Very large hotel and grounds. All very clean and well run. Hotel is on a peninsula by itself so you are a bus ride away from a town with bars and tavernas. There are plenty of pools in the hotel grounds and you have access to the beach and safe swimming areas. Gorgeous setting and grounds, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is varied and all good quality, something for everyone. Unfortunately the shower in the room is very disappointing.. as a cheap plastic shower curtain and a tiny shower basin.. we have found completely lacking. Beautiful hotel and service was fantastic in every part of the hotel except for the buffet. There were a lot of staff but always had to call someone to the table to either get a drink or set the table. Also, ordered drinks that never came. This happened on multiple occasions. The apartment was spacious and very clean and included a washing machine. It was very close to the beautiful Venetian Harbor which is a must see. We were very comfortable. Our hostess was so very helpful and made everything easy although we were unfamiliar with Chania. I would highly recommend this!!

Lovely complex, apartments are being up graded to a high standard, we have stayed on a number of occasions and love the place. Pool area is quite and plenty of beds, the owners are welcoming and warm. Stones throw from plenty of restaurants which are all traditional Greek restaurants. 5 min walk to the beaches.

Manoulis and his family were lovely, and made me feel so at home. The apartment was everything I needed it to be. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and comfortable, and has a little fridge, stovetop and sink, and all the plates and cutlery and pots that you need. Maria the housekeeper was also lovely and cleaned often. I was travelling alone and felt very safe, both in the apartment and in the town.

I rented a superior apartment on the top floor. Very spacious with a very large balcony. Decent sea views. Great position in the village. The apartment could do with modernizing but I believe that the owners are in the process of refitting and updating their rooms. Indeed, some have already been done. Staff were very friendly! I have every intention of returning next year!

We had a large room with a well-equipped kitchen and a bit bathroom. The pool was great and the sea wasn't far away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We traveled by bus. This was easy and cheap. We would come again because the price-performance ratio was fair.
