Very large hotel and grounds. All very clean and well run. Hotel is on a peninsula by itself so you are a bus ride away from a town with bars and tavernas. There are plenty of pools in the hotel grounds and you have access to the beach and safe swimming areas. Gorgeous setting and grounds, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is varied and all good quality, something for everyone. Unfortunately the shower in the room is very disappointing.. as a cheap plastic shower curtain and a tiny shower basin.. we have found completely lacking. This place looks the part and the rooms are nice. However, the food whilst it looks good is just kind of bland and the service in the bar very poor with waiters who clearly would rather be somewhere else. Incredibly loud entertainment and fitness events in the main pool were just awful if you want to relax.

Starting from food to entertainment and staff all and all were amazing during our stay. There are different pools which one can use base on his preference and the beaches are all tidy and well equipped. The room was also super clean and equipped with fridge and air conditioner.

Not the best Iberostar hotel, but definitely one of the best in Crete.

A special mention about the waterpark here. So much fun to be had but also so safe & clean. Life guards are fantastic, with Baosnj (Vardis) really standing out, his commitment to keeping everyone safe is outstanding. The snack bar crepes were a big hit! A really great part of our holiday.

We visited this hotel for 10 days as a family of 4 and were extremely happy with the hotel. Upon arrival we were allocated to an incorrect room. We contacted guest services and they advised they would relocate us the following morning. We were shown the new room which matched our booking and we weee helped to move rooms. Lovely hotel, food brilliant! On a few levels so may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Next to a little village which you can easily walk to and a bus to get to the city. Clean hotel would deffo go back

We stayed at The Royal Blue Resort in June 2025 for five nights and absolutely loved it. The highlight was the artificial bay with its calm, crystal-clear water and the super comfy beds by the sea. We spent most of our time there, soaking up the sun and relaxing to the sound of the waves. All around is perfect,the location,the people involved in this resort are close to perfect...one small issue in regards with the daily events it need to be improved to be perfect. Anastasia the guest relation manager and Vasilis the beach manager are there for you to be happy!

The hotel is beautiful. It feels tranquil and relaxing, even in peak holiday season. The food is excellent- we opted for for full board. The sunsets from the beach bar are incredible. We came here for a week for our honeymoon and had the most incredible time. All the staff were wonderful and made a real effort to make our stay memorable. If you are willing to spend extra on the candlelit dinner for two, it's a truly magical experience for a special occasion. My husband, daughter and I had the most wonderful stay in Aug/Sep. The food was great. There were lots of pools and our room was lovely. I particularly loved the kids club. Eva, Stella and another lady (sorry I've forgotten her name) took wonderful care of my daughter. It was a very relaxing holiday :)

Enjoyed my stay at the Royal Senses Resort (Hilton Hotel), I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Want to personally thank Eleni T. for always greeting my wife and I with a warm welcome & smile anytime we arrived in the Lobby. It’s the type of customer service that is appreciated. Also found it helpful that the hotel provided COVID testing on site for convenience.

This place was awesome. What they don’t tell you or show good photos of us the amazing water slides! We all had great fun for hours on the slides. Great hospitality and although some people commented on sewage smells - we didn’t notice that problem.

A wonderful, luxurious hotel where you will find pure pleasure while staying there. You will also find great entertainment for your children, a big pool area for kids and a private beach bay. The Greek people working here are very nice! It seems to me they are always ready to do something more for the guests. The view is great. I also like the level of hygiene. There's a small but cosy yard with a pool.

The Panormo Beach Hotel is a great place. The location is just next to a really nice beach and the town itself is full of nice tavernas and bars. The rooms are clean and functional. The reception desk is very friendly and always willing to answer queries about transport etc. The breakfast is pleasant.
