I am from Alabama and have traveled the world and this is by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were more than helpful, the rooms were immaculate and clean. The do have parking, they do have 3 pools

I can’t speak highly enough about the Vedema resort in Megalochori: this was the best hotel we’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. My husband and I went to Santorini for 4 nights to celebrate our babymoon

We were able to order in breakfast and dine by our pool, schedule transport to see various sites around the island, reserve chairs at the Black Sand beach, book restaurants, wine tastings, and massages

When we arrived via private hotel transfer, Anastasia warmly greeted us and began offering her recommendations on activities and dining experiences

We loved spending the day on the loungers, eating their delicious food and mocktails, and jumping into the crystal clear waters next to the impressive dark sand

Not a single complaint. Beautiful view. Plenty of pool space (also with views) On site vehicle rental (moped /atv /car) On site shuttle services. Local Bus stop right outside the premise. Excellent breakfast

Probably one of the best views on the island. The cherry on the cake is when you enjoy your cocktail in the swimming pool watching the sunset

The place is secluded and quite a distance away from the popular towns like Fira and Oia. However, the spectacular views offered by the suites and the hospitality of the staff made up for it

The rooms are like cosy caves carved into the hillside with a great feel and vibe. The view is amazing and the facilities tidy, clean and modern! Highly recommended!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful from every perspective! The personnel is so kind, cocktails are delicious and the view and pool area are breathtaking

Rooms are clean with daily housekeeping, fresh towels daily and pool also has towels you can take! Highly recommend you stay here and avoid crowds of sunset viewing, this place has a laid back vibe and offers the beauty of Santorini without the crowds

This hotel sits on the cliff with an amazing view. The pool is nice. The staff here are incredible... just fantastic staff. Help you with everything with all their heart

The view was amazing, this hotel's name is well deserved. The service was more than perfect, they were really nice and sweet and very helpful. Water was clean and filtered in the bathroom and didn't taste salty.

We liked everything about the property location, amenities, food, staff and service. From the time we entered the hotel we were treated well by Kris and Sofia. They were very friendly and helpful

and of course, the pool area/view was astounding. I think it was the best breakfast Ive had in my whole trip in Greece. The dinner was not really up to par. The seafood tasted a little old unfortunately

We stayed in the private pool suites which had some of the best views of the sunset on the island, in my opinion much better than Oia which we watched at a restaurant one evening

Walked here for dinner from the Grand View. Nice food, but our pool side cook at Grand View was just as tasty. Amazing views!

They even charged for use of a towel at the pool. They serve no food but a meager breakfast. If you want to eat lunch or dinner you have to go to the village about a half mile away

Fantastic hotel with wonderful service! Great location on edge of Megalochori village with shopping and restaurants, nice quiet atmosphere. Much better than Fira or Oia. Beautiful rooms and pool, everyone so helpful!

I'm not sure how to rate this stay. The hotel was gorgeous the pool was very nice. The breakfast was good but monitored. Meaning I was asked if it was my "second" cup. I received the impression they were very stingy

The staff were great and very welcoming. Gave great recommendations for tours and meals. The room was cute and the pool was very refreshing. The only problem, was the bathroom always smelled funky

You have to leave your key at the front desk to request room service for cleaning and fresh towels. Breakfast was in a beautiful dining area with nice views of the sea if you get the right table

Beautiful cozy and quiet hotel with two pools. Although it was October I could not resist the crystal clear pool. The owner and rest of staff were very welcoming and prompt with any request

The pool size is perfect and water already warm. There is mini open GYM not to big but fully enough. Staff SEBASTIÁN and lady Princess at the pool bar cooked for us

We spent two nights here on Calderas Dolphin Suites. The location close to to all our destination Black, Red & White beach as well to a big supermarket

10 and the bed was so comfortable so clean toilet and everything furniture disign are perfect suite and the view from our balcony. Breakfast: They will give you a list to select what/when and where you liked it to serve

Greece was last and 7th country to our tour. Greece overall is very good in terms of hospitality. I satyed there because of reviews. Only thing is weather was omg. We could use pool areas at all

Good location in the middle of the island, bus stop right in front of the hotel door. And the amazing front desk man who was so helpful during our stay that I added one more star just for him

Zorbas was a pleasant experience our flight came in super late and they stayed to greet us and made sure we got to the room ok which the room was very clean so was the whole place breakfast was good me and my wife loved it and we are very picky

The hotel is located in a very nice position, from which is easy to go (even by walk) to some of the most famous restaurants of the place and some important attractions, such as the caves of Megalochori

Plus, even tho he's always very busy because he also serves at tables and does many other things too, he makes sure every client is happy and satisfied. Definetly deserves a standing ovation🥺👏

Our room was clean, and has very nice views of the Aegean and Caldeira. Every day we had our Breakfast by the pool, overlooking that amazing view! Highly recommended

The hotel does not have many people staying, so the pool is never crowded, and the staff is friendly. Also the location is probably ideal to stay on the island

A great place with a wonderful view. Rooms are very cute and staff very nice. The village at walking distance is a cute one with lots of restaurants. which is good as there is no bar ou restaurant in the place

We stayed in the suite, and was one of the best rooms I have ever taken. The view is breathtaking, the rooms are clean with air conditioning, the breakfast is also very good

The only problem is that the bed is at the floor above the air conditioning, so on hot days (which are rare in the windy Santorini) the bed can be too warm

Excellent experience above the Caldeira! Our stay was magical! The staff was great and went above and beyond to assist us with all our arrangements

We had a great experience: great room with balcony, pool was chill and the people are very nice! They helped to arrange a lot of activities, like transport to the airport but also a boat trip and renting a quad! Downstairs, there is a mini market, which is ideal and very useful

A very nice hotel with cozy rooms. The room was cleaned every day, the towels changed every second day. The swimming pool available from 9am to 10pm

For those coming with a rentacar they also have a free parking near. Also nice pool open from 9am-10pm

The lady in the reception was so helpful, so nice! The Heart of Santorini was truly my favorite part while I was in Santorini and it was such a short walk, definitely go see the sunset there if you have the chance!

We loved the room, spacious terrace, good firm bed, good working AC and friendly stuff also everyone speaks english very well. You have a market right under the hotel and a bus station right in front

Property is very clean, they have shuttles and on site covid testing upon request for an additional charge and there is a market attached to the hotel. The town center is within walking distance!

The Pool area is outstanding to chill an relax. Vivien ist preparing a delicious breakfast every morning and is so nice with our kids. A big thank you also to Spiros who organised everything perfectly

Amazing place!!! The pool is so big and have both sunny and shadow spots. The jacuzzi is preheated and is perfect for late night relaxation

Far calmer than the touristy northern cities, yet still beautiful views! It easy walking distance from the Megalochori city square and just a block away from the Family bakery, which has amazing gelato and other tasty treats

The on-site laundry was an unexpected but very appreciated amenity! The hosts were gracious and very responsive, providing many recommendations and prompt replies to our (many) questions

The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was very very nice fully equipped, the whole place is very clean and the lighting is amazing! Its a very modern place and an amazing location

The inside of the villa is so well furnished with 4 modern bedrooms, with bathrooms for each one, full eqquiped, and useful kitchen. Personal very helpful and discreet

we stayed 3 nights and it was the best experience ever, the staff were very friendly and very cooperative with us. the breakfast WOW thats all i say WOW. we had our own little swimming pool with sun beds

Great villa that’s away from the tourist traffic. You can have your own pool and watch the beautiful Santorini sunset without being stuck in a crowd.

Everything is excellent: from communicating with Takis before the trip, his superb guide to the house & island, the adorable & well-equipped villa, to the friendly lady who cleans every day

My friends and I came here for spring break and this couldn’t have been a better spot to do so. The host was very responsive and gave us a lot of options for local and authentic cuisine

Here it is much peaceful and private with no noise. This is what one needs on a holiday. Rest getting to Oia and Fira is only within 30mins drive, so best to take walks around there and enjoy variety of restaurants

The village offers a nearby family bakery which was brilliant. Nice walks away from traffic and it's only 100yrds away from the main road which joins to head over to Fira or Oia

The pool was a real bonus and Konstantinos, our concierge, was fantastic! He was so full of ideas & suggestions for great beaches, sightseeing, eating and, of course, experiencing the most stunning sunsets! 🌅 This has been a very special week for my family and me

Megalochori village is a true greek village with both beauty and privacy. It is tucked away from the busy cities such as Fira, Oia etc. This makes it peaceful and tranquil

The private pool was very nice. I highly recommend staying here

We stayed here during the summer of 2014. It was a great place to stay and the island was superb. Our only complaint was the mosquitoes, but that was our fault for not preparing better for them

Kostas was super helpful with not only meeting us late at night to check in but also with organising activities (quad bike and sunset sail) as well as recommendations for restaurants etc

This even continued after we’d moved on to a different villa in a different part of the island, which made a huge difference to our stay!
