Really nice hotel right on the coast. The house is tidy and clean. Although it`s not the newest establishment, it is regularly renovated. The reception staff was always helpful and friendly. Lovely hotel, great location, supermarket just up the road and around the corner, staff had excellent customer service and were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was really nice and had plenty of options, great value for money. Definitely recommend!

Location is mad convenient to explore all the west part of crete. The rooms are cozy, up to date, clean, have nice view and easy access from the outside. People working there are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend again and again to family's as well.

We spent 11 nights with a family of 7 at the Albatros, a family run, medium sized hotel in the center of Maleme, only a short walk to the beach front. Our room is a Modern, Large Studio apartment with plenty of space to relax and all amenities needed for self-catering (Although so far My Wife and I have enjoyed the Restaurant each night). . Very nice, clean hotel. Large rooms. Little out on a limb if you want the busy bars, but they are only a short bus ride away. Good showers and Kosta was an excellent host, informative and let us know some nice places to visit. Try his crazy potatoes, not found anywhere else

This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience. I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

A very nice hotel. In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it. Greece wont throw money at everything like Boris for the tax payer to pay back for decades 😂

Really lovely hotel, room had fantastic sea view, located right on the beach. Great selection of food and drinks availble. Staff were amazing especially Mateo, Kostas and Andreas. Very relaxing holiday and good selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend staying here. Only negatives were the AC in our room wasn’t the best and the small number of sun loungers along the pool next to the swim up bar. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach though so you can always get beds.
