Where to stay in Kalambaka

I didn't expect it. Very clean, comfortable beds, soft pillows, nature, the smell of Christmas trees. Pool, super staff. We ordered dinner. They brought it. So much food, like for a company. I'm delighted, I'll come back again.

Very quiet hotel due to the pandemic. The staff was very helpful en made feel very welcome, breakfast was good, several cheeses, fruit, egg, sweets etc. And the coffee lady was very helpful to bring all the coffee you wanted. The rooms and bathrooms in need of renovation and soundproofing. The staff is excellent and very polite. The food was pretty OK. The 2 living rooms with the fireplaces excellent. The carpets though although give a warm feeling seem old and dirty.

The hotel is located in the centre of Kalambaka. We had a very nice room with an amazing view to the Meteora Mountains from the huge balcony. The facilities are very good value for the price, but what is invaluable is the outstanding service. Gina at the front desk gave us precious tips, both for eating in town and for visiting the monasteries. 100% recommended.

The best hotel in Meteora. Polite staff, modern spotlessly clean rooms and rich breakfast. The hotel has two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor, and a pool bar that had a variety of drinks and food. Next to the city and with a great view of Meteora. We will definitely come back!

We paid for a room, they provided us a small apartment! We really love that place. :) The staff is very friendly, the room is comfortable and the location is super! the breakfast is good and tasty. We were with a dog (labrador) and paid 12 € per night for it. Recommend this lovely place - very close to the main street, free parking, good atmosphere and nice view.

At diner time, there was an unbearable noise generated by a group of young people. At no time, the person in charge of the dining room was able to draw their attention or those in charge of the group so that they would not disturb the rest of custumers. It sems to me lack of responsability of the hotel to allow these type of situación.

Wonderful and kind staff, cozy bed, but the room had no balcony and it was above the ventilation so I couldn't sleep all night. Also chicken gyros that was served for dinner wasn't fresh, it was from day before.

Really enjoyed our 3-night stay here! The rooms are comfortable and decorated by theatrical performance titles. This quaint little hotel is perfect. In our price we had brekky included which was tasty and plentiful. The hotel is located in the center of the town. It is very easy to reach the bus station, information, and the restaurants nearby. A grocery store is just next door. Speaking of service, the staff are very friendly and the room is clean and fantastic with the view the mountains.

The room was slightly small, but clean. Breakfast was nice, with a choice of cereal, pastry, Greek salad, greek yoghurt, boiled eggs, bread and ham and cheese. There are a lot of interesting pictures on the walls and generally the interior looks interesting. The only downside for me was the smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. It's very strong!

We had the best room with the best view! You seriously can't get a better room with a view like this in the region. There's a wide field in front of the balcony that provides an unblocked view of the rocks Furthermore the family running the place was delightful and helpful. Beautiful and serene stay in a location with easy access to hiking trails and an unbeatable view of Meteora. There's a subtly sweet aroma permeating the place. It feels like a cozy countryside home. We stayed here during a tour with Exoticca. Our rooms were lovely and very clean. The bathrooms were spacious and we had nice balconies. We slept very comfortably! We really enjoyed the restaurant. We stayed here on a tour. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and our dinner was included with the tour. They weren't aware we were vegan even though we'd mentioned to the tour operator, but they provided us with a nutritious meal.

The hotel is in Kalambaka but in Kastraki (which is closer to Meteora). The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was simple but good! We could see the rock formations right from our balcony. Parking is free and fuss free. Shower area was a bit strange with two levels in the bathtub and the water pressure was slightly weak.
