The best hotel in Chania. Beach bar and restaurant is great. The food was really good traditional Cretan. Service is great. Pool and beach great. I highly recommend this hotel. Best for families. Everything you need is here.

The location is perfect – right on the beach – and within walking distance of many great restaurants, making it ideal for a family vacation. We stayed here in 2024. Kristina the manager / owner was nothing but lovely. We stayed in the ground floor sea view room and somehow there had been a mix up with bookings and so Kristina asked if we would move We did - upstairs to a bigger room at no further. Our stay at this accommodation was wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to all our questions and needs. The location is perfect. The beach offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and bed linens every two days. We stayed here when we had our wedding in Chania with some of our closest friends and family. Everyone at Kristall was very welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need. I would give 6* if I could. Pristine conditions both indoors and outdoors. Delicious and rich breakfast in the morning with the sea view is something you won't ever forget. Definitely go for those. Highlight was the loveable staff though. They always wear smile and make you feel like at home. If you ever visit Crete, book your stay here. You will not regret it.

The hosts are warm and welcoming 😎. They even welcomed us with Raki, so sweet of them. Location is superb, with walking distance to a long stretch of shops, very convenient. It's a friendly neighbourhood. We patronized a few shops nearby and the owners were all nice and amiable. Melina's House is a loving looking apartment. Ambience of the house is serene and cozy. Laundry could be done with ease...

We stayed here with my wife and my two children. Antonis and Melina were very kind and helpful. At the arrival we got biscuits, fruits, olive oil, marmelade and Raki :) It is a very kind gesture. The beach is about 500m from the apartment, there are supermarkets, restaurant within few hundred meters. The apartment is well equipped, clean and we had enough space for our children. We will surely return...

Antonis and Melina went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay, far exceeding our expectations- but also making our stay in Chania a memorable one. I will never forget our time at Melinas House and the hospitality from the owners. Nothing was ever too much trouble and when coming and going from the hotel we always recieved a warm smile and offer of a coffee or a raki. The view from our room...

Great location close to public transport. Lovely pool. Staff were helpful. Only 1 room had Aircon, some fans for the other bedroom would have been helpful. Great value for the price.

very good hospitality! The most important thing is that the staff was very kind and helpful in everything we needed and the room was very clean. Also the location is ideal for summer because it is nearby to the sea and a little far of the city center but at a very close distance

Excellent accommodation, the service was fabulous and all we wanted. The pool was huge and our family had a wonderful time!! Definitely going back this year!!

Fair for its price, but standard is pretty low. Wifi wasn't working, bathroom was unpleasant, beds uncomfortable and so on. At least apartment itself was pretty bit with two balconies.

It is very nice place with sea view, apartments are comfortable, modern and very clean. Staff is helpful and kind at any time. The breakfast is tasty with fresh and quality food. Definitely nice and quiet place for good vacation.

Really nice, uncomplicated appartement hotel with swimming pool and basically located at the beach. At lot of restaurants an supermarkets nearby.

Studio room for 2 friends sharing and was perfectly adequate, stayed in room 109 which was steps from the pool and a lovely young lady came in and cleaned/replenished every day, all the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Pool was cleaned every day from what we saw. It is in a quiet area, but a minute walk over the road to a nice beach with bar selling drinks and snack food, close to supermarkets...

Nice hotel with linked apartments. Perfect location with the apartments actually on the beach with the hotel over the road. Serviced everyday and lovely and clean. The only negative is it is advertised as having 3 bars but only the beach bar was open and then only until 6pm. They did however allow you to go to the supermarket next door (that’s open until23:30) to buy drinks and bring into the pool...

Nice hotell, nice helpful staff. Refrigerator and cooking plate in the room. Wifi only available in the reception area, not in the rooms. There is a swimming pool and one small swimming pool for children. Supermarket is just across the street. Bus to Chania takes 10-15 minutes, price pr. June 2018 is 1.90 €.

Good organization, rooms cleaned every day and kindly staff. Close to the Sea, it's the only with a bar in the beach. Maybe to much expensive the bar at the swimming pool
