Loved my stay here. Would return. Two couples sharing the great Tikita apartment quite comfortably we enjoyed everything the nice friendly and accommodating host offered. Where to start. A lovely hotel in a quiet and peaceful area with exceptional staff who cannot do enough for you. Rooms are nice and clean and there is plenty of space. This is a great and clean hotel complex. We didn't do the all inclusive although the breakfast buffett covered all bases. The swimming pools offer variety and the beach is fantastic to visit around 4pm/5pm when it is a little cooler. The staff who cleaned are room were amazing and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Instead of the studio we booked, we were given a spacious apartment, which was a great surprise. We just came back home from our stay at Kastalia Village. It’s on the edge of town and it’s perfect- quiet, far from all the crowds. It has large parking so ideal place for people with rented cars. There is some restaurants and shops nearby and a tiny shop just next to it- the lovely gentleman there has everything you need. Had great swimming Pools and activities one thing though the Bar and Restaurant shut to early of an evening by 10 o clock they should of stayed open later at least till 12 o clock so guests could enjoy themselves more with being on Holiday that was my only criticism. Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

Wonderful, in every way! Close to the beach, Clean sandy beach and sea. The pool area is also nice and clean. Fits for couples and families, for anyone actually. The best part of the hotel was it's view. We took a sea view room and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was courteous. Well located hotel run by an excellent team who delivered friendly & efficient service. Immaculately clean with good facilities. We stayed in the new buildings to the rear where we found our room was spacious with new good quality fixtures and fittings.

Our cruise ship was detoured here due to high winds and dangerous surf. We emailed the resort and asked for a day pass, which they offered to us. We rented a lovely day bed and towels and enjoyed the sun, bar, and restaurant service. The staff was all polite and professional. Our lunch of pork gyros was delicious. This was a great way to spend a windy day.

We had a good holiday at the stefan village,all the staff were really good and worked very hard ,we went all inclusive and the food was really good plenty of choice the all inclusive drinks were not very good the beer and wine were passable but the spirits were awful all local stuff, the complex is good for children with kids pools and slides a downside is where the bar is it’s like sitting in a cafe...

Bon hôtel adults only, chambre propre, belle vue sur la mer quand on est dans le bâtiment annexe. Personnel super, toujours un petit bonjour en anglais. Juste un petit point plus négatif : il faut des fois faire très attention pour traverser la rue qui sépare le bâtiment annexe du restaurant de l'hôtel. Absolutely Fabulous Holiday Here. Stunning Hotel, beautiful clean, fresh aesthetic throughout. Had a junior suite room in the building on the beach, WOW! It was super clean, comfortable and within 30 second walk to beachfront. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Food is good, maybe not exactly to everyones taste but we always managed to find something. But we planned eating out a few times anyway...

My adult daughter and I stayed at the beginning of June for a week in a sea view junior suite. The room was huge with a sitting area, table and chairs and ample room for storage. There was a mini fridge, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Absolutely beautiful place, very relaxing and extremely helpful staff, the service was amazing and all staff went above and beyond to help. Plenty of choice of food and drinks and delicious food, my mum is celiac and they adapted well for various choices of food available for her to enjoy as well. Atlantica Caldera Village is a lovely hilltop hotel with amazing views. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Despite being on a steep hill, the hotel has a lift for convenience. The local restaurants in the area are also brilliant. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and excellent hospitality.

People complain about walking up the hill - it is not bad at all. Only last 50 meters is super steep, but for all the amazing views that hotel offers? So worth it. Overall very good hotel, good food (we had only breakfast), I appreciate the fact that there are multiple pools that you can choose from - some of them were occupied by kids and one pool was more chill and relaxing. Highly recommend

High up on a hill. Great views and friendly service. I've been there three times. Pretty much the only downside is that climbing up there may be a burden sometimes, but you can look it from a point of view of getting an exercise. All inclusive has good variety of foods and also vegans can find mostly all they need (may need to eat fish occasionally to get enough protein).

I generally had a great stay at the studio in Crete, but there was one point of concern that I would have liked to know before booking: there was a quite steep slope to reach our studio. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned in the booking. It was sometimes challenging to climb this slope, especially while carrying a backpack or after a long day of exploring. The hotel is really lovely. The amenities and rooms are amazing. Rooms include little kitchenet, balcony and very spacious living room, as well as bedroom. The room service was daily and common areas for the guests were cleaned regularly. View from the hotel is amazing, however it's location is quite difficult to manage. Excellent value for money.
