Very decent hotel; some rooms/apartments are better than others. Our hotel room (main building) was a bit small/dated. Nothing like the pictures :) Also bathroom was old. Safe for valuables costs EUR 4 per day.. that’s really beyond what you would expect from a place like this! Especially since it’s ALL inclusive.. apparently that doesn’t apply to the safe.. Would have loved to see a coffee maker in the room.

Pools were really nice; plenty of space, also the beach side is perfect. Very close, plenty of beds, bar right next to the beach - perfect.

The holiday in this hotel was okay overall, but if you care more about quality than quantity, I wouldn’t recommend it. The services definitely don’t reflect a 4-star standard. Personally, we wouldn’t return.

The hotel is located in a beautiful garden right by the beach, which is undoubtedly one of its biggest advantages. The beach is great – clean water, plenty of sunbeds – but there are often big waves, so sometimes you might not be able to swim at all. We were lucky and had calm seas for half the holiday. There are three pools, all well-maintained and pleasant. There are three beach bars, but only one is included in the all-inclusive package; the others offer a 30% discount. The pool bar also serves snacks during the day. Beach towels are available for free, and exchanging them costs €1.

The food was a big disappointment. Although there’s a lot of it, it’s the same every day and the quality is very low. They use cheap ingredients – no real feta, good Greek yogurt, or real butter. Desserts and other meals often seemed to come from semi-prepared products. There was fish available daily, which was at least a small plus. Breakfasts were especially poor – the same thing every day, eggs and yogurt weren’t good, and the cold cuts were pretty bad. On the bright side, there was always plenty of fresh, tasty vegetables.

The drinks included in the all-inclusive package didn’t impress us either. Cocktails were really bad – made with cheap alcohol, overly strong and extremely sweet. Beer was fine, wine below average. Coffee was terrible – only instant, and even the paid espresso was very bad.

The animation program was weak, except for the Greek night, which was the only event worth mentioning. However, the kids’ program looked like it could have been quite nice.

The room was older but generally fine. The biggest issue was the very uncomfortable bed and especially the pillows. If you get a room facing the street and don’t want to sleep with the window closed and air conditioning on, you won’t sleep well – there’s noise from the town: night parties, early delivery trucks honking, etc. The room was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff did a really good job.

The hotel definitely has potential – beautiful surroundings, a great location – but it’s clear they’re trying to save money on services. It might be better to reduce the amount of food and drink and focus more on quality instead.

We had a mixed experience at the Sirens Beach hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent — it’s very close to the beach, which made getting there with kids really easy. The resort itself is beautifully green and well-maintained, and the pools were always clean and inviting. There were some nice extras like minigolf and a small fitness area, which added to the overall experience. Our room was kept spotless, with housekeeping coming frequently and doing a great job.

That said, some aspects were just average. The food was okay, not particularly memorable, but there was a decent variety. The beach wasn’t fully clean due to a lot of sea grass, which wasn’t ideal. Service at the beach bar could also be quite slow, especially during busy times. The room equipment felt outdated and could use some renovation.

Unfortunately, there were also some real downsides. The hotel was very noisy — cleaning staff started early in the morning, and mealtimes were surprisingly loud due to the constant clattering of cutlery and dishes. Our room felt much too small for two adults and two kids, and the fact that there was only one electric socket made it even more inconvenient. The bathroom also had just a curtain instead of a proper shower screen, which made things quite messy after showers.

All in all, the hotel has some good qualities, especially in terms of cleanliness and location, but the noise, limited space, and outdated facilities made it a less-than-perfect stay.

I was visiting the public beach near Sirens Hotels Beach & Village early in the morning to peacefully watch the sunrise. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the hotel's security staff, who were unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational despite me being on a public area. Their tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and left me feeling unwelcome.

I understand the need for hotels to maintain safety for guests, but there should be a clear distinction between private and public area, and more importantly, respectful communication. This kind of behaviour does not reflect well on the hotel’s overall hospitality standards.

A Taste of Greece in a Beautiful Setting

We had a wonderful stay at Sirens Beach in Malia! The food was absolutely delicious – full of authentic Greek flavors that made every meal a real experience. If you're looking to discover the true taste of Greece, this is the place.
The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and everything is kept very clean and well-maintained. There’s a calm and relaxing atmosphere everywhere – true siga-siga style. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach, explore the area, or enjoy local cuisine, everyone will find something for themselves here.
The beach is just a few steps away from the hotel – clean, peaceful, and perfect for swimming or sunbathing.
The only small downside was that the staff in the bars and restaurant could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming. A few more smiles would make a big difference!
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Rating: 4,6 stars from 5

We stayed at the resort for a week, we lived in the sun village. The distance from the resort is about 300m, from the beach about 500m. The location led through a small road.

Location:
Sun Village, perfect for a couple, we were away from the noise of the hotel. It has its own small pool. However, you won't find any bar or food here, you have to go to the hotel for it.

Staff:
He spoke both English and German, which I found adequate. We had no problem with the staff, I have to highlight the staff at the beach bar, very friendly and prompt.

Food:
The food menu was varied, the only thing I give negative points to was the lunches/dinners. By the end of the stay, all the food was more salty than needed. The bars by the pool or the beach also had a large selection of alcohol, which was not bad.

Beach:
It was groomed and nice, the sea was also nice and without garbage.

Other:
You can play mini golf, rent a car or play beach sports at the hotel.

Room in sun village:
cleaned every day and very nice room. There is no minibar and the hotel only gives you 2 waters on arrival, then you still have to buy them yourself / or take them from the bar

Perfect personell, very nice food and the hotel environment. Need to mention also the animators crew, superb care all the time. Malia is a lovely city, and during the night you have all the entertainemnt you can imagine.

We were staying at the hotel last week of August with my husband,2 little kids and parents. Both families we had a nice pool view rooms. They looked quite newly renovated. Romms were clean every day. Not only rooms were nice and clean but also all hallways, bars and lobby. Gardeners were taking care of grass and trees every morning and everything looked nice.
We also appreciate very good meals and wine. Water in pools was clean and warm. Sea is wonderful and at the end of August it was also nicely warm. What I (as a parent) consider as one of the biggest advantage of the hotel is that disco and other activities are situated side the hotel so there is any loud music which could disturb the sleep of kids.
The hotel definitely deservs 4stars and we would go there again!

The hotel was good, the room was nice, had everything we needed (safe, hair dryer, nice view), food was very good, drinks - not so much, for all inclusive beer was ok, wine felt watered down and all the soft drinks felt like they were made of syrup. Keep in mind that you would need to buy water for the room, but there were stores outside and a nice supermarket within 20 min walk distance so we didn't mind. The town outside has clubs, restaurants and car rentals, but not much in terms of sightseeing. The beach was nice however there were a few stones in the water so swimming shoes came in handy. The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall we had a great time.

We were in the new ‘bungalow’ side of the complex: really nice and in good standing. The park in the property is amazing and very well tended to. Services are not top notch (especially in terms of friendliness) though if everything works you will probably only meet the waiters at the restaurant. Location is nice, at walking distance from Malia, with a catch regarding the sea: there is a private beach, that is unfortunately very often plagued by myriads of algae due to winds, currents and conformation of the shore which is almost completely covered by rocks. Water is nice when winds and current die down, but it’s usually better a 100 m further from there, with less currents, algae and rocks.
