Lovely hotel, just back from a week's holiday with my family. The rooms were a bit on the small side with not much storage but we managed. Great food, pool, activities if you want to join in and staff all very helpful and friendly.

We spent almost a week at the Atlantic Resort and it was lovely. We had a beautiful room in a bungalow overlooking the sea. It was kept very clean, towels were changed daily. Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

Hotel is located at the sea side. Personal are very friendly and kind. We had a good vacation there. Seaside is amazing with amazing nature around. Thank you

We stayed in room 54 ( sea view) for 10 nights. The room was clean, renovated and beautifully decorated. The wifi (free of charge) is quick everywhere in the hotel. The food is ok, but a little bit boring, since the menu is repeatitive. It would be great if we could buy refreshments (coca cola etc) inside the hotel and if there was a massage spot by a professional. You should definitely add small bottles...

This is a great hotel... Still currently here, the manager Stavros is a great guy along with all his staff. Even being from Scotland we are treated no different no matter what other reviews say. We will be booking for next year also.

The rooms are very big clean and beautifully decorated. The view is so beautiful to the mountains and to the sea.. The stuff is so friendly and good with the customers. The stuff team is very friendly leaving all the customers pleased. The food is very tasty and has a very big variety of choises leaving all the customers satisfied and happy. They have very big variety of food salads and sweets.

Best staff ever. Swimming pools and gardens really well kept. The cleaning staff did a great job. The all inclusive buffet had always new and fresh dishes. We wish we could stay longer!!!

I had no expectations because already once in Greece the hotel was a disaster despite the higher price and good reviews. But the hotel exceeded expectations. Beautiful quiet hotel, not far from the beach. Friendly staff and excellent food and cocktails. If you want to enjoy a quiet holiday, go there. Rooms new and always clean everywhere .

Great Hotel! The food is very good. Two nice pools, rooms are spacious and clean and just 1min walk from the beach and 20min car ride to Chania. You will get a great value for the price.

it was a really good and relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a nice place, low and nice buildings with a lot of pools and access to the beach and sea. We never had a problem finding an umbrella and a sunbed by the beach. As for the pools, here traditionally most of the sunbeds were already "reserved" with towels in the morning. We visited the hotel to spend the day with a day pass, that gave us the opportunity to enjoy 3 magnificent main meals at the buffet restaurant. There was a snack bar during the day which was great for the children and 2 pool bars with some nice cool beer and soft drinks! Will visit again in the future! Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Food and drinks selection is great and a lot of variety. The room we stayed in (sea view room) was good and quite spacious with a great view! The staff and food were amazing. We all sat at the pool and the football coaches were amazing. And the beach was lovely at night, the bar staff were having a good time especially at the pool bar near beach at night and the singer was absolutely outstanding he sang in English which wasn't his 1st language he spoke Dutch, French and English which he spoke him and he was brilliant at guitar singing songs...

The rooms were also nice, with small kitchens equipped with everything you need for making food. Unbelievable beautiful place!! Short walk to a beautiful beach, pool for small children, and 2 other pools. Bar at the pool, good food, great breakfast with what ever you want, yogurt, milk bread cornflakes.... You name it. Been for a week in October but still warm. 25 almost every day. Gorgeous place. Wonderful, in every way! Close to the beach, Clean sandy beach and sea. The pool area is also nice and clean. Fits for couples and families, for anyone actually. Tidy, newly renovated, clean. Good pool area. Good breakfast. Good location. Stayed in double room; the room was neat but simple (few furniture, small bathroom), bed was of bad quality (very springy, impossible not to wake spouse up when turning). Service was OK but not impressive. AC good. Internet patchy.

The resort was lovely, the rooms were clean and spacious. The buffet was excellent with a good range of food. Martin from the animation/entertainment team was great! We all really enjoyed the daily darts game! Theodora (training captain) in the buffet restaurant was amazing, my 10 month old daughter absolutely loved her. Nice spacious rooms, good food. Not enough waiting Staff, Kids playground indoor and outdoor old/broken. Not enough sunbeds on the beach. A la carte restaurant serves food from the Buffet.

Excellent facilities , nice room, nice location, nice food! The only problem was that some people that work there were very unhelpful! I should ask for something 10 times before I could see results! The only people that knew their job was Eirini at the reception, Kwstas at the restaurant and the boys at the pool bar. The other employers didn’t know their job.

With its lovely views of the ocean and sun umbrellas up, we pulled in for a coffee and a break - alas, there is no provision for a coffee and or a drink outside of meal times. The lady in the dinning room was apologetic but couldn't help. Place appeared clean and tidy - albeit that this was early in the season.

We were there in 2016, before renovation. Hotel is very clean and regularly cleaned up. Private suites with pool are awesome!!! When Main pool is closed you can calm swim in yours pool, even on midnight (it's worth try :) ) During the eight days of the stay, themed evenings with the cuisine of various regions were organizerd. The hotel has a well-stocked shop with a wide range of assortment.

Fabulous hotel with first class accommodation and facilities. Perfect place to come to if you are looking for total relaxation. Staff are warm and friendly a true example of Cretan hospitality. Would happily return
