In fact since we last came a couple of years ago there has been a change to what was already an excellent holiday experience by way of a renovation to rooms, services and eating and drinking places. Lovely hotel, just back from a week's holiday with my family. The rooms were a bit on the small side with not much storage but we managed. Great food, pool, activities if you want to join in and staff all very helpful and friendly.

We spent almost a week at the Atlantic Resort and it was lovely. We had a beautiful room in a bungalow overlooking the sea. It was kept very clean, towels were changed daily. Pool area was also kept very clean, the food as an all inclusive was high quality both lunch and dinner. Lots of entertainment for children even in the evening. Nice spacious rooms, good food. Not enough waiting Staff, Kids playground indoor and outdoor old/broken. Not enough sunbeds on the beach. A la carte restaurant serves food from the Buffet.

Excellent facilities , nice room, nice location, nice food! The only problem was that some people that work there were very unhelpful! I should ask for something 10 times before I could see results! The only people that knew their job was Eirini at the reception, Kwstas at the restaurant and the boys at the pool bar. The other employers didn’t know their job.

With its lovely views of the ocean and sun umbrellas up, we pulled in for a coffee and a break - alas, there is no provision for a coffee and or a drink outside of meal times. The lady in the dinning room was apologetic but couldn't help. Place appeared clean and tidy - albeit that this was early in the season.

We were there in 2016, before renovation. Hotel is very clean and regularly cleaned up. Private suites with pool are awesome!!! When Main pool is closed you can calm swim in yours pool, even on midnight (it's worth try :) ) During the eight days of the stay, themed evenings with the cuisine of various regions were organizerd. The hotel has a well-stocked shop with a wide range of assortment.

Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

We stayed in room 54 ( sea view) for 10 nights. The room was clean, renovated and beautifully decorated. The wifi (free of charge) is quick everywhere in the hotel. The food is ok, but a little bit boring, since the menu is repeatitive. It would be great if we could buy refreshments (coca cola etc) inside the hotel and if there was a massage spot by a professional. You should definitely add small bottles...

This is a great hotel... Still currently here, the manager Stavros is a great guy along with all his staff. Even being from Scotland we are treated no different no matter what other reviews say. We will be booking for next year also.

The rooms are very big clean and beautifully decorated. The view is so beautiful to the mountains and to the sea.. The stuff is so friendly and good with the customers. The stuff team is very friendly leaving all the customers pleased. The food is very tasty and has a very big variety of choises leaving all the customers satisfied and happy. They have very big variety of food salads and sweets.

Best staff ever. Swimming pools and gardens really well kept. The cleaning staff did a great job. The all inclusive buffet had always new and fresh dishes. We wish we could stay longer!!!

I had no expectations because already once in Greece the hotel was a disaster despite the higher price and good reviews. But the hotel exceeded expectations. Our room is a Modern, Large Studio apartment with plenty of space to relax and all amenities needed for self-catering (Although so far My Wife and I have enjoyed the Restaurant each night). . We spent 11 nights with a family of 7 at the Albatros, a family run, medium sized hotel in the center of Maleme, only a short walk to the beach front. The hotel and the rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained and reasonably priced. The sea view/pool view room was quiet and had a very nice view from the balcony, especially in the evenings. Nice, clean and best value for money hotel (Olga Suites), located in a calm area with only 300m to the beach. The hotel is managed and driven by a super kind and friendly elderly couple which make it almost you feel like your own home.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly. He treats all his guests like a family. He is always there to help you with whatever you need. There is real reception and he waits for his arriving guests even till 4 am, because the plane was late. Hotel is very clean, and well taking care off. The hotel and the room were clean. The room was big enough. There are 3 parrots in the bar area. Lots of trees on the hotel territory including mango trees.

We had the best time here on a working holiday, for 2 weeks. It’s 5 min walk from the beach and Platanias and Chania are easy to get to with a frequent bus. Chilling by the pool was our favourite pastime when not working. Downside is that the food and drink menu is expensive and so is the shop which is situated on the premises. We used a little supermarket further along the road which was much cheaper. Located close to a bus stop and within walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. They have a pool and serve breakfast every morning. The owners are very nice and helpful if you're having trouble figuring out what to do/where to go next. Our room was perfect for two and private. The bathroom was a bit tiny for my 6'1" boyfriend, but that's no different from some of the other places we saw

Good hotel. No restaurante, breakfast was nothing to brag about. The staff though, very friendly and helpful. We had a problem that the fridge in our room don't work, and they replaced it the day after, with a mich smaller version, but enough for what we needed. Loved my stay here. Would return. Two couples sharing the great Tikita apartment quite comfortably we enjoyed everything the nice friendly and accommodating host offered. Just don't tell them we sneaked a very tasty pomegranate from the tree. Good economical location for going in any direction on day trips.
