Creta Princess by Atlantica

We spent almost a week at the Atlantic Resort and it was lovely. We had a beautiful room in a bungalow overlooking the sea. It was kept very clean, towels were changed daily. Pool area was also kept very clean, the food as an all inclusive was high quality both lunch and dinner. Lots of entertainment for children even in the evening. If I had to really mention anything, I would just recommend getting a proper coffee machine for fresh coffee as opposed to the an automatic coffee maker. We are definitely planning on returning next year!

Amazing hotel set in a beautiful beach. The Greek restaurant was especially good and the orange cake amazing. All inclusive means more relaxing as you don’t need to arrange anything. Swimming pools great and lots to do for kids. Highly recommend🤍🇬🇷

She was exceptionally helpful and took the time to explain the hotel’s facilities and the various activities available around Creta. Maria also assured me that my son's allergies would be well-managed and that the hotel would do everything possible to accommodate his needs. Her professionalism and attentiveness have made us feel confident and excited about our stay. We greatly appreciate her outstanding service and are looking forward to our visit.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Atlantica Beach resort and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is the huge area around the three pools. It was wonderful not having to reserve a beach bed with towels in the morning; there was always a place available whenever we came. There are also plenty of beach beds all over the hotel, ensuring a relaxing experience for everyone.
Additionally, the hotel has beautiful green areas with wonderful trees, bushes, and flowers. The beach is very well maintained by the staff, which added to our enjoyment.
The hotel's pool area is simply fantastic. There are very big pools with warm water in all of them, and nice slides that cater to both children and adults. There’s also an amazing separate pool for toddlers that is safe and warm, which is a thoughtful touch for families. The bar next to the pool serves great alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, and the small food court offers delicious options like pizza, salads, gyros, and popcorn.
Despite the hotel being fully booked, there was always enough space in the main restaurants. We never had to wait for a free table. The restaurant is open for dinner from
6 until 12 pm ( 6-10 main dinner, 10-12 amazing warm snacks). The cuisine is delicious, with a big variety of food to choose from. Additionally, there are two extra separate restaurants – one with Asian food in the main building and another on the beach. Guests can book two visits (one per restaurant) for free.
The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering a serene and comfortable environment. The amenities provided were top-notch, including the nice bedding and spacious bathroom.
Throughout the day, there is a great animation program next to the pool with various sport activities. The kids' club has wonderful staff, and our children didn’t want to leave.
Overall, our stay at Atlantica beach hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful stay. I look forward to returning in the future!
I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and choosing to spend it at this hotel was the best decision. The reception staff and guest manager took excellent care of us, making our stay truly special. Good hotel overall.
Staff is the best. The hotel has to brink more staff in the restaurant and bars. I feel they are under pressure.
The best was MANAGER for beverages and food. The reception is nice and polite.
Entertainment nice.
Staff at bars are perfect.

The reception manager promised something but when I asked the staff there couldn't provide the service.

You should improve the furniture in the room . Is it too low level and is looking outdated . The bathroom is too small and better do only shower .
The Beach area needs a lift up, clean the stone, and make the entry on the sea water easy.

So conclusion :nice staff , food good, entertainment nice.

just got back from 2 weeks here with my family, we had the best time. Really good slides for the children, food absolutely fine even if other reviews say otherwise. The roast beef is some of the best I have ever had, and I'm very very fussy with meat. the rooms are a little small and dated but you don't go on holiday to sit in your room, the entertainment team are brilliant. they get everyone involved, and everyone feels included. However if you want to get a sunbed in the morning make sure you get up early. overall we had the best time

Had a super nice holiday. Location is great, on the beach. Water Slides where fun. Room was a bit small but cleaning-service was very good and daily, so this was a big plus..much appreciated. Food was of good quality, but we went out for dinner a few times, to taste the real Greek specialties..if you want to explore outside of the hotel... rent a car.. walking to lively streets would be to far...

We and the kids liked everything in this hotel, even if we got the worst bungalows. All dishes are tasty, all drinks are tasty and stand up to expectations at all times. The water activities options and their maintenance is very good. Applauses.
