The hotel is in a very good location, facing the sea, and you can watch the sunset while sitting in the house. The front desk service is meticulous. Our boat arrived at 11:40 pm and checked in at 12:00 am, which was already early morning Beijing time. With the coordination of the Ctrip platform and the agent, we checked in smoothly. Our party of 12 were disappointed with this resort, mainly the unhelpfulness of admin. staff. I realize it was only a three star resort and you get what you pay for, but other than the poolside, it was not a pleasant stay. Even the hospitality across the road at their restaurant needed a jumpstart. The young waiter was nice, but the brother who runs it, needs to be in a different industry.

Our group of couples and friends stayed at Caldera View for five days, and we couldn't have found a better place for the price in Santorini. While renting a car is essential for getting around the island, it was well worth it for the stunning location. The property is clean, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. This Resort is truly a little bit of paradise, spotlessly clean, excellent pool, excellent rooms, fantastic powerful showers. Nice and quiet and not a single towel reserving loungers. We stayed 2 night at one of their villas. It was absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed the pool. Our other 2 nights we stayed at their hotel. Lovely small boutique hotel about 20rooms. 3min walk from Kamari Beach. Lots of restaurants n bars and convenience stores along the way. Road facing rooms can get noisy. Small swim pool. Good brekky ambience. Service with a smile!
