Good: Our room with sea view was spacious and very nice, the a bit more expensive rooms are worth the money. We were glad we didn't book a room with shared pool, because we found out, those would lack a bit of privacy. We had a room in the floor above the pool rooms which was perfect. We were here for 10 days as a couple. All together, a fantastic Hotel Experience, very warm and professional staff, great cocktails made by a talented and experienced bar tender, delicious authentic greek kitchen, big buffet for breakfast and dinner, comfortable beds, big rooms. The initial room that we got was basically a humid basement. Some of the rooms look great, but we had to pay extra so we could move to such a room. Even though the room looked great, it was full of ants. Another problem was the fact that we got soap only from the reception. The food was always fresh and very good. The staff is nice and willing to help.

The hotel is up in the mountains above Bali which makes for a peaceful environment but think a car to get around was needed unless you want to do a lot of walking/use the minibus service to get to and from Bali. We visited in September 2023 for a week. We hired a car, which we would recommend as the island is beautiful and there are so many lovely places to visit. However, if you did just want to stay at the resort it is ideal too, with an easy walk to Bali beach (which we highly recommend). Reception staff have been on point throughout our holiday. Housekeeping, have been very helpful and tidy, bar and restaurant staff have been helpful for my nut allergy; but I would recommend adding a lot more labelling to the dishes as I was unsure if they contained nuts in their recipes. Cute hotel with comfy beds, friendly staff, good breakfast and a nice beach bar. Sun beds on the beach cost 20-30eur extra per day but are free by the pool. The bathrooms in the rooms could use some refurbishment to match the modern look of the hotel, but they were ok.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! Everything was great, but the staff really stood out. I have mixed feelings. If you’re in need of some warm weather and to spend time on a calm beach, this is definitely a great place to book. They cater to a small budget so food choices are edible and a little variation from day to day, but I can’t say anything I ate was “great” and for some reason they have no deserts, apart from ice cream and fruit, I guess that eats in to profit margins too much....
