Excellent location - just off the main road by shops and bus stop into Chania and Agia Marina. Good pool, not too busy. The pool bar plays very loud dance music all day (9:30am - the evening). Everything was perfect Staff is very kind and attentive, pool is great (there is even a diving board). Room, pool and others spaces are very clean. The hotel is close to the beach but far enough of the main road, it is why it is calm.

The only negative is it is advertised as having 3 bars but only the beach bar was open and then only until 6pm. Hotel was really nice, owner very helpful and nice, cleaning ladies also. Rooms neat, clean, wonderful view of the sea. I believe the only downside is the pool bar as it closes at 7pm daily and the food in it could be of better quality. This is why 4 stars, but still good place to stay there for holidays! Great place to stay near Chania. All major atractions within 1h drive. Felt very good here with my girlfriend. Owners very kind, if we come back to Crete we will definitley stop here again.

"Kristal suites Kato stallos". It is a rare find self catering Hotel in Kato Stalos district sea side. The recently revamped interior is absolutely "exquisite" all around and the lovely fine sanded beach right in the front of the hotel. It has a warm homely atmosphere as it is run by a hospitable family, mother and daughter.

I would give 6* if I could. Pristine conditions both indoors and outdoors. Delicious and rich breakfast in the morning with the sea view is something you won't ever forget. Definitely go for those. Highlight was the loveable staff though. They always wear smile and make you feel like at home. If you ever visit Crete, book your stay here. You will not regret it.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. The property was clean and looked as advertised online. The staff was friendly and helpful, and called us a taxi to the airport on our final day. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice apartments and great owners. At first location seemed sketchy but was proven wrong fast. Wish they had ac in all the rooms due to it being so hot. Def worth the stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
