Excellent place - good value for money. We had a great balcony overclooking the swimming pool, the apartament was comfortable and cosy. The swimming pool was perfect - clean, warm and deep (2.7m) We love it!

Really good hotel. There were 3 bins in the room, which made it a lot easier to keep the room tidy. The bins were taken out everyday and beds were also made everyday. I have been going there for the summer the last 3 years and I can say that they have made a really spendid job with making the rooms more modern and the hotel staff is very friendly in any situation!

An Excellent family run hotel. . Our room is a Modern, Large Studio apartment with plenty of space to relax and all amenities needed for self-catering (Although so far My Wife and I have enjoyed the Restaurant each night). . There is also a Pool and Kiddie Pool on site, with the beach within walking distance . . If you are thinking of visiting Crete, I would Highly Recommend giving the Ledra Maleme...

Very nice, clean hotel. Large rooms. Little out on a limb if you want the busy bars, but they are only a short bus ride away. Good showers and Kosta was an excellent host, informative and let us know some nice places to visit. Try his crazy potatoes, not found anywhere else

We spent 11 nights with a family of 7 at the Albatros, a family run, medium sized hotel in the center of Maleme, only a short walk to the beach front. The hotel and the rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained and reasonably priced. The sea view/pool view room was quiet and had a very nice view from the balcony, especially in the evenings. Nice and peaceful family hotel. Hotel owners were so nice, happy and polite people. Rooms were very simple and hotel is quite far away from Hania, but you van go there by bus.

Nice place. Pebble beach with a sandy seabed starting in ca 1m as you enter the water. Possible to snorkel in 10-15m from the shore to see colorful fish. :)

The hotel was lovely with plenty to keep the kids entertained. We had no issues finding sun loungers and in a group of eight that is not always the easiest task. The food at the snack bar was lovely although we found the buffet breakfast slightly disappointing. The biggest let down was that upon arrival the glasses in the cupboards hadn't been cleaned but otherwise the rooms were spotless

Love the hotel. Great location if you don’t want to be in the middle of town. Good food in the restaurant and the staff in the restaurant and bar are very kind and friendly. The staff in the reception was very welcoming and amazing. Especially the evening receptionist Constantine and the night watch Demitri, always up for a joke and a conversation. Will definitely be back next time i am in Crete.

We were here 10.2021. Room was fine, I liked general arrangement of hotel, where rooms are modelled as small houses. Pool bar was awesome, same for food included in all inclusive. The best vacation so far :)

Good place to have a relaxed summer time. Pools, bars, playground for childrens. 30 minutes from Chania Airport. Beach is a little bit windy and big waves.

The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.

Very nice hotel! Breakfest is very delicous served almost at the beach, there is drink bar with amazing drinks, swimming pool is clean and pretty. The view from the room is brilliant and the beach is super close to the hotel. I am very happy with the stay.

The hotel as is ok. We had an apartment below grund which was ok big, but not very cosy. Cleaning was meh, but the people were very nice. Perfect pool for the whole family is one extra star.

Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

The location is good with the main road being between 5-10 minutes walk away with the beach just on the other side of the road. Nice affordable all inclusive hotel to stay in Crete. We especially enjoyed interaction&welcoming from the staff working afternoon-evening shift. The split level apartment was nice & comfy with 2 full bathrooms. They left us note & sandwiches as we were arriving very late that day and missed all our meals for the day. Receptionist & bartender were also very kind & helpful ♡

I have been staying in toxo several times and looking foward (hopefully) doing it again this coming summer 2025. Hotel is located nicely close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Also bus to Chania is very close. Hotel has 2x pools and it's not too bad to get yourself a spot by one of the pools. I've been her with my family for one week. We really liked the hotel and it's surroundings. The area is nice and clean. The pools are amazing. Just over the street you have a supermarket with really good prices. It's cheaper to by there than in the nearby area. An of course there is also "Mike" in the poolbar. So friendly and hard working to always give us the best service. I highly recommend this...

I wasn't accomodating there but was nearby and spent an afternoon in the swimming pool. It's free, you just need to order something. They make a great Cretan salad.

Not too expensive. Breakfast food is just ok, floor of the rooms were quite dirty. No WiFi in the room, even though we paid for it. All in all ok for the price, but I would not come back again.

Not the most luxurious hotel, but the location and price is hard to beat. The rooms are fine, the staff very friendly and the breakfast adequate. So for a basic hotel this is the perfect choice. We would definitely recommend it!
