I'm not sure how to rate this stay. The hotel was gorgeous the pool was very nice. The breakfast was good but monitored. Meaning I was asked if it was my "second" cup. I received the impression they were very stingy. They even charged for use of a towel at the pool. They serve no food but a meager breakfast. If you want to eat lunch or dinner you have to go to the village about a half mile away.

Our party of 12 were disappointed with this resort, mainly the unhelpfulness of admin. staff. I realize it was only a three star resort and you get what you pay for, but other than the poolside, it was not a pleasant stay. Even the hospitality across the road at their restaurant needed a jumpstart. The young waiter was nice, but the brother who runs it, needs to be in a different industry.

Our group of couples and friends stayed at Caldera View for five days, and we couldn't have found a better place for the price in Santorini. While renting a car is essential for getting around the island, it was well worth it for the stunning location. The property is clean, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

This Resort is truly a little bit of paradise, spotlessly clean, excellent pool, excellent rooms, fantastic powerful showers. Nice and quiet and not a single towel reserving loungers. Second time in Santorini for us and this time we avoided the hustle and bustle by staying in Mesaria for a night. The hotel was just perfect. Spotlessly clean. A large room and bed. Lovely breakfast. Great location as it is close to different places on the island. If you have a car, it is easy to get around places when staying in this hotel. Nice hotel. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, but the shower was small and the extractor fan was very noisy. There was no electric kettle in the room, so I had to go to the kitchen all the time for hot water. Breakfast is ok. It's a 20-minute walk to Fira.

Fantastic hotel in a quiet part of Karterados. Easy to get to Fira by walking or bus, as well as many other tourist destinations using public transport. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of food and shopping facilities close by too. The breakfast was great and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. I would recommend this to any other families visiting the area.

Loved our stay!! Our room was perfect, AC was a must with the high temps. Great location to explore the island on foot, by bus and ATV. The staff were amazing, so sweet and helpful! Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel - staff really helpful. Bathroom is small but functional. We had a huge rooftop terrace which was wonderful. Handy having a fridge and air con when it's really hot. Lovely clean pool and bedding changed daily. Will return!

Lovely hotel in a very quiet area. Not far from the centre- like 15/20 of slow walk. The staff was so nice, polite and helpful. Everything was very clean, they were paying attention to every detail (talking about room service). I’d love to go there again would recommend to everyone.

I'm so glad I stayed here! Beautiful view, clean, easy, comfortable bed, super friendly hosts. They even had a easy and super affordable rental car option that was key to being able to enjoy and explore the island - and arranged for easy and affordable transport to the ferry port when we were leaving the island. Absolutely will stay here again!

The hotel is nice and near the main town of Santorini. All the employees are so kind and helpful. You can rent a car or ATV through the hotel and they worked it all out for us. It was wonderful!
