Hotels with pool in Megalokhori

This is such a beautiful resort, sadly we didn’t appreciate it immediately because some of the pictures shown on the BA website gave you the impression you were overlooking the Caldera and as this couldn’t be further from the truth our initial reaction was one of disappointment

The hotel setting and rooms are breathtaking. We stayed at one of the large villas with private pool, kitchen, dining area and living room

This is a wonderful place to stay. All the staff cannot do enough for you. Very authentic Greek buildings and cobblestone walkways. The quaint village has a few restaurants, a winery and some leather and jewelry stores

Breakfast is very enjoyable with a good selection of food. There are 2 pools, one by the breakfast area which we preferred. The catamaran cruise they arranged for us was fantastic

We made our concerns known to the front of house staff and they said they would do everything possible to improve our situation but asked us to bare with them as this particular day they were incredibly busy

Yes there are lots of cats there - very common in Greece - but no more than any place we visited this week and certainly none eating from tables etc as stated in a previous review I read

Nice hotel with excellent views, bar music outdoor pool was great, only the spa facilities were not available 

Unbelievable place! Everything was so easy and Pleasant. The staff were Amazing and value for money was exceptional. They organised everything including moped rental and the food was Amazing!!!!

Great experience. We needed a hotel near the port, which led us to book the hotel for only a night. Positive ambience and spectacular view. Amazing service and hospitality. Very tasty cuisine.

The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge amount to choose from but the items they had were fresh and good. The view is amazing, and the spa was very nice (we didn't use it but the staff gave us a tour)

Great locatio for view if the island. The spa was not available which was very disappointing as this was the main reason for selection

We had the honeymoon suite, which has its only private pool. While not very big, its deep and heated, so was ideal for the evenings. The room itself is lovely and really comfortable, with amazing views from the bed

The hotel is in a very good location, facing the sea, and you can watch the sunset while sitting in the house. The front desk service is meticulous

Rooms are clean with daily housekeeping, fresh towels daily and pool also has towels you can take! Highly recommend you stay here and avoid crowds of sunset viewing, this place has a laid back vibe and offers the beauty of Santorini without the crowds

The scenery is unbeatable. The advantage of this area is that there are not so many stairs like Fira and Oia Luggage needs to be moved up and down. The service staff are very friendly There are also many cute cats

This hotel is absolutely beautiful from every perspective! The personnel is so kind, cocktails are delicious and the view and pool area are breathtaking

The view was amazing, this hotel's name is well deserved. The service was more than perfect, they were really nice and sweet and very helpful. Water was clean and filtered in the bathroom and didn't taste salty.

Dinner is also delicious there as we ate there 2 nights of our stay. Spyros and Maria helped us with bus timetables and Spyros even write down what stop to get off at

The on-site restaurant was also fantastic — the food was absolutely delicious and made dining in feel just as special as exploring the island

He also recommended some restaurants for us to eat at. The room had a lovely view over the caldera and had everything to make us comfortable, even the shower has a view

I'm not sure how to rate this stay. The hotel was gorgeous the pool was very nice. The breakfast was good but monitored. Meaning I was asked if it was my "second" cup. I received the impression they were very stingy

You have to leave your key at the front desk to request room service for cleaning and fresh towels. Breakfast was in a beautiful dining area with nice views of the sea if you get the right table

They even charged for use of a towel at the pool. They serve no food but a meager breakfast. If you want to eat lunch or dinner you have to go to the village about a half mile away

Beautiful cozy and quiet hotel with two pools. Although it was October I could not resist the crystal clear pool. The owner and rest of staff were very welcoming and prompt with any request

Property very clean and well maintained. Pool was beautiful but so cold. I wish the breakfast bar was outside by the pool bar

They have a bus to Fira too daily for free which is great, one day it was full so the owner took us in himself which was very kind! The hotel is clean, tidy, beautiful pool and food and drinks are good too

The pool size is perfect and water already warm. There is mini open GYM not to big but fully enough. Staff SEBASTIÁN and lady Princess at the pool bar cooked for us

“A Dream Stay at Caldera’s Dolphin” We recently stayed at Caldera’s Dolphin, and it was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and exceptional hospitality

Our room was clean, and has very nice views of the Aegean and Caldeira. Every day we had our Breakfast by the pool, overlooking that amazing view! Highly recommended

The hotel does not have many people staying, so the pool is never crowded, and the staff is friendly. Also the location is probably ideal to stay on the island

A great place with a wonderful view. Rooms are very cute and staff very nice. The village at walking distance is a cute one with lots of restaurants. which is good as there is no bar ou restaurant in the place

We stayed in the suite, and was one of the best rooms I have ever taken. The view is breathtaking, the rooms are clean with air conditioning, the breakfast is also very good

The only problem is that the bed is at the floor above the air conditioning, so on hot days (which are rare in the windy Santorini) the bed can be too warm

Excellent experience above the Caldeira! Our stay was magical! The staff was great and went above and beyond to assist us with all our arrangements

We had a great experience: great room with balcony, pool was chill and the people are very nice! They helped to arrange a lot of activities, like transport to the airport but also a boat trip and renting a quad! Downstairs, there is a mini market, which is ideal and very useful

A very nice hotel with cozy rooms. The room was cleaned every day, the towels changed every second day. The swimming pool available from 9am to 10pm

For those coming with a rentacar they also have a free parking near. Also nice pool open from 9am-10pm

The lady in the reception was so helpful, so nice! The Heart of Santorini was truly my favorite part while I was in Santorini and it was such a short walk, definitely go see the sunset there if you have the chance!

We loved the room, spacious terrace, good firm bed, good working AC and friendly stuff also everyone speaks english very well. You have a market right under the hotel and a bus station right in front

Property is very clean, they have shuttles and on site covid testing upon request for an additional charge and there is a market attached to the hotel. The town center is within walking distance!

Breakfast is good, enough to start the day. The pool is always quiet and it can be enjoyed all day, "from sunrise to sunset", as the woman at the reception said

Good location in the middle of the island, bus stop right in front of the hotel door. And the amazing front desk man who was so helpful during our stay that I added one more star just for him

Zorbas was a pleasant experience our flight came in super late and they stayed to greet us and made sure we got to the room ok which the room was very clean so was the whole place breakfast was good me and my wife loved it and we are very picky

The hotel is located in a very nice position, from which is easy to go (even by walk) to some of the most famous restaurants of the place and some important attractions, such as the caves of Megalochori

Plus, even tho he's always very busy because he also serves at tables and does many other things too, he makes sure every client is happy and satisfied. Definetly deserves a standing ovation🥺👏

we stayed 3 nights and it was the best experience ever, the staff were very friendly and very cooperative with us. the breakfast WOW thats all i say WOW. we had our own little swimming pool with sun beds

Everything was great - amazing view from the private-pool and the balcony. MIXALIS from the staff was very helpful. Will come back again for sure :-)

Everything was PERFECT in this place. The honeymoon suite. The service. The food. The atmosphere. The privacy. The view... its an amazing place for honeymooners.

Proximity to Megalochori is a bonus, just 10min walk and the hotel 1min away has a fabulous restaurant with an incredible sunset view

The view is unreal but far away from being a luxury hotel. We were downgraded and they wanted us to pay the same price as the higher accommodation. Then they offered a nice compensation

The breakfast needs to be booked and sometimes they missed things that you ordered

Warum dann nur 3 von 5 Punkten? Wegen der immensen Lärmbelästigung durch das angrenzende ‚helipad‘ - auf dem die Hubschrauber den ganzen Tag ein und ausfliegen und auch teilweise die Maschinen 10-20 Minuten durchgehend laufen lassen und das jeden Tag ca 20-30 mal (Touristen Rundflüge starten hier wohl)

Diese Reise war ein Geschenk an meine Eltern zum Geburtstag und darum wurde darauf geachtet, dass das Hotel auch für ältere Menschen geeignet ist (was zb in Oia oder Firma auf Grund der vielen Treppen selten der Fall ist)

Excellent service provided by the Manager of the villa Christine, provided great hospitality and had a fantastic experience in Santorini, appreciated the fact we were able to book transfers efficiently by Christine which was really accommodating

Ducato Wine Hotel & Villas is a hidden gem in Santorini! The villa was beautifully designed, comfortable, and had a private pool that we enjoyed every day

The place felt like an oasis with our own private pool and villa. It is walking distance to local restaurants, a bakery and the heart of Santorini (a viewpoint)

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect for us, it had a great swimming pool which was private, the space was private and quiet and it was in easy walking distance of the things we wanted to do

We loved the property and the pool which is much larger than in the pictures. For a family of 5 the property was good size and Maria was excellent. She was quick to answer our questions and organise things for us

The Pool area is outstanding to chill an relax. Vivien ist preparing a delicious breakfast every morning and is so nice with our kids. A big thank you also to Spiros who organised everything perfectly

Amazing place!!! The pool is so big and have both sunny and shadow spots. The jacuzzi is preheated and is perfect for late night relaxation

Far calmer than the touristy northern cities, yet still beautiful views! It easy walking distance from the Megalochori city square and just a block away from the Family bakery, which has amazing gelato and other tasty treats

The on-site laundry was an unexpected but very appreciated amenity! The hosts were gracious and very responsive, providing many recommendations and prompt replies to our (many) questions

The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was very very nice fully equipped, the whole place is very clean and the lighting is amazing! Its a very modern place and an amazing location

The inside of the villa is so well furnished with 4 modern bedrooms, with bathrooms for each one, full eqquiped, and useful kitchen. Personal very helpful and discreet

Everything is excellent: from communicating with Takis before the trip, his superb guide to the house & island, the adorable & well-equipped villa, to the friendly lady who cleans every day

My friends and I came here for spring break and this couldn’t have been a better spot to do so. The host was very responsive and gave us a lot of options for local and authentic cuisine

Here it is much peaceful and private with no noise. This is what one needs on a holiday. Rest getting to Oia and Fira is only within 30mins drive, so best to take walks around there and enjoy variety of restaurants

The village offers a nearby family bakery which was brilliant. Nice walks away from traffic and it's only 100yrds away from the main road which joins to head over to Fira or Oia

The pool was a real bonus and Konstantinos, our concierge, was fantastic! He was so full of ideas & suggestions for great beaches, sightseeing, eating and, of course, experiencing the most stunning sunsets! 🌅 This has been a very special week for my family and me

Megalochori village is a true greek village with both beauty and privacy. It is tucked away from the busy cities such as Fira, Oia etc. This makes it peaceful and tranquil

Kostas was super helpful with not only meeting us late at night to check in but also with organising activities (quad bike and sunset sail) as well as recommendations for restaurants etc

This even continued after we’d moved on to a different villa in a different part of the island, which made a huge difference to our stay!
