Castro Beach Hotel

This was by far the worst hotel we have been to in Greece. Everything from the start was a problem, incredible smell in the bathroom, very rude bar staff. As part of the all inclusive, there is not even locally produced alcohol, only disgusting beer, wine, rakija which cannot be drunk and ouzo. In the evening, there is almost no steam of water in the shower, the beach is not cleaned. Small selection of food, diners have no service even for drinks. We have discussed with everything several times with the hotel manager, who seems he is not to enjoy his work and never solved anything. Only the cleaners, who are the only positive thing in this hotel, can speak a little English, and we thank them very much for the nice cleaning. Never again at this hotel!

I was on this hotel little bit long time ago. I Hope is hotel better now, because when I was is really terrible. Food was terrible and always the same. Only the barman ( Manolas) was great and he do everything to make it more pleasant our time. The hotel is close to the beach but its only for old people.

05 days out of 15 with airconditioning failed and a interressée direction by the bar than solve problems.
very uncomfortable bedding made simple wooden board.
Two phones in the room and none work.
Hydro massage in bathtub, but misses the cap so no bathtub hydro-massage.
Executive search the pockets of staff to retrieve pourboirs.
Internet only at the reception and paid.
