level 4. The view was directly at Meteora

The location of the hotel is good right at the entrance of Kalambaka, but to be honest, the hotel itself was disappointing

Stayed here as part of a two day guided tour of Delphi and meteora. Location was very good with great views. In room lighting could be less bright white lighting and more relaxing amber

This place has such a grand feel especially when you can sit on your balcony and look at the majestic views of Meteora and the surrounding town! There's quite a few facilities/activities to do in this hotel

Rooms were spacious and felt complete and the balconies weren't small and felt comfortable to hang around

The highlight was the best massage I ever had. Achilles is very skilled in getting the knots out, very professional, friendly and communicated well in English

Service at meals was not good and they continually ran out of food so you were always waiting for buffet to be replenished. But very nice rooms in a great locality

I would totally recommend to stay in Theatro, the rooms are names after musicals, very cute and comfy with small balcony. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly

It's just good to keep in mind if this is a leg of your trip. All that said I would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was delicious and something I really looked forward to having in the mornings there

We stayed in this hotel for one night as a part of our tour to Meteora. Our room was fine, had a nicely renovated bathroom and a view on Meteora. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both good. Nothing to complain about!

A small hotel for the general public, with good value for money

I originally thought the hotel was pretty good, as I could see the hanging monastery, but soon after I entered the room, I was hit by a flying insect, not a mosquito. When I got up, I felt itchy and bumpy

The bathroom was fine except for the tub; it was small and had two levels, which made it awkward for showering. Each of us almost fell over while showering. We could hear people in the next room clearly

Luckily, those people went to sleep very early. If you need three beds, I suggest getting adjoining rooms. We had three beds in our room and it was tough to move around in the room

Best view in Kastraki. Fantastic breakfast, nearest accommodation to the monasteries and hikes. Lovely staff. Highly recommended.

The staff are kind and helpful and gave us great tips for catching the sunset (the best one of our Greece trip) and for a nice traditional meal afterwards in Kastraki

And the views from the hotel? Simply the best, offering breathtaking panoramas that added a magical touch to our visit

The window opens to a beautiful mountain view with a small garden. The breakfast yogurt with honey is delicious. There are many varieties, most of which are freshly made. The chirping of insects and birds is very rustic

We had a brief but memorable stay at Doupiani House. After the long drive from Athens, we loved the serenity of the hotel grounds and the gorgeous view of the Meteora cliffs from our balcony

Kalambaka is worth visiting. The hotel has convenient parking, is friendly and warm, has a good breakfast, is conveniently located, has comfortable rooms and fresh air. It is recommended to stay. Kalambaka is not bad.

Excellent stay of 1 night at this hotel! Staff was very helpful in letting us know the opening days of the monasteries, how to get there and the bus availability to leave the city! I enjoyed every minute of my stay there and especially the breakfast! Only negative thing is the bath that is half

Check in was smooth. Receptionist was very friendly, gave us recommendations and highlighted to us the monasteries in the area. There were space for car parking. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent.

She explained everything to us and even showed us our room and gave us options. The room was comfortable and spacious and even tho it was a bit of a trip back in time everything was very clean and worked well

The Hotel had amazing views of Meteora. We were taken around the monastery’s by a private driver named Panos set up by the hotel. He had tremendous knowledge of the history and knew incredible places to eat

Very clean room and bathroom, spacious with a very nice view. The lady from the reception gave us a map with the attactions and showed us what you to visit, where to see the sunset. It was a very nice stay.

In a very good location, only 8-10 min drive from the monasteries, wonderful views from the balcony, very friendly and respectful staff 👍🏻 There was no parking lot, but there was plenty of free parking just a few meters away

We stayed at Hotel Kaikis for two nights. The staff were very friendly, and made us feel right at home. A short stroll from the town centre and restaurants. Air-conditioned for the hot Greek sun

We stayed here overnight during our visit to Meteora (which by the way means suspended in the air or lofty in Greek). In any case, this is a lovely, charming hotel. Our room was well decorated and spotless

The beds were comfortable, the shower nice and the WiFi very fast. The morning breakfast was very good. The owner, a Dutch lady married to a local, was very friendly and spoke perfect English

Note that there are no elevators in this guesthouse. You'll need to carry the luggages up the stairs (from outside of the guesthouse going in and another flight of stairs if room is located on the upper floor)

A good hotel with a modest price. If you go to the area in summer, try to find a hotel with a swimming pool because it is very hot.

It costs £44 a night and served its purpose. We were able to host a small football tournament on our balcony - it was very big!

The bathroom is so tiny, the shower doesn't have the curtains long enough, so be prepared to have the floor in the bathroom flooded :-), I can't explain it neither. But overall it is good anyway

The most scenic hotel of our stay in Greece. Rooms are large, all have great views, balconies on the back have incredible ones. Beautiful building, town and scenery. Would stay there again tomorrow.

If you have a large back you might have trouble navigating up the stairs, so maybe request a ground level room, but views are just stunning. Breakfast had lots of options and was sufficient
