Overall a great stay. The room was a bit small, no coffee service in the room. Booked the Superior Bungalow Sea View - we were pretty far back from the ocean. There were bungalows right along the beach area so not sure what the difference was. Otherwise the stay was great - excellent breakfast, staff was top notch.

We spend a week there in early August. One of the best stays we ever had. We had to change rooms and they were really nice and professional about it. The staff is very good, the atmosphere amazing. It's a great place if you want to relax. Nothing to see around it but we just stayed at the beach or the pools, the hotel is interesting enough :)

A Perfect spa experience for the end of my Trip. I felt very much taken care of, especially by my spa therapist Maria Tha. She was kind and very meticulous with the treatment. I would recommend her for the Cretan massage. She did it wonderfully.

I am just rating this hotel very hight because of its service,environment and location. Food was delicious and I was always looking forward to it. Staff was so helpful,nice and still smiley. This place is absolutely amazing. The service is top draw. Everyone who works for Hotel Dessole is super friendly. The food here is very nice, the best I've had at an all inclusive. Had an amazing time here with my friends! Food was always great, location excellent, and the vibe as a whole is really welcoming. All the staff are lovely, especially the entertainment staff who we made friends with and the guy who works at the pool bar in the evenings who’s always smiling. The absolute top thing about this hotel is the beachfront location (deluxe room felt like we're almost on the sea) and the actual area that is taken care off and kept clean exceptionally.

Stayed here twice bit pricey but well worth it, has a fantastic swimming pool and has easy access to the beach, also has sunbeds to hire. The hotel is great. The furnishings are modern and very clean. There are loungers available for each room on the beach. The two restaurants are well run and the food is delicious and varied. Sometimes the beach bar right next door is a bit annoying. But no problem. The staff is super friendly.

Lovely hotel to stay at. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and it is not so crowed like the those bigger resort/hotels. The staff were very friendly and the service was always done with a smile. It is located a street back from the beach which adds to the intimacy of the place. If you like the quiet and chill out feeling when on holidays, then this is a hotel to consider on the top of your list.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the wonderful Bella Elena, we travelled as a group of 6 adults we had 3 studio apartments (2 of which were bigger than the third) all studios had a beautiful balcony and all were facing the swimming pool. Went here in June 2025, with a family member. Everything you require is in the rooms, pans, plates, cutlery, safe. etc. Large pool and plenty of sunbeds, even a massive lawn that you can sunbathe on. Had a great time here. Went early in the year so it was nice and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and had a good laugh with the barman a couple of nights. This was a great hotel. Great location. Comfortable beds spotless clean rooms. The grounds and gardens were clean and tidy and the staff were very nice. I must point out that when you get dropped off at the church at the top of the road you have to walk about 5-10 minutes down the road as the roads to tight for the big busses.

Amazing staying at this hotel. Could not get better for a 3-star hotel and the price. Pool is very clean and looks great. Don't have any complaint about the room. AC works perfectly but it comes for an extra charge per day, it is a little hard to program though. Staff is amazingly friendly and will always make sure you're having a great time. Hotel rating is fully adequated. Rooms have no furniture for clothes, water is heated by solar power so after sunset hot water suply is problematic. Poor wifi outside often does not work althought signal strength is good.
