Very nice, clean hotel. Large rooms. Little out on a limb if you want the busy bars, but they are only a short bus ride away. Good showers and Kosta was an excellent host, informative and let us know some nice places to visit. Try his crazy potatoes, not found anywhere else

We stayed at the hotel for a few days and we enjoyed our stay. In positive included the very friendly courteous staff, great pool area, many amenities in the studios. All in all, we had a great stay and the hotel is highly recommended to everyone who wants to have a unique vacations!

In a nice location, close to the beaches and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Ideal for relaxing on vacation. The room is comfortable and clean, so it is definitely worth it.

The room was beautiful and very spacious and clean. We were surprised at how quiet our room was, we felt like we were the only guests staying there. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is nice, right on the beach. Pool is really nice, large, clean with umbrellas and sunbeds. Staff was so professional, so nice, made my day and was just overall awesome! They explained everything really well and were super efficient. Luggage transfer service and reception was available and I really appreciated his kindness and good vibe.

We spent 11 nights with a family of 7 at the Albatros, a family run, medium sized hotel in the center of Maleme, only a short walk to the beach front. The hotel and the rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained and reasonably priced. The sea view/pool view room was quiet and had a very nice view from the balcony, especially in the evenings. Big and comfy bed, massive wardrobe, living room with 2 big sofas, TV with plenty of channels, mini kitchen (which we did not use much cause we had all-inclusive). A family run, well oiled machine. Great food and service ian all their facilities. The staff are profficien in english, some in german, norwegian, spanisk and italian. A quiet, beautifil resort worth a try :P

In addition to the undoubtedly great views, food, rooms and weather, I was also delighted with the hotel staff, restaurant staff, physiotherapy lady and reception staff - especially Mrs. Sofia. We were here 10.2021. Room was fine, I liked general arrangement of hotel, where rooms are modelled as small houses. Pool bar was awesome, same for food included in all inclusive. The best vacation so far :)

Hotel by the sea. Food is nice and service is good. Don't drink Raki if you don't like moonshine.

The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.

Nice, friendly and easy. Good location close to everything. Nice view from the balcony. Not crowded when we visited in May. Don't forget ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Very nice hotel! Breakfest is very delicous served almost at the beach, there is drink bar with amazing drinks, swimming pool is clean and pretty. The view from the room is brilliant and the beach is super close to the hotel. I am very happy with the stay.

The hotel as is ok. We had an apartment below grund which was ok big, but not very cosy. Cleaning was meh, but the people were very nice. Perfect pool for the whole family is one extra star.

The hotel of the dreams. The bartrender Angelo was an Angel from above. The bar was a pleasure to hang out, he is so friendly and make the best drinks I have ever drank. You have to visit and say Hello from Kimberlee to Angelo.

Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

If you are there more than 7 days you will get tired of the breakfastbuffé let alone 7 days the juice ia barely juice and tastes very synthetic. Beach is as close to the hotel it can be and is quite rocky the first 2-3 meters in the water. It gets deep very fast so be careful if you children. The pool could have been bigger...

Perfect place for a family holiday, the hotel on the first line, 20 meters from the beautiful sea, the magnificent sandy beach. We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

The apartment was clean and neat, and the location is quite convenient. The underground parking is a definite plus. However, there are some minor details that, if improved, would significantly enhance the experience. For instance, a dark curtain that fully covers the window instead of just part of it, providing a sponge in addition to dish detergent, and having a convenient place in the shower cabin...

everything was great, from the location to the actual hotel. Very good looking rooms and garden. Tasty breakfast with plenty options m. The staff was very polite and the place is very clean.

Location: There is a bar with live music on the opposite side of the street and an arcade directly under the hotel. It was difficult to fall asleep after a long day. Great place with great staff. Everything was great from the beginning to end of our stay. The morning breakfast was normal with fresh orange juice at your disposal. The extremely nice part is the placement of this complex. It only took us 2 minutes till we reached the sea (the actual water). The only thing that may upset some people was the view. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately no pool in this hotel but the beach is right next to the hotel. I had breakfast at the hotel one time and it's definitely not worth the 10€, try breakfast at a nearby cafe or bar, they are always excellent and way cheaper, or you get better variety with the same amount of money.

Good place and location. We needed fan or air-condition to pass the night. Our room had 2 tv, sofa, 2 sink, cafe table and kitchen tools ex. plate set, folks and knives. Get cleaning everyday but behide the bed and the lamps are still quite dusty🤒

A fantastic hotel . Definately deserves more than a 3 star. Rooms are immaculate and beautiful . Food is varied and delicious with lots of choice. Great pool though a little cold. Staff are kind ,friendly, attentive and highly efficient and the whole place is extremely covid safe. All in all a wonderful experience!

Wonderful experience of all-inclusive in Crete. The rooms are spacious, staff are polite and grounds are well maintained. The location is good with the main road being between 5-10 minutes walk away with the beach just on the other side of the road. The hotel have theme nights to vary the evening food options though the variety was excellent anyway. There was a small play area for the kids to relax...

Nice affordable all inclusive hotel to stay in Crete. We especially enjoyed interaction&welcoming from the staff working afternoon-evening shift. The split level apartment was nice & comfy with 2 full bathrooms. They left us note & sandwiches as we were arriving very late that day and missed all our meals for the day. Receptionist & bartender were also very kind & helpful ♡

Antonia is an awesome leader of the hotel. You feel so welcome and she tries to do everything that the guest are satisfied. You really feel that the staffs are a family. The hotel is so clean and the apartment quiet. I would come back !!!

Our last day in this hotel. We have been here for 1 week after spending a month in Crete. Best hotel so far. Reception & Bar are super helpful and great people. We stayed in room 222 as a family of 4. Such a big split level apartment with 2 bathrooms. Underground parking, a short walk to the main road but super quiet. The hotel is perfect. I would recommend this for young families, older families....
