Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved our rooftop deck. The breakfast was fresh and varied. A bit hard to access as you can not drive close to it but once you know where it is, loved the Old Town location.

Can’t thank Katrina enough for my luggage was lost by the airline and she went out of her way to help us when the airline was not being very helpful. The hotel was outstanding the only issue was that it is difficult to get to with luggage as there is no car access and no parking near the hotel. But everything else is outstanding

Room was comfortable enough for 2 days, but it smelled of urine. No matter how many times you flush, the urine smell permeates the entire room. You will hear loud music until about 4:00a in Oldtown. Aside from those two things the hotel was okay. Breakfast was good. Felt safe. Perfect location if you desire to be in Old Town.

Awesome stay
Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants and shops. Front desk is very helpful in booking our excursions and transportation. Booking the room with the balcony was a great, love the view and nice place to chill. Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was also terrific!

Lovely hotel super ambiance, great breakfasts, ideally situated in centre of Chania, reasonably priced, comfortable beds and superb cleanliness couldn’t fault it would definitely stay again. X

Couldn’t get a better location, right in the heart of Old Town Chania. You cannot drive up to the hotel, so parking is the only issue, but we found some free about 5-10 min walk away. Such beautiful unique rooms and wonderful staff.

Gorgeous well-appointed room overlooking the harbour. Don’t forget to close the outside shutters or light will pour in at night!

The hotel is in the most convenient location in the old town of Chania.The balcony was beautiful and it overlooked the port and restaurants. What a view!!! The rooms were spotless and beds comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. When we checked in the gentleman at reception was lovely and friendly. Other than him, the rest of the staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful. No parking available which I knew ahead of time. We had a very difficult time finding somewhere to park. Finding parking was very difficult because the city lacks parking spots and lots.
