A great experience this year in June. We spent seven beautiful days, with all we needed at our disposition - all the meals were excellents, a very clean room and the staff was great. We recommend to everyone this amazing hotel, in this charming place of Crete - Bali.

My stay with Filion hotel was one of my best vacations ever. The place is beautiful, every meal is great and the hotel's service is perfect. All the staff members are friendly except one person at reception, who I won't mention here, I believe everyone should be nice. Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and chill vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. Bali Star saved us! Our flight to Heraklion was delayed. We got to our original hotel late. Staying here was absolutely amazing. Got the private pool room, you basically could enjoy the sea from the comfort of your own place. The hosts were extremely attentive, we got extra coffee and they even packed breakfast to go because our flight made us leave at 3 a.m. Definitely a great experience!

Friendly check in. Rooms were nice and comfortable but the view of sea/beach/mountain is the star of the show. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. I think it’s important people know what they’re booking. These are essentially studio apartments with a below average buffet restaurant. I have mixed feelings. If you’re in need of some warm weather and to spend time on a calm beach, this is definitely a great place to book. They cater to a small budget so food choices are edible and a little variation from day to day, but I can’t say anything I ate was “great” and for some reason they have no deserts, apart from ice cream and fruit, I guess that eats in to profit margins too much....

I stayed at the Osmos travelling alone great rooms in a top notch part of Bali, close to the centre and all the beaches. There is a hill to get to it but you can take steps or gradual lane. The views from this hotel are amazing. Rooms are fit for purpose we had everything we needed. Pool area was nice and clean. Food was OK including meat dishes and vegetarian dishes, my two criticisms would be that there wasn't any signs telling you what each dish was, and not a great selection of puddings, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is unbeatable (it’s literally breathtaking no matter which way you look), breakfast is great and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.
