Paradise Island Villas

I rarely post reviews but wanted to write about how wonderful Paradise Island Villas truly is. We arrived later than expected (around 10:30 PM due to a flight delay) and Elena and Pol were waiting outside for us with drinks and warm towels. They were so welcoming and kind. A few days prior to our visit, they emailed to ask if we would like food from their restaurant delivered to our room prior to our arrival. It was such a warm and caring touch that did not go unnoticed. The villa itself was gorgeous with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We were in the Athena Villa. We are a family of 5 and everyone had room to spread out and space to themselves. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully manicured and clean. Elena and Pol gave us great recommendations on where to eat and things to do. If you are going to be in Crete, I would highly recommend Paradise Island Villas. You will not be disappointed!

Wow! What can we say but stunning. We were looked after from stepping off the plane to the moment we said goodbye at the reception to make our way home. Family friendly ad very clean. Food was exquisite and the staff couldn't do enough to help us. We will definitely be back . Thankyou for looking after us . Karen and Roger

Very good boutique hotel, no rooms, just villas. We stayed in a Paradise villa, plenty of space and reasonably well furnished. Note that there is a very tight spiral staircase to get to the first floor, not ideal for some people. The "concierge" service from Eleni was remarkable, better than some of the most expensive hotels I've stayed at - great local advice on what to do, where to go and what to eat. You will need a car if you're going to benefit from her advice. Housekeeping was fantastic, normally completed whilst we had breakfast. Staff are uniformly fantastic, helpful and charming !

This is a beautiful property with lovely pools and great food! The customer service we received was incredible and everybody was extremely warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We travel a lot and this was by far the best customer service experience we've ever had. Eleni and the whole team is just amazing! Absolutely recommend and will stay here again if we ever return to Crete.

What a wonderful hotel and spectacular team! This is the best run boutique hotel we have stayed in. It takes a lot of effort to make everything run smoothly and it was perfect! Amazing suggestions from Eleni about what to do, places to eat tailored to our requirements. Great value for money too!

We had a 10-day stay at Paradise Island Villas in July. We stayed in the Athena 3 bedroom villa which was beautiful and had three generous bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed our garden, which was very pretty with lots of different areas to sit and olive trees for shade. And of course it had its own little pool. The rest of the hotel was also lovely. Both pool areas were peaceful and attractive. The food was excellent and we enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the hotel most days and dinner a few times. It was also nice to get a taxi to one of the local villages for dinner too. As others have said, a stand out feature of the hotel was the very friendly and personal service from the staff. We felt so looked after. If you’re looking for a beautiful 5-star boutique hotel villa with attentive service in a peaceful location, I would recommend Paradise Island Villas.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Paradise Island Villas. The boutique property consists of 12 luxury villas, each with its own garden & pool, 2 main swimming pools, restaurant, bar, fitness room & tennis court. Everything is beautifully maintained & spotlessly clean. It’s great having the option to self cater, eat breakfast, lunch or dinner by the pool or even order room service. There are numerous bars & restaurants just a short taxi ride away & the hotel offer a shuttle service to the beach. For us however, what makes them stand apart from others is the staff - Eleni, Pol, Babis & Mike welcome you as if you are part of their family. Nothing is too much trouble for them, & their sole aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We would love to return in 2026. Kevin & Tina

Paradise islands - the type of place you don’t want review because the place is so special you want it to be a secret so you can always book? That’s paradise island villas. From the minute you arrive any stress melts away. Every single member of staff are wonderful, especially with children. The Food, wine - yummy!!! We hired a car for the week, Eleni was extremely helpful with suggestions of trips, parking tips and restaurants. Villas were fab - lovely outdoor space and everything inside and more for a wonderful holiday. I don’t hesitate to recommend!

From the warmest welcome to the most amazing service. Both professional and friendly. The villas are spacious, modern and spotless. The food is delicious and cocktails amazing. Definitely recommend trying their menu out. Nothing is too much trouble for this fabulous team.
