The amenities of this hotel are amazing! The beach is not so welcoming and that's a pity but the pool is very nice. We had our room upgraded from a garden view to a pool view. The Half board service is wonderful. The variety of food and the service delivered it's top quality. I will come for sure if I visit west Crete again.
