Nice hotel with excellent views, bar music outdoor pool was great, only the spa facilities were not available 

Unbelievable place! Everything was so easy and Pleasant. The staff were Amazing and value for money was exceptional. They organised everything including moped rental and the food was Amazing!!!!

The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge amount to choose from but the items they had were fresh and good. The view is amazing, and the spa was very nice (we didn't use it but the staff gave us a tour)

This is such a beautiful resort, sadly we didn’t appreciate it immediately because some of the pictures shown on the BA website gave you the impression you were overlooking the Caldera and as this couldn’t be further from the truth our initial reaction was one of disappointment

The hotel setting and rooms are breathtaking. We stayed at one of the large villas with private pool, kitchen, dining area and living room

This is a wonderful place to stay. All the staff cannot do enough for you. Very authentic Greek buildings and cobblestone walkways. The quaint village has a few restaurants, a winery and some leather and jewelry stores

Breakfast is very enjoyable with a good selection of food. There are 2 pools, one by the breakfast area which we preferred. The catamaran cruise they arranged for us was fantastic

Konstantinos the hotel manager was so charming and apologetic, really cared about us and our enjoyment which was such a reassuring feeling after our initial disappointment

We had dinner in the ancient cave restaurant with an excellent Viognier (with grapes grown and bottled on Santorini) Any request was graciously accommodated

We had the honeymoon suite, which has its only private pool. While not very big, its deep and heated, so was ideal for the evenings. The room itself is lovely and really comfortable, with amazing views from the bed

The hotel is in a very good location, facing the sea, and you can watch the sunset while sitting in the house. The front desk service is meticulous

Rooms are clean with daily housekeeping, fresh towels daily and pool also has towels you can take! Highly recommend you stay here and avoid crowds of sunset viewing, this place has a laid back vibe and offers the beauty of Santorini without the crowds

The scenery is unbeatable. The advantage of this area is that there are not so many stairs like Fira and Oia Luggage needs to be moved up and down. The service staff are very friendly There are also many cute cats

This hotel is absolutely beautiful from every perspective! The personnel is so kind, cocktails are delicious and the view and pool area are breathtaking

The view was amazing, this hotel's name is well deserved. The service was more than perfect, they were really nice and sweet and very helpful. Water was clean and filtered in the bathroom and didn't taste salty.

They have a bus to Fira too daily for free which is great, one day it was full so the owner took us in himself which was very kind! The hotel is clean, tidy, beautiful pool and food and drinks are good too

The pool size is perfect and water already warm. There is mini open GYM not to big but fully enough. Staff SEBASTIÁN and lady Princess at the pool bar cooked for us

Our room was clean, and has very nice views of the Aegean and Caldeira. Every day we had our Breakfast by the pool, overlooking that amazing view! Highly recommended

The hotel does not have many people staying, so the pool is never crowded, and the staff is friendly. Also the location is probably ideal to stay on the island

We stayed in the suite, and was one of the best rooms I have ever taken. The view is breathtaking, the rooms are clean with air conditioning, the breakfast is also very good

The only problem is that the bed is at the floor above the air conditioning, so on hot days (which are rare in the windy Santorini) the bed can be too warm

Excellent experience above the Caldeira! Our stay was magical! The staff was great and went above and beyond to assist us with all our arrangements

We had a great experience: great room with balcony, pool was chill and the people are very nice! They helped to arrange a lot of activities, like transport to the airport but also a boat trip and renting a quad! Downstairs, there is a mini market, which is ideal and very useful

A very nice hotel with cozy rooms. The room was cleaned every day, the towels changed every second day. The swimming pool available from 9am to 10pm

For those coming with a rentacar they also have a free parking near. Also nice pool open from 9am-10pm

The lady in the reception was so helpful, so nice! The Heart of Santorini was truly my favorite part while I was in Santorini and it was such a short walk, definitely go see the sunset there if you have the chance!

Property is very clean, they have shuttles and on site covid testing upon request for an additional charge and there is a market attached to the hotel. The town center is within walking distance!

Sophia mansion is a quiet and private area which is locked by the main gates/door. Walls are high enough for you to enjoy your private pool and sun bathing. Facing the Blue Dome which is located on the high street

My friends and I came here for spring break and this couldn’t have been a better spot to do so. The host was very responsive and gave us a lot of options for local and authentic cuisine

Here it is much peaceful and private with no noise. This is what one needs on a holiday. Rest getting to Oia and Fira is only within 30mins drive, so best to take walks around there and enjoy variety of restaurants

To us it worked very well as there were no one to walk over our heads such as what you see in Oia and Fira where people are walking by so close to your villa and there is no privacy

The village offers a nearby family bakery which was brilliant. Nice walks away from traffic and it's only 100yrds away from the main road which joins to head over to Fira or Oia

Constantino sat down with us to explain the map of Santorini and recommended areas to visit. This shows great detail of top levels of client orientation and care for the guests

150 meters to the edge of the caldera and we spent several evenings there watching the wonderful sunset. In addition, the incredibly beautiful village of Pyrgos with its good restaurants is a short walk away

The hotel is location away from city centre but the rooms are large and lovely, the pool and dinning area is beautiful to sit at and take in some sun

We stayed for a week in this beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was on the second floor with a great view of the caldera. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was excellent

They called us numerous taxis and booked us our massages! Overall, they gave us great recommendations and were always willing to help. The pool and restaurant are also very nice and have a pleasant ambiance

Sophia’s restaurant was a surprising find, she cooks with her heart and with what she has available to her. We will miss her and her food very much. The pool was nice and clean, plenty of chairs, and not too loud

To not have too much contact, breakfast was available in the fridge and cleaning took place when we were outside of the villa. We would recommend staying at this stylish, spacious place

We enjoyed staying at the King Albus Villa. The communication with the hosts was excellent, fast and easy. They implemented good Covid measures to protect everyone’s health

It's maticuliously maintained, and the layout designed to give each villa (there are three) privacy, the best possible view, maximum sun light, and at the same time protecting the patio from winds (which in Santorini can get pretty strong)

Our villa had a private pool, patio, grill, and an absolutely stunning view which consisted of the garden all the way to the ocean and the entire landscape in between

I could stop here and this would already be enough for me to give it the 5 stars it earnestly deserves but I'd be doing a disservice to the staff that work dilegently to ensure the stay is nothing less than perfect

Housekeeping does a flawless job and last but not least our host Dimitra was always available to answer questions, help book excursions, car rentals, and everything in between

They stop at nothing short than a complete white glove level of service. We felt so lucky we found this place, because it really made our trip to Santorini absolutely perfect

The mini fridge was stocked with all the essentials (juices, water, chocolate) everything complimentary. But the real magic is the villa and the property

The hotel has an amazing position, it’s very close to the city of Pyrgos and it’s close to the bus stops, making it easy to reach other parts of the island. The rooms were very pretty and clean, with a good room service

We celebrated our honeymoon at Apikia and it was exceptional - the hotel is stunning!!! Also, each room has an outlook to famous Santorini vineyards. The decorations are unique and well designed. Each room has a telescope which make the room more elegant

The suite we stayed in had a nice outdoor pool, which was great and looked over the area into the ocean, which made for some great sunset views

The blinds near the pool weren't working properly, and we had to struggle to move them. The area around the bed had a lot of cracks, and pieces of cement were peeling off

We went in the off season and this spot was everything we were looking for! Far away from the crowded cities but central to the ends of the island that we wanted to visit. Service was absolutely lovely!

Nice and traditional with modern ambience. As usual in the south some things are not working but staff maintains. Best view over the island and good breakfast. Best restaurant of island is close by the Cava Alta!!!

The hotel is very unique, and if you're not up for a little change from the mundane - this is exactly where you need to stay. The hotel is located in a small, but lovely town called Pyrgos

Nice and peaceful with a lovely pool to relax around Close to the port and the airport and a short taxi ride to Fira. There are cash machines and a Lidl within close walking distance

The beautiful pool with plenty of space, sun lounges, pool towels, the overall cleanliness. the outdoor shared area was cleaned every morning (spotlessly clean) and of course the beautiful sunrise

You get a thorough map with the least amount of touristy restaurant suggestions which we tried most of them and in deed they were authentic

The jacuzzi was heated and definitely a bonus as the breeze in the evening make it chilly. Great view from above looking towards Fira/Oia

G! From beginning to end with all written aswell as physical contact. The warm welcome with a refreshing lemonade made it a great start

Our party of 12 were disappointed with this resort, mainly the unhelpfulness of admin. I realize it was only a three star resort and you get what you pay for, but other than the poolside, it was not a pleasant stay

The location is also very convenient – there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the island. And just across the street, there’s a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the sunset

We had a wonderful stay at Caldera View Resort! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety each day

Breakfast was simple but gets you through the morning. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel- but if you want to hire an ATV or a car or any advice about anything at all , just ask reception

They tell you about the best places to eat on the island and helped us to rent a scooter. They also provided small packed breakfast because we had to leave very early on the day of our departure

We had a fantastic few days staying here. Rooms are clean (although I did have to ask again for some extra cleaning when I arrived but they were happy to oblige). Anastasia and the team are lovely and very helpful

They even drove me to the wedding venue up the road which was really kind. Rooms are basic but beautifully laid out and have everything you need. Breakfast is really varied and you have it delivered to the room

Or, you can also have a good sunset dinner at the Lilium hotel or Volcano View hotel down the road , which offer a different view. The hotel also offer good In room breakfast with your choice of selection

Visited the Lilium with my sister July 19th - 23rd and had room 102 pool level and what a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the location spectacular

Front desk staff was very helpful and kind when we needed help with finding a cab even if we were somewhere else, we could call the hotel and they would send a taxi to pick us up (taxi not part of the hotel, therefore payed for that on our own)

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, cocktails were well prepared and the breakfasts were something I looked forward every morning. Great variety of foods, everything very fresh and beautifully displayed

We could go to all the busier places but have a peaceful place to retreat to. Enjoyed the fact that Lilium is an adults only hotel. It was sad leaving Santorini and our accommodations at the Lilium
