We had a business conference here. It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The local town and shopping was nice and walking distance from the hotel or by the cute blue and white train. Overall a lovely experience and would love to come back in vacation and spend more time exploring the surrounding areas.

Our stay was very pleasant. Upon arrival, guest service staff assisted us and provided complementary welcome drinks. Staff are super professional and welcoming. They also provided bottle of champagne and wine and decorated the bedroom with flowers as they knew it was our honeymoon. They also upgraded our room from one with private pool to a villa free of charge. The breakfast was very rich and yummy...

Lovely setting plenty of room to enjoy the facilities.. Pools, beach & coves. Water sports for everyone.... A little isolated to walk to local hostelries, but there is a cheap "walley trolley" to nearest town for local food & drinks. Staff were amazing, food was for all tastes. Beautiful hotel with direct access to a nice, clean beach. At the hotel you have everything you may need during your stay - pools, gym, restaurants, bars etc. When you are resting by the pool or at the beach, you have a special "fun button" where you can order drinks or snacks. The hotel is very calm. There is a feeling that there are practically no people. Breakfast is a standard European set. Housekeeping is excellent. My husband, daughter and I had the most wonderful stay in Aug/Sep. The food was great. There were lots of pools and our room was lovely. I particularly loved the kids club. Eva, Stella and another lady (sorry I've forgotten her name) took wonderful care of my daughter. It was a very relaxing holiday :)

Enjoyed my stay at the Royal Senses Resort (Hilton Hotel), I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Want to personally thank Eleni T. for always greeting my wife and I with a warm welcome & smile anytime we arrived in the Lobby. It’s the type of customer service that is appreciated. Also found it helpful that the hotel provided COVID testing on site for convenience.

This place was awesome. What they don’t tell you or show good photos of us the amazing water slides! We all had great fun for hours on the slides. Great hospitality and although some people commented on sewage smells - we didn’t notice that problem.

A wonderful, luxurious hotel where you will find pure pleasure while staying there. You will also find great entertainment for your children, a big pool area for kids and a private beach bay. The big variety of food, the very friendly hotel staff and the awesome rooms will make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The hotel offers four pool areas, a nice gym and a lovely spa.

This place looks the part and the rooms are nice. However, the food whilst it looks good is just kind of bland and the service in the bar very poor with waiters who clearly would rather be somewhere else. Incredibly loud entertainment and fitness events in the main pool were just awful if you want to relax.

Starting from food to entertainment and staff all and all were amazing during our stay. There are different pools which one can use base on his preference and the beaches are all tidy and well equipped. The room was also super clean and equipped with fridge and air conditioner.

Not the best Iberostar hotel, but definitely one of the best in Crete.

Very large hotel and grounds. All very clean and well run. Hotel is on a peninsula by itself so you are a bus ride away from a town with bars and tavernas. There are plenty of pools in the hotel grounds and you have access to the beach and safe swimming areas. we had our Honeymoon in this hotel and happened to have my wife's birthday. The hotel manager sent us a birthday cake and bubble wine as gifts. That's touching! Like this hotel, nice location, nice food, nice staff, extraordinary experience. Recommended with 6 stars!

Gorgeous setting and grounds, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is varied and all good quality, something for everyone. Unfortunately the shower in the room is very disappointing.. as a cheap plastic shower curtain and a tiny shower basin.. we have found completely lacking. For an all inclusive, the buffet food was awesome. Room facility was OK, room. cleaning was subpar and not thorough. location is a bit. out but little town has a few restaurants and shops. no real. on site entertainment at night

The staff was extremely warm and professional. It is a very well maintained property and the location is top notch. We traveled with a toddler and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The all inclusive service makes it super convenient.

Hotel is located in a quiet place away from the noise. Perfect choice for couples and for a short relaxing week. We loved the view from the balcony and the large breakfast buffet.

I would definitely suggest a stay here to all the travellers out there. Everything was excellent, very friendly stuff , very clean ... Fresh juice at breakfast and handmade cretan pies! Something to remember.
