In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it

This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience

Unfortunately water slides are on the other side of the hotel what is very inconvenient. Also there is not many daily activities for kids. This hotel is definitely not the best option for kids

Our stay at the hotel was really elevated by the very friendly and polite staff. Clearly well trained personnel and a nicely clean hotel. The beach is a stone beach so it’s a good thing that the pool area is huge

Small but nice rooms, good food however menu is repetitive and smaller than before the covid pandemic. The service is very nice and helpful. The pool is huge and has a safe entrance for kids

All in all it was a very nice holiday and we will definitely come back to this hotel, but during another time of the year. In the end of September it can be very windy and therefore a bit chilly sometimes

So far the best 5 star hotel in Greece I have ever been to, according to the beverages and food thats being served. Also the whole hotel team is very friendly and always in a good mood

Euphoria Resort - What you see is what you get! That could be the catchphrase of this hotel. The resort is exactly the way as shown on the pictures. Especially the food is really good

Swimming pools great and lots to do for kids

If I had to really mention anything, I would just recommend getting a proper coffee machine for fresh coffee as opposed to the an automatic coffee maker. We are definitely planning on returning next year!

Amazing hotel set in a beautiful beach. The Greek restaurant was especially good and the orange cake amazing. All inclusive means more relaxing as you don’t need to arrange anything

We spent almost a week at the Atlantic Resort and it was lovely. We had a beautiful room in a bungalow overlooking the sea. It was kept very clean, towels were changed daily

Pool area was also kept very clean, the food as an all inclusive was high quality both lunch and dinner. Lots of entertainment for children even in the evening

Plenty of umbrellas and chairs but not cluttered around the edge of the pool which is nice. Just a heads up the beach is loose, rounded rock like much of the coast but it's still very nice to swim and lay on chairs

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has air-conditioning. I got swimming pool next to my room, so I can swim and do sunbathing as much as I want. I highly recommend this place

Great hotel with some really nice touches. The hotels in great shape with super views from your balcony. The rooms are big with quality large bathrooms. The outside pool in a great size

The Wife and I spent a few nights nights here during our "babymoon" in early September. The place was very well kept, the 1st floor room was excellent walking right out to the pool

The pool/beach area is stunning, and the food/beverage facilities are plentiful and you’re never left waiting. An outstanding stay, and highly recommended

It's a very big hotel sprawled out over two sides of the road and there's plenty of restaurant options, a large central pool and an area of (pebble) beach with sun beds

Lovely pool and rooms (brilliant size for my husband and son). The overall look and feel of the hotel was great

Bad things: beach must be improved with more sunbeds and better entrance to the sea. Not enough sunbeds around the pool so you have to get up at 6

You pay 5 000 euros for vacation and in a 5 star hotel at 8 am you can't find free sunbeds! Only because of this I would never come back nor recommend this hotel to my friends

Even in the swim up pool room we had a family check in two doors up and that was the end of the peace in our room/balcony. I always expect kids but this was on another level

Really unprofessional from the hotel that they don't have enough sunbeds so guests have to fight for them

We received a warm welcome and had a room with a communal pool. It was large, well equipped and very clean. The main pool was just huge and well-kept, with comfortable loungers on the edge of the pool

The sea is right behind the main pool. In between there is a small street. Fortunately, this is not very busy, so it does not bother you. At the moment there are only a few holidaymakers in the hotel

The food and drinks tasted good. There is still room for improvement in terms of selection and service, which is normal for a new hotel. Nevertheless, all employees were always ready to help and friendly

The entire hotel area is huge. As a result, the stay was very relaxing and invites you to relax

I really enjoyed every meal (and haven’t stopped eating!). it was one of the nicest I’ve ever come across. I staid just two days and felt like they were so friendly and ended up chatting with a few of them regularly

We had a lovely stay at Grand Bay Beach Resort. I've never met such nice and dedicated staff, they were constantly making sure we had everything we needed

They also paid extra attention to the hygiene and covid-19 restrictions. It's really convenient that next to the hotel there is a bus station and we could easily go to Chania

Just a dream! The main swimming pool has also a bar that allows you to order drinks from the water

I staid in a junior suite that was really beautiful, spacious, with balcony over the sea and a private infinity swimming pool that was going around the building

Best thing about the hotel is the staff, they were really nice and accomodating, making sure our stay there is perfect (manager, bartenders and waiters all together) The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and modern, and over all very very calm (the "no children" helps)

The combination of these, with the constant concern of the Owner Nikos Vrouvakis how to take care of you, results in you feeling satisfaction for your choice to go there for food, but also the desire to go again

The food is good and variate (lots of fruits and salads but lacking in sea food) There are 3 themes night a week with live music where the hotel is more animated which is a good balance
