Very large and beautiful pool! The staff is very friendly! A little something for my daughter's 3rd birthday! The all-inclusive is very good! With the added bonus of à la carte dinners 👌 I highly recommend this hotel! We stayed 6 nights

The restaurant was open at almost any time and there were basically no restrictions. The kids loved the water slide. Although it was not big, there were not many people and they could enjoy it

We spent 10 amazing days here, everything in this resort is really amazing. Food, rooms with shared pool (recommended), service, options for kids (water park and kids club)

The playing fields were reasonable but nothing more. The water slides were very nice. Regarding the food, the breakfasts were very good but every day was the same food without any variety

A very friendly and personalized welcome, impeccable and smiling service everywhere, superb infrastructure, a wonderful swimming pool, the cuisine is very good and made with fresh and quality products, the cocktails are excellent, the room (upgraded) was very comfortable

We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and 3 month old. The hotel is decent for a family break. Pools and slides very good for the kids and for an all inclusive the food wasn’t too bad although repetitive

Receptionist eventually sent a cleaner to sort it out but we obviously had to wait for this so wasted probably an hour and half in total messing about just to have a quick shower before transfer

Visited in Mid-October for a short 3 night stay. Hotel has been refurbished to a high level and the bars/rooms/restaurant/pool areas are very modern and welcoming to relax

There is also opportunity to make professional photos and buy trips all for good price. One evening We had a issues with light in our room but Electrician has been send within 10 min and sorted out immediately

We arrived at reception for the room to be told we’d have to wait for another 3 family’s to use it first. Not great with young children when you’ve been promised you wouldn’t have to wait

Everywhere is clean, tidy, and well maintained. We had a room with a swim up shared pool because we wanted our own space without the usual sunbed issues

The amenities of this hotel are amazing! The beach is not so welcoming and that's a pity but the pool is very nice. We had our room upgraded from a garden view to a pool view. The Half board service is wonderful

My room was in the Residence Collection (Adults only) which was lovely and quiet with a stunning large pool, plenty of decent seating and restaurant/bar

I was upgraded to a room with a plunge pool and loungers, which was great as I spent a lot of time on my room's terrace

As I have a health condition I was looking for a good quality hotel in a quiet setting with easy access to good quality meals, I found this in the Avra Imperial hotel

This was in stark contrast to the rest of the staff, either reception, restaurants/bars or concierge who were extremely helpful and pleasant

We received a warm welcome and had a room with a communal pool. It was large, well equipped and very clean. The main pool was just huge and well-kept, with comfortable loungers on the edge of the pool

The sea is right behind the main pool. In between there is a small street. Fortunately, this is not very busy, so it does not bother you. At the moment there are only a few holidaymakers in the hotel

The food and drinks tasted good. There is still room for improvement in terms of selection and service, which is normal for a new hotel. Nevertheless, all employees were always ready to help and friendly

The entire hotel area is huge. As a result, the stay was very relaxing and invites you to relax

Plenty of umbrellas and chairs but not cluttered around the edge of the pool which is nice. Just a heads up the beach is loose, rounded rock like much of the coast but it's still very nice to swim and lay on chairs

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has air-conditioning. I got swimming pool next to my room, so I can swim and do sunbathing as much as I want. I highly recommend this place

Great hotel with some really nice touches. The hotels in great shape with super views from your balcony. The rooms are big with quality large bathrooms. The outside pool in a great size

The Wife and I spent a few nights nights here during our "babymoon" in early September. The place was very well kept, the 1st floor room was excellent walking right out to the pool

If your looking for a total chill out with no blaring music, no organised games just a beautiful location right on the beach with amazing staff that can't do enough for you this is the place to be

The rest of the team are just as good and if you like a good laugh then Mateo is your man as long as you don’t mention Football to him as you won’t hear the end of how good Liverpool are !

Good service and very nice and accommodating staff. Very good cleaning and nice evening service from the cleaning staff who came by every evening and asked if we needed anything

Good and varied food and always clean and tidy in the restaurant. The staff in the pool bar were very service-minded

I had been concerned over the mixed reviews, however, I was relieved to find that we had the best holiday here! We had a corner room not in the photographed block but just to the side and the room was huge! We arrived late at night and the chap on reception was extremely friendly on check in and there were wraps in our room which was a lovely touch

Large room with private Pool situated in a quiet area of the hotel. The slides are great fun for kids. Staff do their best to help you

I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it

This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience

The host Nikolas was very friendly and very accomodating. For quite a basic hotel, it was great. Very pleasant atmosphere, and we felt even the maid went the extra mile for us too. She was great, as was our host Nikolas

Our room maid Kristina was very attentive and welcoming. Had a few nice chats with her outside, only met her once in our room, when I had to go back because I forgot something. Thank you for the flowers!

WARNING Cockroaches The hotel is generally awesome, clean all around, clean rooms are ok, although some have bathrooms with glass walls, ok but impractical. The promenades and the area by the pools are cleaned every day

Sam hotel super, mały, kameralny, na posiłkach jest cisza i spokój w restauracji. Hotel przy samej plaży, niestety bardzo kamienistej przez co spacerowanie wzdłuż morza jest praktycznie niemożliwe

Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, chociaż czasem monotonne. Dużo greckiego jedzenia, oliwki, suszone pomidory bardzo dobre. Dużo owoców do każdego posiłku. Desery to najmocniejszy atut tego hotelu

Duże, wygodne pokoje (warto zwrócić uwagę na to że łazienka jest otwarta na pokój) Obsługa w hotelu jest bardzo miła, pomocna. Sobotnia kolacja gala dinner to 6 daniowa uczta
