Gorgeous setting and grounds, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is varied and all good quality, something for everyone. Unfortunately the shower in the room is very disappointing

Food was plentiful with a very good choice of dishes. Dinning room could feel a little overcrowded and canteen like at times. In all a good four star hotel complex

If you want to visit local towns etc prepare to travel for long periods time. Hotel offers all you need to have a relaxing, stress free holiday. Views amazing where ever you put your sunbed

Main pool can feel busy, but does have activities going on through the day. So we went to the Phaethon bar with pool. Which was quieter but still busy. Great if you sporty lots to do too

we had our Honeymoon in this hotel and happened to have my wife's birthday. The hotel manager sent us a birthday cake and bubble wine as gifts

The service and atmosohere was wonderful. The Servitoros Heleni is the best. U sholud keep her because she smiles all the time, give u a good servce, very professional and exceptional

All are amazing! Few things i would recommend changing though: 1. Most important for us: Omelettes and scrambled eggs are based on some terrible egg liquid. It has awful taste and even more terrible aftertaste

The wooden doors are old and have problematic locks. My spouse got locked for few minutes in the toilettes near the main dining room until was able to get out 4. Rooms are dull from design point of view

Lovely and helpful reception staff and high standard rooms. Brilliant for children with water slides, pools and beach giving lots of variety to do. Amazing high quality and range of food at the buffet

Very rare to see any prawns in fact in the two weeks I stayed here only once did I see any and that was on someone else's plate because by the the time I got their they were gone ! If you want a good standard of food avoid like the plague !

Absolutely superb hotel with staff who really care. The hotel is spotless, and we stayed in room 742, a beach front Bungalow. Brilliantly designed with breathtaking view. The room was cleaned every day

For main courses in Thalassa I had beef cheeks, so tender, and sea bream, also very good, my wife had salmon on both occasions but I had to help her eat it as there was so much; in La Locanda I had porchetta saltimbocca, very nice but there were two large pieces of pork, one would have been sufficient, with gnocchi and mushrooms, my wife had Milanese chicken and in Vegghera I had Tzigariasto lamb,...

The food here is good but my one definite complaint is the ridiculous rule about MEN ONLY have to wear shoes at dinner…utterly ludicrous you have a room full of men in gym shoes rather than some smart sandals

The hotel is spotless, the grounds are beautiful, and the views of the sea are breathtaking. Every part of the resort felt so well cared for. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday

The whole resort is spotless and the staff are attentive but not overbearing. Special mention to Victor in the older kids club who was full of enthusiasm and really cared about his job

Best buffet in the world!!! Truly we couldn’t stop eating haha . Our room was very nice. Lovely pools . Really kids and family friendly. The water park is amazing also for adults

Then, behind the screen, it turns out that this particular villa is located right next to the shared outdoor air conditioning unit and the cable car service center! It's good that they noticed the noise right away and immediately requested a replacement, but apparently all the villas were occupied beforehand, along with full booking and so on

It's good that they were smart enough to demand the room they booked. Hurray, they gave it to you, but an hour and a half had already passed, and naturally, dinner was missed

Beautiful hotel and service was fantastic in every part of the hotel except for the buffet. There were a lot of staff but always had to call someone to the table to either get a drink or set the table

Property was visually beautiful. Lots of nice pools and great views. We were switched into a different room “equivalent” than what was booked. Need to have a car rented or you will be stuck in the property

The infinity pool and view are stunning. You get 4 large bottles of water per day complimentary, there is a shop on site where you can buy water and other bits and pieces. Also a supermarket up the road

A lovely friendly family run hotel, nothing is too much trouble. We booked a basic room which was lovely and clean for myself and my daughter. We were very happy with it but then we had trouble with the shower and toilet

Small menu choice for lunch but all the same delicious It is approx 20 min walk into Panormos itself. If it was too hot we took a taxi €8 Is approximately 40 mins to Rethymno again we took a taxi €30 each way

If you do not know Panormos then you may feel that you are in the middle of nowhere but 15 mins from your doorstep you have the beautiful fishing village with many shops bars and restaurants

The fact that there was no fuss and they were very apologetic made the matter easy to resolve Apart from that it is very very quiet. Pool area spotless and stunning

Marelina Villas is better than we could have imagined, and absolutely perfect for a family looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, despite the peak of the school holidays everything is unhurried and not crowded, the apartments well appointed, clean and comfortable, very helpful friendly staff and plenty of good quality reasonably priced food in the local tavernas

If you want the best of Crete, no fuss, quiet and friendly atmosphere- this is a gem 🇬🇷💙

We booked Marelina Villas slightly unplanned as a last minute getaway. The reviews were good but I never realistically expected that it would live up to them

The Greek people working here are very nice! It seems to me they are always ready to do something more for the guests. The view is great. I also like the level of hygiene. There's a small but cosy yard with a pool.

What a find, our accommodation was basic but spotlessly clean, very lovely people in a beautiful part of Crete. Plenty of tavernas to eat/drink st, all within walking distance

I would definitely suggest a stay here to all the travellers out there. Everything was excellent, very friendly stuff , very clean ... Fresh juice at breakfast and handmade cretan pies! Something to remember.

Been there 6 or 7 times and always very great. With the very kind Maria and her Daughters Maria and Eirini. Always clean and good apartments. In the beautiful Panormos close to the beach and sea

In the bathroom there was a bath ( which had seen better days ) with a handheld shower and no curtain so showers were not the best experience

The apartment was spacious and very clean and included a washing machine. It was very close to the beautiful Venetian Harbor which is a must see

I used to go here when I was younger and eat Ice Cream at Theo's bar. He'd throw us into the water and we used to dance on the podium and stuff. Good times.

Stayed at this place in July 2022 with my 6 years old daughter, my sister and mum. Apartments which we were allocated I found really clean, renovated and equipped with all necessary devices

Great beach resort with restaurants and local shops on your doorstep. The breakfast was varied and good quality. Ideal if you don't intend to travel around, otherwise you'll need a car rental (plenty of free parking)

This is the best hotel I’ve ever visited. We arrived at 6:00 AM and personnel gave us a room at 9:00 AM, but usually it’s after 2:00 PM. They also gave us better room than we booked

Our room was always cleaned, the food at the restaurant was good and fresh. As for the staff, only words of praise

Room 114 has a balcony big enough to accommodate about 10 loungers and a view that you won't tire of in a hurry, day or night, unfortunately it's 52 steps up from reception/bar

Because of the geography, the hotel is built on a slope and therefore consists of a series of levels connected by a series of confusing stairs and lifts. Also confusing is the absence of a pool bar (lovely pool)

Psarapoula taverna is next door and Mambos taverna an easy stroll, anywhere else will require an uphill hike but that's Bali

This Is Such A Gem Of A Hotel. Its Positioning Right on the beach. Again A Fantastic Stay At This Wonderful Hotel

The extractor fan in the bathroom was blocked with dust and didn’t function at all, so we had to leave the bathroom door open constantly. Linen changes only every three days also felt below par for this standard of hotel

Also people complain about sters, they aren't that many! I haven't seen any drunks, people smoking weed, being aggressive or arrogant. Nice place for family holiday if you want to expose yourself to different cultures

The staff was very relaxed and smiling; the food was mediocre, but we always found something nice to eat for kuds and adults alike. The view is stunning from the main building

100 m to the beach, with its own parking, which is vital in Bali. Beds are great and they offer different pillows which is a 5-star level. Breakfast are included in their rest and they provide 10% discount on other meal

It is steep and difficult to navigate, so better park your car dow the hill at the local parking for the taverna of the same name and run by the same owner. More about the 5* owner in the review about the taverna

Careful when you come by car: you can come directly to the hotel and park there, but in the evening the road is almost always blocked by locals' cars, so you'd have to go a circle to get back to the main street

The hotel is very good, the personel very kind and it's worth coming here. The food at the restaurant is very good and the service as well

We had a wonderful stay at Atali Grand Resort. The hotel was lovely and modern, with a spacious room and a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings

The manager stelios speaks excellent English and is very welcoming and helpful and was always going out of his way to help us when we asked. His son worked in the bar and restaurant and was equally kind and helpful

The food quality was good but being a smaller hotel the selection was smaller than other hotel buffets. However there was always at least two choices of meat dish, plus a fish or seafood dish

Overall a very good experience. Stelios is always helpful and looking after the guests. Is a relaxed atmosphere compared to bigger hotels

Pool was nice and no sun lounger fights! Used the partner hotel fillion for the gym and 3 additional pools which was a 10 min drive up the hill, imagine walking it would have been pretty strenuous but there was a minibus which I think you could use if you didn't have a car

Pasta dish with every meal plus side dishes and salads. With fruit ice cream and cake for dessert. We found something enjoyable to eat every meal but did eat out several days too as the choices were quite repetitive

There is a fridge, cooking hob, kettle, iron, microwave, hairdryer in them. Kitchen also contained sets of glasses, plates and so on. Our upper floor room had two balconies

Good, clean and tidy hotel, very comfortable. Although not included, the AC is very effective. All inclusive serves up a limited alcoholic repertoire, very good iced coffees and the most amazing food

helped us when we forgot our key and when we couldn’t work out how to use the air conditioning in the room came down to the room to show us even though it was late in the evening, Aleks at the bar made the best cocktails and brought the party vibes

Our stay at Filion Suites Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful area with breathtaking views of the mountains — a perfect place to relax and unwind away from the crowds

The hotel is located right by the sea and it is a good location as it is not far from popular tourist attractions. The woman who cleaned the rooms every morning, was always smiling and she was nice to us

You can swim in the sea and in the pool whenever you want, you don’t have to choose one of them. Also, we really enjoyed playing table tennis (to balance the new kilos due to the buffet)
