My husband, daughter and I had the most wonderful stay in Aug/Sep. The food was great. There were lots of pools and our room was lovely. I particularly loved the kids club. Eva, Stella and another lady (sorry I've forgotten her name) took wonderful care of my daughter. It was a very relaxing holiday :)

Enjoyed my stay at the Royal Senses Resort (Hilton Hotel), I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Want to personally thank Eleni T. for always greeting my wife and I with a warm welcome & smile anytime we arrived in the Lobby. It’s the type of customer service that is appreciated. Also found it helpful that the hotel provided COVID testing on site for convenience.

This place was awesome. What they don’t tell you or show good photos of us the amazing water slides! We all had great fun for hours on the slides. Great hospitality and although some people commented on sewage smells - we didn’t notice that problem.

My stay with Filion hotel was one of my best vacations ever. The place is beautiful, every meal is great and the hotel's service is perfect. All the staff members are friendly except one person at reception, who I won't mention here, I believe everyone should be nice. Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and chill vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. We like a quiet holiday so the location was really good for us. The pools and areas were very clean. We were also well and truly entertained every evening whilst enjoying some cocktails.

Not a 5 star! The hot Food was Cold, And not much selection. Staff seemed grumpy except a few waiting staff. Lacked communication. Tatty sunbeds. The only thing good about this hotel was the beach and clean rooms.

I truly recomand this hotel! The food is really tasty, especially the sweets. The rooms have AC and the towels are changed daily. The pool is near to the beach, also it includes a bar. You can swim in the sea and in the pool whenever you want, you don’t have to choose one of them. Also, we really enjoyed playing table tennis (to balance the new kilos due to the buffet).

Very large hotel and grounds. All very clean and well run. Hotel is on a peninsula by itself so you are a bus ride away from a town with bars and tavernas. There are plenty of pools in the hotel grounds and you have access to the beach and safe swimming areas. This place looks the part and the rooms are nice. However, the food whilst it looks good is just kind of bland and the service in the bar very poor with waiters who clearly would rather be somewhere else. Incredibly loud entertainment and fitness events in the main pool were just awful if you want to relax.

Starting from food to entertainment and staff all and all were amazing during our stay. There are different pools which one can use base on his preference and the beaches are all tidy and well equipped. The room was also super clean and equipped with fridge and air conditioner.

Not the best Iberostar hotel, but definitely one of the best in Crete.
