Friendly staff and nice environment

Lovely hotel with great rooms & style. Just keep in mind it is not next to Meteora & you will ned a car to get there. However, when you have a rental car it is super convenient

We liked the location and nice big rooms and balcony with a view. It was comfortable to get a rest after sightseeing. The only trouble was that the hotel is pretty big and there were several big groups at the same time. So no chance for a personal cosy breakfast or dinner. But we definitely recommend this hotel as it is one of the best at this place.

Everything is OK. It's just that it's a bit far from town and you need to use a car.

Overall it was ok, but I was not satisfied with the assigned rooms 331 and 333. The boiler room was outside the window, blocking the view. There were not many people in the hotel, and the front desk was a little careless. I only stayed for one day, so I was too lazy to care.

Checked in during the off-season, and upgraded the room by two levels, which was very considerate. The room has a view of the boulder, and it only takes ten minutes to drive to the observation deck. The facilities are very new and clean. Very satisfied.

The hotel is in a good location and has a parking lot. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are well maintained. The room is large, the sound insulation is not very good, the breakfast is rich, and the overall price/performance ratio is good.

Good service from the staffs who provide information about local attractions, transports etc. The hotel is a bit old, but clean and still the best choice in Meteora if you are looking for a standard 4 stars hotel.

The room is small but warm, the indoor temperature is just right in winter, the breakfast is very good, the waiter is hospitable and very nice, and hot water is provided in the hotel lobby. I will stay here again next time!

This hotel is a hidden gem. The views are absolutely stunning—some of the best I’ve seen. Staff were friendly and genuinely accommodating. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms recently updated, and while the beds weren’t the most plush, I still slept well after a long day of exploring. The breakfast with the most amazing view was a standout: Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and hot options...

We went as a church group. The inside was nice, the rooms were alright. Bed was a little small for me. It was like sleeping on a pallet. The view was stunning and the swimming pool great. As a vegetarian there were enough choices for me to choose from. Everyone was nice and accommodating.

Funky hotel in a great location For a visit to the monasteries of Meteora, this is in a great location, with nice views of the surrounding mountains. A nice hotel in Meteora. Rooms are nice inside and most of them have a great view in Meteora. They have free waters and a coffee machine providing new cups every day. I would definitely like to see more effort regarding detailed cleaning. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of food but nothing special. Good enough, the showers are too small, too little room for four persons in one room

We paid for a room, they provided us a small apartment! We really love that place. :) The staff is very friendly, the room is comfortable and the location is super! the breakfast is good and tasty. We were with a dog (labrador) and paid 12 € per night for it. Recommend this lovely place - very close to the main street, free parking, good atmosphere and nice view.

Decent accommodation, could do with some improvements on some details. The breakfast was decent as well. A fair value for money.

At diner time, there was an unbearable noise generated by a group of young people. At no time, the person in charge of the dining room was able to draw their attention or those in charge of the group so that they would not disturb the rest of custumers. It sems to me lack of responsability of the hotel to allow these type of situación.

Wonderful and kind staff, cozy bed, but the room had no balcony and it was above the ventilation so I couldn't sleep all night. Also chicken gyros that was served for dinner wasn't fresh, it was from day before.

Really enjoyed our 3-night stay here! The rooms are comfortable and decorated by theatrical performance titles. We stayed in Fiddler on the Roof and our friends were in the Sound of Music. 3-star hotel would be a more appropriate rating overall I think specifically for the rooms. Although having looked around a lot at this particular area for a hotel stay, I'd say it is probably 4-stars for the area...

We had a very nice stay. Upon arrival we received juice and a cold towel. Staff was very polite. We really loved the view. The food was great! We had a lovely stay.

This quaint little hotel is perfect. In our price we had brekky included which was tasty and plentiful. The room is clean and has a have dryer, bar fridge, computer bed, batha toilet shower and coffee and tea amenities. Hotel also has a pool, a small reading corner and is well positioned. Amazing hotel with really friendly staff in a stunning setting. The staff were so helpful with everything and really welcomed our two year old daughter. They were always cheerful and helpful and gave great recommendations for places to visit and places to eat. The room was huge with lovely decor and we had our own spa bath. This place has such a grand feel especially when you can sit on your balcony and look at the majestic views of Meteora and the surrounding town! There's quite a few facilities/activities to do in this hotel. Rooms were spacious and felt complete and the balconies weren't small and felt comfortable to hang around

Our room has a great view of the mountains in Meteora. However, the bathtub only has a half size glass door resulting in water splattering all over the floor after a shower. Buffet dinner was just so so but the dessert choices were quite limited

Disappointed that a 5 star hotel feels the need to charge to use the pool. Have never ever before experienced this. Service at meals was not good and they continually ran out of food so you were always waiting for buffet to be replenished. But very nice rooms in a great locality.

The Hotel is excellent. The rooms are spotless clean , very comfortable , the bathrooms are well stocked and there is everything you need and enjoy a nice shower. Love the shower head. The employees are very friendly, the view is gorgeous . The highlight was the best massage I ever had. Fantastic view from my room. The hotel had a lot of guest during my our stay but they were fast and efficient during check in and check out. Food was decent although a little pricey for what they have.

is in a perfect location. Apartment in a small building of apartments for rent. Lovely and helpful staff. A comfortable and spacious apartment. Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. Convenient parking.

Alsos house was a really good place to stay. It was spacious,quiet and clean and within walking distance of Kalabaka township. I would highly recommend this place.

I would venture to say that there is not a better place to stay than here when visiting Meteora. Easy check-in, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. About a 15 minute drive from Alsos to Holy Trinity monastery parking. The picture of the house is actually from Holy Trinity.

It is far away from the city center. The view is nice but realized that you can see Meteora from almost anywhere in the city. The personal doesn't speak good English. 50 minutes walking trail to one of the monastery. Looks renovated but they painted over electrical outlets and tv stands in a hurry. Booked last minute so it was one of the few places available.

Just after entering the town, it is an old hotel with old facilities, but clean and sanitary. It is rare to have three beds that can sleep a family of four. The service staff are also very enthusiastic.

Nice rooms. Make sure to ask for the ones facing the rocks. Very good location, handy for restaurants and bars. Walking distance to train station and bus stop. Exceptional staff. They are eager to help when needed. The only minus point is that the hotel accommodates coach parties. It can get hectic and chaotic at times. Door slamming by unruly guests can be a nuisance. The hotel is a cab ride from town . Offers breakfast and a buffet dinner, no lunch . Be prepared to come into town . Cab was 4 €. It is a place to stay but nothing fancy. I would not rate it 4 stars. Wine selection was very basic. There are two little chapels on the back of the property that are very nice.

I stayed at the Famissi Eden Hotel one night. The staff is helpful and kind. The room was clean (except for a slipper that wasn't ours left under a table... the room had a view of the garden with swimming pool, clean bathroom but unfortunately the shower glass didn't close completely. Rich dinner, not excellent but suitable. I would go back !

Upscale hotel with modest rooms and a great breakfast. Lacks in some details....no complimentary water or coffee in the rooms....and we needed a wheelchair for an injured friend that was not available for an emergency....but generally OK. Friendly staff too.
