Excellent place - good value for money. We had a great balcony overclooking the swimming pool, the apartament was comfortable and cosy. The swimming pool was perfect - clean, warm and deep (2.7m) We love it!

Really good hotel. There were 3 bins in the room, which made it a lot easier to keep the room tidy. The bins were taken out everyday and beds were also made everyday. The kitchenette has most utensils and cooking equipment. Fridge also had a freezer shelf. I have been going there for the summer the last 3 years and I can say that they have made a really spendid job with making the rooms more modern and the hotel staff is very friendly in any situation!

An Excellent family run hotel. . Our room is a Modern, Large Studio apartment with plenty of space to relax and all amenities needed for self-catering (Although so far My Wife and I have enjoyed the Restaurant each night). . There is also a Pool and Kiddie Pool on site, with the beach within walking distance . . If you are thinking of visiting Crete, I would Highly Recommend giving the Ledra Maleme...

Very nice, clean hotel. Large rooms. Little out on a limb if you want the busy bars, but they are only a short bus ride away. Good showers and Kosta was an excellent host, informative and let us know some nice places to visit. Try his crazy potatoes, not found anywhere else

We spent 11 nights with a family of 7 at the Albatros, a family run, medium sized hotel in the center of Maleme, only a short walk to the beach front. The hotel and the rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained and reasonably priced. The sea view/pool view room was quiet and had a very nice view from the balcony, especially in the evenings. A family run, well oiled machine. Great food and service ian all their facilities. The staff are profficien in english, some in german, norwegian, spanisk and italian. A quiet, beautifil resort worth a try :P

We were here 10.2021. Room was fine, I liked general arrangement of hotel, where rooms are modelled as small houses. Pool bar was awesome, same for food included in all inclusive. The best vacation so far :)

Good place to have a relaxed summer time. Pools, bars, playground for childrens. 30 minutes from Chania Airport. Beach is a little bit windy and big waves.

The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.

Nice, friendly and easy. Good location close to everything. Nice view from the balcony. Not crowded when we visited in May. Don't forget ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Very nice hotel! Breakfest is very delicous served almost at the beach, there is drink bar with amazing drinks, swimming pool is clean and pretty. The view from the room is brilliant and the beach is super close to the hotel. I am very happy with the stay.

The hotel as is ok. We had an apartment below grund which was ok big, but not very cosy. Cleaning was meh, but the people were very nice. Perfect pool for the whole family is one extra star.

The hotel of the dreams. The bartrender Angelo was an Angel from above. The bar was a pleasure to hang out, he is so friendly and make the best drinks I have ever drank. You have to visit and say Hello from Kimberlee to Angelo.

Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

Good place and location. We needed fan or air-condition to pass the night. Our room had 2 tv, sofa, 2 sink, cafe table and kitchen tools ex. plate set, folks and knives. Get cleaning everyday but behide the bed and the lamps are still quite dusty🤒

A fantastic hotel . Definately deserves more than a 3 star. Rooms are immaculate and beautiful . Food is varied and delicious with lots of choice. Great pool though a little cold. Wonderful experience of all-inclusive in Crete. The rooms are spacious, staff are polite and grounds are well maintained. The location is good with the main road being between 5-10 minutes walk away with the beach just on the other side of the road. The hotel have theme nights to vary the evening food options though the variety was excellent anyway. There was a small play area for the kids to relax...

Nice affordable all inclusive hotel to stay in Crete. We especially enjoyed interaction&welcoming from the staff working afternoon-evening shift. The split level apartment was nice & comfy with 2 full bathrooms. They left us note & sandwiches as we were arriving very late that day and missed all our meals for the day. Receptionist & bartender were also very kind & helpful ♡

Our last day in this hotel. We have been here for 1 week after spending a month in Crete. Best hotel so far. Reception & Bar are super helpful and great people. We stayed in room 222 as a family of 4. Such a big split level apartment with 2 bathrooms. Underground parking, a short walk to the main road but super quiet. The hotel is perfect. I would recommend this for young families, older families....

It's a fabulous complex, all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would love to take this complex with me anywhere I went on holidays.

I went there for two weeks and it was amazing.The manager was so cool I like her and the bar had very good drinks.I hope o get the chance to go there again
