On the first floor our room was a good size. The minor issue was that the cold water tap in the bath/shower was not working, but once I let reception know , they came and fixed it straight away. Our view from the balcony was perfect poolside and beach front. The service and cleanliness were 5star. Family-friendly hotel and very peaceful atmosphere. I had a massage at the poolside, which was amazing. Thanks again, Lucy. You are amazing at what you do. The only thing that was not for me was that the breakfast could have been fresher, but I have high standards when it comes to food. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay, and I loved it.

It was a short vacation with my 17-year-old twins. We just wanted to do nothing and that's how we spent the week :) The hotel was quite OK, the rooms were okay, although the cleaning (changing towels) could be better. We think the food is very good, but maybe we are not demanding. The drinks were a bit worse (local juices, spirits) - undrinkable for me. My teenagers enjoyed animations (volleyball, football, karaoke). A big plus is the proximity to the beach. Minus - fighting for sun loungers by the pool. Overall, the trip was a success, but I cannot say that the hotel is worth returning to.

The most wonderful experience relaxing with my daughter enjoying a massage with Marina and Johanna in the Astir Spa. Immediately felt comfortable and both ladies made us feel so welcome! A truly wonderful experience and I highly recommend visiting this place on ur stay at the hotel, in fact stay at this hotel just for the spa!

We had an amazing week staying in the hotel! The pool was amazing, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious and traditional and the stuff was very friendly, helpful and warm!!When we arrived they surprised us with a 15 minutes massage, it was great. Aloni the smiley girl in the reception gave us some great recommendations for the area , the lady of the restaurant was so amazing and George at the bar was creating magic with tequila!

The room was clean, the food was great, and the beach was near the hotel. I had a great stay. Be advised that the sea can be a bit capricious and the waves big if it’s too windy, but if you’re a swimmer, that’s not a problem. The beach has fine sand, but it’s narrow. However, even at the height of the season, there weren't too many people there.

This is NOT a family friendly place and this is not worth that money. In this area there is nothing to see and without transport/rental car nothing to do. About the hotel...There is no air conditioning in the lobby, reception and dining hall and the rooms are stuffy. Basically no WIFI (even TV channels has a poor lacking signal). The pool is small and there are not enough beach chairs around pool so you are forced to go to the beach where you have to pay for a beach chair. On the other side of the wall from the pool is a car wash, and it is noisy when it is working. All day (7 days) same lame breakfast. If you do not have an all-inclusive option but have chosen breakfast and dinner like i with two children, ONLY water is available for drinking in the dining hall. No juice, nothing else. If you want juice you pay extra. The children were extremely disappointed and this "option" was first time ever seen before. Thanks to the hall attendants who reminded you of this whenever possible as well.

we stayed in a room with 4 beds. 2 for kids and 2 for adults although the manager confirmed we will not be getting a room with more beds than people.
bad points (for me at least):
the gym is old , unequipped and dirty (with dust and sand). it opens at 8 am and closes at 8 pm.
the pool also closes around 8 pm you cannot take a swim.
the hotel offers very little sun beds as compared to how many people it hosts.
the terrace is large but you cannot eat everywhere , only in one part of it. and those tables are mostly for bigger groups.
very few parking spaces.
no beach. 4 star hotel and no private beach. the beaches in front are from the tavernas/pubs around the hotel so you have to pay for the sun bed and umbrella.
last but not least, the bathroom flooded the rest of the room, as because of poor isolation the shower flooded the rest, it was extremely uncomfortable.
the bar is quite expensive
good points:
great for kids (you have activities for kids and day care)
quiet hotel
facilities for senior people
great staff
good breakfast
overall a good price and quality but not 4 stars. and not standard for 4 stars. i would say somewhere between 2 and 3 stars.

I saw reviews about the rooms being bad and the service being horrible, but i find that absolutely false. The rooms, while old-looking, are confortabke and very welcoming. The doors are kinda bad (locks are hard to open (because you need to use a key). In my opinion, the food is great! Although there are not many options, the quality is better than expected. The staff is great, the people at the reception are kinda quiet, but the rest of the staff are nice. Location-wise this is the best, a few steps away from the beach meaning easy access. The animation team is good at keeping kids entertained, with games, dances & more. In coclusion, its a nice, cheap hotel that can provide anything you need for a nice week with your family!

I was in July, breakfast was the same every day, lunch was varied, dinner was fine but with a lot of roast pork. The child didn't really have a choice of food. I found the refrigerator without water, without juice, those who didn't it happens in Turkey and Egypt... So it's not 4* and they have nothing to do with All Incusiv. The staff at the cental bar are aggressive, especially the guys. Those with half board were not even offered water from the wine dispenser I couldn't tell you, something like this does not exist anywhere in Europe. 3* hotel with great indulgence. I do not recommend, I will never go there again. Compared to the resort two years ago... At Hotel Star Beach Village & Water Park , Hersonissos, where we had exceptional culinary experiences and many other entertainments in the resort.In addition to the hotel tax according to the star rating and the sunbeds by the sea with money 6 euros 2 sunbeds with an umbrella.

Here now, very good location, not far from shops, hotel is nice and good beach, the only bad points are no coffee in rooms except from when u arrive had to buy from shop, all inclusive but not one cocktail u have to pay not really exceptable for A/I all staff are good, states has gym but all broken and is not as seen from website, this is 💯 accurate review
