Excellent place - good value for money. We had a great balcony overclooking the swimming pool, the apartament was comfortable and cosy. The swimming pool was perfect - clean, warm and deep (2.7m) We love it!

I have been going there for the summer the last 3 years and I can say that they have made a really spendid job with making the rooms more modern and the hotel staff is very friendly in any situation!

An Excellent family run hotel. . Our room is a Modern, Large Studio apartment with plenty of space to relax and all amenities needed for self-catering (Although so far My Wife and I have enjoyed the Restaurant each night). . There is also a Pool and Kiddie Pool on site, with the beach within walking distance . . If you are thinking of visiting Crete, I would Highly Recommend giving the Ledra Maleme...

We spent 11 nights with a family of 7 at the Albatros, a family run, medium sized hotel in the center of Maleme, only a short walk to the beach front. The hotel and the rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained and reasonably priced. The sea view/pool view room was quiet and had a very nice view from the balcony, especially in the evenings. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Instead of the studio we booked, we were given a spacious apartment, which was a great surprise. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every two days, and the reception staff were always friendly and very helpful. A great place, definitely worth recommending!

We just came back home from our stay at Kastalia Village. It’s on the edge of town and it’s perfect- quiet, far from all the crowds. It has large parking so ideal place for people with rented cars. This was a great hotel to stay in, especially with having kids. Had great swimming Pools and activities one thing though the Bar and Restaurant shut to early of an evening by 10 o clock they should of stayed open later at least till 12 o clock so guests could enjoy themselves more with being on Holiday that was my only criticism. Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

Our flat consisted of 1 bedroom, 1 dining room with a small kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 2 outside sitting areas.
