This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience. I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

A very nice hotel. In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it. Greece wont throw money at everything like Boris for the tax payer to pay back for decades 😂

I would say that is 3 star hotel. however, everything is quite good and clean, the food is quite delicious too.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Beautiful pools, bars and restaurants. Everything is very clean. The staff are very friendly. Convenient shop on site with a lovely lady greeting you each day. She was very helpful. And the food options in the restaurants and buffet were great. The children also had a lovely time. We did all inclusive and I would definitely recommend it.

This is a low 4 star hotel certainly not a 5 star as suggested. We stayed 10 days at the resort in June 2024. Avoid this hotel if you’re a couple and want a quiet holiday. It's by far the best resort I have ever visited. The service is exquisite and all the personel is very helpful.

Very attentive staff. Typical all inclusive food but still good. Restricted pool areas which limits where you can swim. Area outside hotel complex is scruffy especially car parking area which has overflowing refuse bins. All in all a good hotel with good staff. The a la carte evenings you pay to drink the all inclusive wine.

I wasn't accomodating there but was nearby and spent an afternoon in the swimming pool. It's free, you just need to order something. They make a great Cretan salad.

The staff was great. If its your first stop you have to adjust to the minimalism meets luxury and minimal all at once. It's an adjustment. Nothing a few extra linens can't sort out. You can spend your time poolside or on the water. It's more of a textured rubber sole pool shoe than a leather bottom, not that you couldn't... It's an easy rest before or after, but don't miss out on booking a few hotels...
