Alia Beach Hotel

If you call it horror, that would be even worse. The room cleaned up stiffly weak. The bedding and mattresses resemble a prison camp. The bedspread has holes from burned cigarettes. Toilet does not flush. Gordins can hardly be closed with a creak. There is nowhere to dry your towel and it smells stale. The hangers in the closet are falling apart. No noise insulation. Horrible shouting throughout the hotel of drunken underage girls who take in themselves in a room not guests. The staff is poorly responsive to complaints. Additional payment for a chaise longue at the hotel 7 euros, but to go into the sea is not possible, so the bottom of the sea is covered with stones. The umbrellas and chaise lounges have long since been replaced. Know, on the beach go to the toilet stray cats in the evening. If you plan to vacation here and go normally in the morning on an excursion you will not get it. You will be extremely annoyed and about the money spent as well.
Best of all, I do not recommend the rooms that are called side sea view, as you will see little, the wall of the neighboring hotel and shouting from the street at night and in the morning. Empty overpayment for a view of the sea, which is barely visible.

During my stay at Alia beach hotel, I had an extremely unsettling experience. A significant sum of cash went missing from my room after the cleaners came, and the situation was only exacerbated by the receptionists response. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, I was left with a mere €20.05 in my purse, and no sense of accountability from the hotel. This incident not only put a damper on my trip but also left me questioning the hotel's security measures and customer service integrity. I'm sharing my story to urge others to be cautious and mindful of their belongings when staying here.

This review is about Alia Beach Bar Restaurant. The worst service ever. Generally cretan restaurants have amazing service but this place is definitely the worst in Hersonissos.
We came to rent sunbeds and spend a day including ordering drinks and food from the restaurant. For 3 hours (!) we were waiting at super dirty, full of sand (from the day before) sunbeds with dirty table before someone got interested . After 2hrs I went to order some coffees. I paid regular price but it was served in plastic cups. The waiter didn’t want to take credit card payment, he said that up to 10€ its cash only. Seriously?

The sign at the street says that rentowny 2sunbeds for all day cost is 5€. After 3hrs some guy came and said that we have to pay 10€ for it. No one even tried to clean all the dirt which covers ALL of the sunbeds from the night(day) before.
You should really teach your employees about hospitality.
