The best all-in hotel we have been to. A very friendly and personalized welcome, impeccable and smiling service everywhere, superb infrastructure, a wonderful swimming pool, the cuisine is very good and made with fresh and quality products, the cocktails are excellent, the room (upgraded) was very comfortable ... In short, it's a 10/10!

Disappointed. Won’t go back there because of the food, which tasted really cheap to me. The coffee, which was somewhat fine, was only served at the pool bar. Apart from that, the hotel is quite new and nice, with great pools.

The amenities of this hotel are amazing! The beach is not so welcoming and that's a pity but the pool is very nice. We had our room upgraded from a garden view to a pool view. The Half board service is wonderful. The variety of food and the service delivered it's top quality. I will come for sure if I visit west Crete again.

What a fantastic place. Great hotel with some really nice touches. The hotels in great shape with super views from your balcony. The rooms are big with quality large bathrooms. This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience. I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

A very nice hotel. In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it. Greece wont throw money at everything like Boris for the tax payer to pay back for decades 😂

Really lovely hotel, room had fantastic sea view, located right on the beach. Great selection of food and drinks availble. Staff were amazing especially Mateo, Kostas and Andreas. Very relaxing holiday and good selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend staying here. Only negatives were the AC in our room wasn’t the best and the small number of sun loungers along the pool next to the swim up bar. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach though so you can always get beds.
