Stayed here for 10 nights with family in July. Cannot fault this hotel at all. The location is good, just across the road from lovely beach which you can cross easily by bridge. Road is busy at times but not too bad. Beach has lifeguard and is nice and clean. There is beach bar which is also nice. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned daily, pool area always clean, robot thing busy cleaning...

Staying at beach side of the road, facing the busy road. Avoid rooms facing the road if you don’t want your sleep to be disturbed by traffic noise. Rooms at this side are new and nice. Lunch area is very small and it can be difficult to find a table at lunchtime. Staff letting guests smoke during lunchtime and this is very annoying and disrespectful. Lunch area is infested with cats begging for food...

This was our third time to the crete palm resort 4 star hotel. This hotel is by far a first class hotel. Everybody is so friendly & welcoming. All the house keeping are allways so happy & allways say kalimera in the morning. The hole place is absolutely spotless. The breakfast is so nice , with such a variety. And the staff just cant do enough for everyone. Be sure to visit the pool bar next to reception...

I can’t say enough about this hotel it’s fabulous! It’s sooo clean , spacious rooms everything you need is right there EVERYONE is so helpful and friendly! It’s close to beach and close to restaurants and chania is 15 mins on the bus !! That’s why we are going back in September ! 💃🏼we love it 💙

Atlantica Caldera Village is a lovely hilltop hotel with amazing views. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Despite being on a steep hill, the hotel has a lift for convenience. The local restaurants in the area are also brilliant. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and excellent hospitality.

People complain about walking up the hill - it is not bad at all. Only last 50 meters is super steep, but for all the amazing views that hotel offers? So worth it. Overall very good hotel, good food (we had only breakfast), I appreciate the fact that there are multiple pools that you can choose from - some of them were occupied by kids and one pool was more chill and relaxing. High up on a hill. Great views and friendly service. I've been there three times. Pretty much the only downside is that climbing up there may be a burden sometimes, but you can look it from a point of view of getting an exercise. All inclusive has good variety of foods and also vegans can find mostly all they need (may need to eat fish occasionally to get enough protein).

I generally had a great stay at the studio in Crete, but there was one point of concern that I would have liked to know before booking: there was a quite steep slope to reach our studio. We were there again in May and June 2019. I immediately got the apartment of my dreams. As always, we booked with breakfast included, as we always have a rental car and travel a lot. It's recommended to fly to Chania, as the layover isn't that long. 2020 got in the way, and the trip was cancelled. We've now booked tickets for May 21st and can only hope it works out. Our cruise ship was detoured here due to high winds and dangerous surf. We emailed the resort and asked for a day pass, which they offered to us. We rented a lovely day bed and towels and enjoyed the sun, bar, and restaurant service. The staff was all polite and professional. Our lunch of pork gyros was delicious. The best part of the hotel was it's view. We took a sea view room and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was courteous. The breakfast at the restaurant waves had good variety even for vegetarians. The sea view with breakfast made it even more memorable. The Italian restaurant at the hotel is amazing too. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good stay for a reasonable...

Wonderful, in every way! Close to the beach, Clean sandy beach and sea. The pool area is also nice and clean. Fits for couples and families, for anyone actually. The room were big enough and the bed was very comfortable. Very good room service. Food was great too. Special thanks to George and Xanthi at the pool bar! You guys are amazing and unforgettable ❤😍

Tidy, newly renovated, clean. Good pool area. Good breakfast. Good location. Stayed in double room; the room was neat but simple (few furniture, small bathroom), bed was of bad quality (very springy, impossible not to wake spouse up when turning). Service was OK but not impressive. AC good. Internet patchy.

The resort was lovely, the rooms were clean and spacious. The buffet was excellent with a good range of food. Martin from the animation/entertainment team was great! We all really enjoyed the daily darts game! Theodora (training captain) in the buffet restaurant was amazing, my 10 month old daughter absolutely loved her. She went out of her way every time to help us. All the staff were so friendly...

We spent half of our honeymoon here we were welcomed with beautiful gifts and friendliness, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean

The hotel of the dreams. The bartrender Angelo was an Angel from above. The bar was a pleasure to hang out, he is so friendly and make the best drinks I have ever drank. You have to visit and say Hello from Kimberlee to Angelo.

Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

I had a good stay overall — the hotel is in a good location and the staff were helpful. However, there were a few things that could be improved: 1. No complimentary water was provided. 2. There was no shower gel or soap in the room; I had to ask the staff for it. 3. Clean towels were not given every day. The room infrastructure is a bit old but still comfortable. Nice hotel for that price. We had apartament with nice view for a pool and sea. Staff was nice and friendlly. Rooms - need change - hotel outside is very nice. Problem is small bathroom and kitchen . Good food into the resteurant. Loalization on plus.

Outdoors areas are amazing with great pools and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It would be nice to know that a/c is not included, but other than that it's a great hotel for all ages

Nice hotel, great swimming pools. Very nice area. My apartment had two rooms. I didn't pay for air conditioning. The bedroom was stuffy but the second room was quickly aired and I slept in it. I covered the windows exactly and the temperature was bearable. The bathroom is really small and cramped but you can get used to it. The room is not as shabby as they describe here. The kitchen is one burner...

The hotel was perfect. The location was so good. Only 5min to walk to the beach or to the nice restaurants. The staff was very frendly. Everything went good with them. In the hotel area was so many cutes cats. They were so friendly too and they were well taken care of. I could visit again anytime.

Nice hotel, good location. The deluxe 2-bed apartment was ideal for our family holiday. Kitchenette was good enough to make tea/coffee and keep drinks cool in the fridge. All clean. Good pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Maybe a bit of maintenance was required in the room: couple of light switches not working reliably. Excellent location for all the tavernas on the main street and the beach.

Beautiful hotel but poorly designed bathroom in our apartment. Pool was ice-cold (we went last week of the season though). Other than that, beautiful stay!

Fantastic hotel, right next to the sandy beach. The dedicated sun beds on both the beach and by the pool were of high quality. The rooms were also nice, with small kitchens equipped with everything you need for making food. The location was perfectly placed next to a shopping and dining street with all conceivable options available close by. We opted to not have breakfast included and didn't miss anything...

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Food is delicious, especially desserts :) eating evening time at beach restaurant is sooo romantic :) 100% I recommend this hotel. Positioned at the main street of Platanias but you can't hear the noise when at the pool or beach. Nice playground for kids.
