From the newly-renovated rooms, restaurant layout, quality of the equipment, attentivenese of the staff to the cleanliness of the every inch of the facility including pools, it was the best hotel we have ever stayed

We had a good week eventhough it was the end of the season. We liked the sports, pools, the food and the service. We had two twin beds which was very sad and the room in general was small. Would recommend though.

The facilities are top-notch, and I was thrilled to see the new check-out lounge and showers—such a great touch for guests. I even got a lovely room upgrade with stunning sea views, which made the stay even more special

The entire staff deserves praise: everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional – from the reception and the waiters to the housekeeping team. You can really feel that they work with passion and care

We had a truly perfect stay at Neptune Luxury Resort! Everything was outstanding – from the beautiful resort grounds and spotless rooms to the excellent restaurants and the relaxing spa

Anastasia at the breakfast hall even brought us sliced ginger for the throat infection we have been battling. Room keeping staff’s attentiveness and professionalism was also remarkable

Our experience was just great and we loved it. Just some advice for future guests: You don't need to bring beach towels. You get these to rent free of charge at the reception desk or Spa

We have spent one week in this hotel. We stayed in nice and new apartment. The rooms were really clean and bed were comfy. The stuff in this hotel is extremely kind

The Hotel area is very beautyful. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is perfect. I love the free safe as well as the electronic handling in connection with the cleaning service

At the reception a got sometimes the feeling that my questions were annoying to the stuff and a minimum of information was given. The bathroom should need a deep cleaning

I also recommend the exercise class during the day ! They have yoga and pilates and the trainer is great ! I definitely recommended ☺️

The private beach is a plus as well. I like the many options to hang out in the areal. The stuff is friendly, good service, helpful

The only object of criticism is that the children's pool does not have a canopy so that children can play at least in partial shade, the children are in the open sun, and this is unpleasant

Since the umbrellas by the pool are small, there is no shade, and the playground can be equipped with triangular rags (solar sails)

Beautiful hotel. Delicious food. Good service. Cocktails at the pool bar are the best, the staff is friendly and helpful.

I liked everything very much, the quality remained the same and really on top (I was here in 2015) Even in the days of Corona, the staff made a lot of efforts. We can recommend this hotel for families

All families with children thought so, for one family it was even a reason not to return. If the leadership is smart and would like to continue to accept families here, something must be invented

Nice atmosphere, rather quite and relaxed. Tennis (hard court), windsurfing, catamaran, kite-surfing at the beach. Buffet has good selection, yet I had better food in hotels

Hotel was fully booked but it never felt like there were too many people and no problem getting a sun lounger at either pool or the beach

There is a mini market just near the pool and you get most of amenities. The room which we got had an amazing view! The room was clean and every day they cleared the room

One of the best experiences we ever had. Let me start from the location. This place is 20 minutes from the airport (Taxi costs 25-30 euros). The reception was super friendly and explained everything upon arrival

Entertainment team are so very friendly and the aqua gym each morning was great. All inclusive drinks are everything we needed and the constant supply of ice cream for the children was amazing

Really good place to stay at. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. The food quality is really good and fresh, everyday you have other choises. Next time we go again to Smy Kos Beach!

Had a trip into kos town which is beautiful, bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 20 euros for 6 of us. Lovely mix of nationalities and lots of friendly chats in the hotel

Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars

Garden areas beautiful and balconies on apartment blocks very spacious and sheltered from sun

Gaia itself is a bit out of the way but there's very good buses that run from hotel reception that can take you to Kos town and that costs €3

In the beginning of the resort (the kids swimming pool) there is a very bad smell( I don't know how people stay there). If you are a sea lover than if you are lucky and have a room close to the sea than it's OK

Pools Three pools, one for kids, one deeper, just one with music. Kid says the best swimming pool he has ever been to. Garden Place is very green and well-kept, beautiful

Everything is great about this hotel, enough space, and you have many choices for going dinner even if you aren't all-inclusive. There are 4 pools and one beautiful beach, one playground which is kidfriendly

My recent stay at the Mastichari Bay Hotel in Kos was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that set the tone for the entire holiday

Nice beach and very mice Sea (If calm). A bit of posedonia alga, but does not influence the Evaluation. Good For Families with children of any age. It has a wonderful Sunset View

Smaller, quieter, but very nice **** hotel. Large pool for swimming, a wading pool for toddlers, an outdoor hot tub, wading pool with fountains. Poolside Bar, where he plays most of the day music

The neighborhood is only twice the hotel, otherwise wasteland. About 3 km to the larger town of Mastichári. Beach, public and small, sun loungers and parasols free of charge. Access to the sea is not ideal for children

Just one little complain about missing beach chairs and sunshades. But it was made up with very friendly staff (e. girls at dining room were awsome). 😉 It's an amazing place and they have a great food

The food in the dining room without any problems, everyone chooses. Shopping possibilities about 200 meters, on one other side from the hotel, where is the shop where you buy the basic things

The Chef and those responsible for food are very attentive and always take care of every detail in their service. an excellent place I recommend it 100%

Full bin not emptied… Food was good but we had the same throughout our stay. All these points didn’t spoil our vacation but it clearly can be improved. People were very kind and the upstairs pool was very nice

We spent good holidays but the lack of property is a shame. Walking in our room with white socks and they became black. Strong smell of garbage around the pool

I didnt go up to the smaller pool, because there was no tree cover (and I'm pasty). All in all, the location is what would bring me back here

Brilliant hotel for everyone! Lovely food and you could always find something to eat. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and were more than happy to sterilise bottles in the microwave which was a great help

4 miles away with amazing food makes up for the loss. Had a chicken gyros and a mythos (large) it was outstanding as someone who worked in greek restaurants in the uk it surpassed my expectations by far

I had the best time staying at this hotel for the last week! They were very accomadating and made sure we had the best time! There was a good selection of food to choose from so you will find something that you will like! The rooms and the cleanliness was very well done!

Perfect for families with children. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to answer any questions you might have. They are quick in responding to your emails. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach

Food was good and the Greek night was great entertainment with excellent traditional food. All inclusive drinks are only local but we knew this on booking. Great pools and beautiful settings

Every complex has their own little pool in addition to the super size pool in the middle of the complex

The resort is so big you have to get a buggy almost everywhere. The buggies are nearly never available. The pool was lovely and the spar was great. However the water for the spar was freezing

Third visit back to the Gaia Palace. Staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly throughout our visit. We stayed in a superior double room which was excellent

They even organized us a scooter, after we had some problems with a company. The apartment was really comfy and clean. No room service, but you can always ask for towels or other things you need at the reception

Perfect choice if you wanna stay in a peaceful and rather familial environment. The staff is amazing, always up for a nice chat and also willing to give you recommendations for your stay on the isle

Nice and clean pool and even better: quasi-private sandbeach 5min from the pool. Would always go back there when visiting Kos!
