We had a good week eventhough it was the end of the season. We liked the sports, pools, the food and the service. We had two twin beds which was very sad and the room in general was small. Would recommend though.

The hotel was great value for money. We stayed in one of the windmills. Lots of food and drink available on 'all inclusive'. However, you have to pay 3 euro per bed for loungers on the beach which feels ridiculous when you've already paid for your stay! You also have to pay extra if you want to use the games room.

Very nice hotel, people working there were very nice and friendly. There were not many attractions nearby, but there was not really any need for them, because every night there was some event happening at the hotel at one bar. If you didn't want to participate you could go to the second bar near the beach which was really quite and nice to talk.

Just had a great week here with my grandchildren and 4 adults. The hotel was so clean, food great with loads of variety and children catered for. Hotel was fully booked but it never felt like there were too many people and no problem getting a sun lounger at either pool or the beach. Had a trip into kos town which is beautiful, bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 20 euros for 6 of us....

One of the best experiences we ever had. We stayed there for 4 days. Let me start from the location. This place is 20 minutes from the airport (Taxi costs 25-30 euros). We enjoy the hotel very much, the people are nice and the Food is pleanty. The beach is beautiful but when its too Windy there is not enough space for everyone at the pools and the drinks that are AI are not really tasty because they Taste very chemical.

Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars. Garden areas beautiful and balconies on apartment blocks very spacious and sheltered from sun. Gaia itself is a bit out of the way but there's very good buses that run from hotel reception...

All right...so about the Gaia Royal... To far away from the sea, the swimming pool are not very clean, so I think they don't filter the water. In the beginning of the resort (the kids swimming pool) there is a very bad smell( I don't know how people stay there). Very positively surprised about the hotel for the price. Delicious food and huge variety of choice. Lots of pools,different depths and loungers all around, pool bars around them. We loved our stay at the resort, but let me first mention what we didn't like. The cappuccino costs 4.5 euros. The kids' program is in German. Why? I don't get it. I'm not German. German is not the world's number one language. Nobody cares about Germany, except this hotel, as there are many Germans here. Kouros palace is a bit out the way but nice for a relaxing holiday. Family friendly the staff are very friendly. Perfect for families with children. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to answer any questions you might have. They are quick in responding to your emails. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach. Every complex has their own little pool in addition to the super size pool in the middle of the complex.
