The rooms are impeccable - 2 bathroom and living room that can be turned into second bedroom with its own entrance. The grounds of the estate and the architecture are stunning. Beautiful pool with excellent views

Our group stayed for 2 nights, and wished it had been longer. An absolutely wonderful and magical place. The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful, gardens full of flowers, & views to the sea

The free activities running that week were authentic and charming (egg-staining activity that didn't quite work and left everyone peering into the pot and researching on google, was a wholesome and perfect activity for all ages), the candle-making that my kids adored (using their own beeswax from the hives) and the donkey ride and hen-house visits and the ever so slightly old-fashioned but brilliantly...

They even cultivate all their vegetables on-site, which adds a unique touch to every meal. Each room boasts its own distinctive decor, and the views of the surrounding landscape are simply breathtaking

Apparently the hotel was full by the time we checked-out, but we didn't feel it at all (the design and layout means its easy to find a quiet corner or terrace just to yourself, there are always plenty of staff)

The rooms offered breathtaking views of the lush countryside and Aegean Sea, while the serene hotel grounds, complete with elegant pools and fragrant gardens, created an oasis of tranquility

The rooms are big enough, very clean and so are the bathrooms (I am obsessed with this, so I am always paying attention). I look forward to coming back to you my beautiful Alkinoi resort

From the moment we made online reservations to the day we said goodbye, the staff, service, hotel, location was the best I have ever experienced

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Alkinoi. So glad we booked more than a couple of nights. It is excellent value for money. The views are truly amazing which are complemented by a beautiful pool and sunbathing area

The pool was salt water with a good depth and size. The cocktails were delicious and the menu offered a tasty selection of different foods to suit all appetites

Its sea water swimming pool has a pool bar and many deck chairs and has the same gorgeous view. The jacuzzi too has the same picturesque sea view

This hotel is one of the best hotels that we stayed in Greece in terms of its excellent customer service, facilities, comfortable room with a huge balcony overlooking the sea as well a beautiful view of the Monemvasia island where the old town is

What's not to like? I would definitely recommend not only the restaurant but the hotel too, which has a swimming pool

The hotel is well situated. The views are amazing. The swimming pool and the sea are good for swimming and lounging. Make sure to stargaze at the swimming deck in the sea at night! Staff are nice hard working people.

The place was empty and it was past lunchtime and yet they accommodated us with open arms. Food was delicious, terrace has gorgeous view overlooking the sea, and the staff was kind, helpful and courteous

I had a fantastic time at Annema hotel. We did arrive with the BMW riders club Friday night for a two nights stay. The rooms are comfortable and the sea view from the hotel is amazing

The owners are very responsive and the best part is the breakfast and general the food. I do re comment this hotel to anyone that want to spend quite vacations and also for bikers

Welcome to a superb end of the world, isolated and yet. The room is very simple but with an extraordinary view of the sea and Monemvasia (10 min by car). This young girl with her lively dynamism was radiant

The people who prepared these dishes for us were very cheerful. The swimming pool: splash in the sea water. We regretted only spending two nights there! We come back with our eyes closed

A small but nice hotel, especially since it has a Saltwater pool and the Sea is possibly 50 meters away. They handle the covid19 problem with success, especially for breakfast

The only problem is if you are planning to stay for two or three weeks, the room is very small, and if you like to buy a watermelon 🍉 it's a problem because the fridge is a bit bigger than a mini bar

The room is excellent, fully equipped and clean. It is located in a very good spot, on the main cobbled path and near the gate of the castle. The owner is very kind and helpful

The pool area is nice, the sunbeds are soft and comfy. Really the property is very beautiful! It is lockated in a very quiet area only 5 min drive from the city of monemvasia

Pros: Great pool, spacious modern rooms with several balconies, beautiful location. Cons: not cheap, a 5 minute drive to Monemvasia for dinner. The place was luxurious with not that many guests

The housekeeping was great, attention to every single detail. The bed sheets were changed every 2nd day without request! In other words, the sporless cleanliness of the room left a very cozy and comfortable impression

I had to cancel my stay at short notice due to a health complication. Sempre Viva Suites refunded me in full even though I was outside the cancellation window and they didn’t need to

The pool is clean warm and welcoming the rooms are cleaned better than can be expected nothing it out of place for us two very seasoned travellers. Thankyou for allowing us to stay

The suites are nicely located if you have a car as they are a 3 minutes drive from Monemvasia but also offer a pool. The suite we had was spacious for a family with 2 kids

I just wish the pool could open later than 6pm especially as sunscreen is not allowed

We wanted to stay for one night but stayed in this Hotel for two. First: we are travelling the Greece and every night staying in different hotel. It was the hotels of 4, 5 stars

For us this is the best hotel in Monemvasia: beautiful and clean rooms, each with its own balcony, breathtaking view, the hotel is spotless (very diligent, helpful and nice cleaning team, like everybody else around), has a terrace on the beach where they serve drinks and food (opened till 12 at night, and we had there the best Dakos salad), plus they have sun-beds

Lovely people, they adapted quickly to my restricted diet (without dairies) and were always very hospitable. Loved them as well as the beautiful place, where your breakfasts are served next to the sea.

Conveniently located close to bus stop taking you to and from the castle and within walking distance from lovely taverns, eateries and cafes on other end of waterfront. Highly recommended and most certainly will return!!

Exploring the lower town maze was fun! Restaurants were plentiful. Biggest regret, we did mot plan enough time to explore the upper level of town. One of the highlights of our trip!

Love the location and main bedroom. Due to the restrictions the government places on restoring ancient structures the bathroom was tiny, and you couldn’t stand to take a shower

Best luxury suites in the castle. Very close to the main entrance and views to die for. Restaurant is also very nice and very well priced. Anyone staying in the castle, this should be your first choice.

This is a beautiful part of Greece with so much to see and do. If you’re going to climb up to the Citadel it’s worth the hike, my tip, go early before it gets too hot. I will definitely be back :)

They provided assistance with the luggage as there are stairs to maneuver and parking is not available in the castle. Breakfast was excellent! Amazing bread among other traditional foods to try
