Entertainment was sub-par and pool table is in a ridiculous place, other than that it can't be faulted. Rooms were nice with good AC, the complex was clean and tidy, food was great and every member of staff was friendly, nice and helpful. Had a great stay and would recommend.

Fantastic hotel, staff wonderful with restaurant manager (I think that his name is Nikos) pure 10 for team work. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help. Every evening is themed and has a variety of content. You have literally everything in the hotel. The rooms are extremely clean, the food is plentiful, we are literally never hungry. Had a great stay here after a bumpy start. Good size room, friendly staff, good food at the all inclusive. Kids pool and quiet pool, animation team are good.

Only quibbles are the use of plastic water cooler style cups around the pool which aren't good for the environment; they should use plastic beakers instead. Quality of sunbeds around the kids/activity pool is far inferior to those around the quiet pool (quiet pool is really nice). Quite a few wasps around the self service drink machines.

Would stay again if in the area.

I was there for 7 days. clean room, cleaned every day. the downside was that there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. food very good! in the future there could be more options for people with allergies. Great activities in the evening and during the day! very nice service, I have never met such nice people! I will come back again :)

We stayed here for a week and had a great time.

The main pool was not too busy throughout the day, though the 'adult pool' was very busy every day and was not exclusive to adults as advertised, as it regularly had full families around the area with young children.
There was also daily pool activities such as aqua aerobics and water zumba.

The food here was always nice and there was plenty of options during meal times with food being served at the pool side too Throughout the day.

The staff were all really nice and very friendly. We all had a great time.

The bar in the evening was also really busy during the main hours, with some entertainment too.

Overall, I'd really recommend a stay here and would definitely return again.

Great team of Staff, Made to feel very Welcome. Food is Excellent, Omelettes and Wraps made to order. Very clean with a great Location. Great for Walking Trails. Going back again next year.

Good hotel but not 4 stars, 3 tops. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, we asked to change rooms and were accommodated straight away. The maids did a great job and we came back to a nice clean room everyday. The waiters and waitresses were all spot on and cleared up after you promptly, occasionally a bit too promptly. The food was plentiful and is what you could expect from an all inclusive. Quite a large variety. They need to invest in an industrial toaster though. Having to wait for up to ten minutes for a bit of toast as there is a queue is not acceptable. The hotel is in a great location literally 5 minutes walk to the beach and the main strip. It's on a busy road but there are subways under it. You cannot hear the traffic from inside the complex except for in the dining area and even then it's not bad

€20 a week for the safety deposit box in your room is an absolute rip off. Sheer extortion this.
The alcohol is very tasteless and not very strong. I was expecting Mythos but they serve something weak. Imagine Carling or Fosters but watered down. They also stop the all inclusive at eleven pm, not that we ever stayed there that long. There are no cushions on the metal seats outside meaning there is nowhere comfy to sit except inside, which is a very small area anyway and is also quite sterile, no atmosphere at all. There is no real plan for inclement weather, the only covered area is on the uncomfy metal seats outside the main bar area. This bar doesn't open until six so even if you did sit there, you couldn't get refreshments. And lastly the same old chestnut of people reserving sunbeds. Good luck getting into the adults only pool. We even tried getting up at 07:30 only to find all beds reserved and not a sign of anyone out there.

Lovely hotel, good rooms, excellent food plenty of choice and very tasty. The staff were really friendly and helpfull, will certainly be going back there again. Thanks again for a great stay.
