Hotel is on a peninsula by itself so you are a bus ride away from a town with bars and tavernas. There are plenty of pools in the hotel grounds and you have access to the beach and safe swimming areas

If you want to visit local towns etc prepare to travel for long periods time. Hotel offers all you need to have a relaxing, stress free holiday. Views amazing where ever you put your sunbed

Main pool can feel busy, but does have activities going on through the day. So we went to the Phaethon bar with pool. Which was quieter but still busy. Great if you sporty lots to do too

Little disappointed that indoor pool was closed on our visit for COVID related reasons, thought those days had passed. Large grounds mean that things don't feel overcrowded

we had our Honeymoon in this hotel and happened to have my wife's birthday. The hotel manager sent us a birthday cake and bubble wine as gifts

Lovely and helpful reception staff and high standard rooms. Brilliant for children with water slides, pools and beach giving lots of variety to do. Amazing high quality and range of food at the buffet

We are currently at the hotel and loving it! Starting with the good part (actually the excellent part): Almost everything is nothing less than perfect, and I have keen eyes to problmetic items The service, the cleanliness, the pools, the dozen bars, the food

Main dining room water dispenser is very far, so it will be closer to the pool, but an additional one closer to the internal sitting space would significantly help Otherwise this is an amazing hotel and would greatly recommend to every family!

The location and the variety of pools made our holiday even more enjoyable. Everything was very clean, and it’s clear that the hotel is committed to environmental awareness. The staff were always polite and helpful

All are amazing! Few things i would recommend changing though: 1. Most important for us: Omelettes and scrambled eggs are based on some terrible egg liquid. It has awful taste and even more terrible aftertaste

The wooden doors are old and have problematic locks. My spouse got locked for few minutes in the toilettes near the main dining room until was able to get out 4. Rooms are dull from design point of view

This is an antiquated and ridiculous rule that needs to be changed ASAP. Special mention also to Nikki at the pool bar who was utterly fantastic- a really caring individual who loves her job a was a joy to be around

Absolutely superb hotel with staff who really care. The hotel is spotless, and we stayed in room 742, a beach front Bungalow. Brilliantly designed with breathtaking view. The room was cleaned every day

The food here is good but my one definite complaint is the ridiculous rule about MEN ONLY have to wear shoes at dinner…utterly ludicrous you have a room full of men in gym shoes rather than some smart sandals

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iberostar Creta Marine. From start to finish, everything was fantastic — the atmosphere, the food, the staff, and the service

This rule is discriminatory as women are allowed sandals and flip flops at dinner. On a warm evening having to wear shoes just ruined my dining experience

Just hope I can wear sandals at dinner next time

The staff went above and beyond to make our trip one to remember and they couldn’t do enough for us, in particular, Vasilis, the Manager made our trip complete

We went for my wife’s birthday, I reached out in advance to make sure we get a private room with a pool. I spoke to the manager Anastasia and she was super helpful and accommodating

The highlight of the trip was the private beach area. It’s well-maintained, calm, and perfect for relaxing or swimming

The personal touch of the candle light set up made the moment truly unforgettable for my partner and me. As ever, the variety of food, hospitality and general luxury of the hotel rounded off whole holiday

All staff were helpful, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond-nothing was ever too much trouble. This stay was particularly special for us, as we got engaged during our holiday

It has its own beach that is sheltered from swell so it's nice and calm. Perfect for kids and snorkelers alike! The restaurants they have are all 5 star and the food is amazing. Highly recommend this resort!

It’s a sweet small hotel run by Stella and her family! Service is great, the food (all home made by Stella herself is fantastic. There are some stairs but no elevator. The pool is as the picture promisses…

fantastic with a breathtaking view! It’s 5min away from the fishersvillage Panormo with lots or great restaurants to choose from. If there is 1 thing i would recommend to change is to keep the bar open in the afternoon

Such a lovely hotel! The hotel owner was very attentive and just the loveliest. The view is amazing and so is the pool and the food! Me and my boyfriend stayed for 10 nights and we will definitely be going back.

The rooms are outdated, with minor repairs needed on the bedside cabinets and light shades falling apart , the toilet seats always coming apart, minor but annoying

the pool area is lovely and quite, smells of at pee,,,the resident cat, looks a bit mad , but it’s got a broken jaw, will be your friend forever if you feed

Breakfast is a military affair, the coffee machine is out the arc , the toaster has special effects , you get the choice of toasted one side if you put bread in the middle two slots and toasted both sides if you use the otter slots, seems the norm going by the staff member explaining it !, needs a bigger toaster , the cereal is horrible, I ended up buying my own and using the yogurt, ( they offered...

There are 3 beaches to choose from, again never too busy, always sunbeds available if you want and free one on the middle beach. The people of Panormo where all lovely

The Greek people working here are very nice! It seems to me they are always ready to do something more for the guests. The view is great. I also like the level of hygiene. There's a small but cosy yard with a pool.

Spacious, clean apartments, friendly people, top service, beautiful homecooked breakfast. Quiet and picture perfect spot on harbour front in the east end of Panormos. Village and beaches in walking distance

We were here end of July, peak season, never had a problem getting a table with fantastic sea views

Marelina Villas is better than we could have imagined, and absolutely perfect for a family looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, despite the peak of the school holidays everything is unhurried and not crowded, the apartments well appointed, clean and comfortable, very helpful friendly staff and plenty of good quality reasonably priced food in the local tavernas

What a find, our accommodation was basic but spotlessly clean, very lovely people in a beautiful part of Crete. Plenty of tavernas to eat/drink st, all within walking distance

Lovely complex, apartments are being up graded to a high standard, we have stayed on a number of occasions and love the place. Pool area is quite and plenty of beds, the owners are welcoming and warm

Very relaxed swimming pool area on the ground floor area and always enough spots of shade to find for people who are not too fond of too much direct sunlight

Very nice studio with all the facilities needed and a terras, in the center of Panormos, near to the supermarkt, pharmacy, bakery and all the restaurants, some rooms have sea view and there is a large pool, Manolis is always available for information and keeps the reception, the garden, pool, the painting and the ducks in exelent shape, i will be back

We had a large room with a well-equipped kitchen and a bit bathroom. The pool was great and the sea wasn't far away. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Nice sized balcony overlooking the pool. The outside space is beautiful with lots of sweet smelling flowers! The pool is a good size and my teenagers had a great time playing on the water and lounging by the pool side

The people of Crete are very friendly and helpful and the island itself is beautiful! Elpis may be a 2 star but it feels like it should be more. Location, staff, rooms, pool are all brilliant!

The nearest beach in about a 3 minute walk - it’s a lovely beach with some water sports which my teenagers loved! The water was clear and beach sandy

The port of Bali beach is about 10mins walk where you can take part in more water sports and boat trips which I highly recommend

Very good services and the host very welcoming, pool is clean and nice, except the rooms which are 2* how they say but can have more because it s clean and they give their best to have a nice holiday! They have a nice doberman, also you can rent cars but from what i saw it s quite expensive compared with others

I like to travel to different places and have never went back to the same place twice however this is the first time and place I would be tempted to return to again! We shared a room for 4 and found there was plenty of space and the room was immaculately clean

Staying here was absolutely amazing. Got the private pool room, you basically could enjoy the sea from the comfort of your own place

Our stay was 7 nights and the room number we stayed in was 203. From the moment we checked in we were greeted by a friendly, hospitable, prompt and helpful staff. We had nothing to complain about this wonderful hotel

Great beach resort with restaurants and local shops on your doorstep. The breakfast was varied and good quality. Ideal if you don't intend to travel around, otherwise you'll need a car rental (plenty of free parking)

We came with our 8-month-old baby and were so touched by how child-friendly and caring everyone was. To our surprise, we even received an upgrade to a room with a private pool, which made our stay extra special

Not a lot to do in the area, and little to no entertainment in the hotel, and you have to pay for the sunbeds on the very small part of the beach for the hotel

Wow! Stunning hotel, peaceful, clean everything you could ask for from an Adults only hotel, the rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels provided as well as pool/beach towels

Room 114 has a balcony big enough to accommodate about 10 loungers and a view that you won't tire of in a hurry, day or night, unfortunately it's 52 steps up from reception/bar

Bali Diamond is a fabulous hotel right on the beach. We had a sea view room with a stunning view, this did mean a lot of stairs to get there but it was worth it! There are lifts if you need them though

Because of the geography, the hotel is built on a slope and therefore consists of a series of levels connected by a series of confusing stairs and lifts. Also confusing is the absence of a pool bar (lovely pool)

You can either have a really chilled quiet holiday here or there's access to water sports, boat trips and activities- we did a quad bike tour to see more of the area

Very clean and minimalistic design of rooms and great breakfasts by the pool. Snack bar bellow serves great smoothies and goat ice cream - we will for sure come back ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at Troulis Apartment. The hotel itself is stylish, cozy, and very conveniently located. The hotel staff deserves a special mention – they are really friendly and attentive

It’s just about a 20-minute walk to a truly beautiful beach , but if you don’t feel like walking, there’s another beach literally a minute down the road – super convenient! Right nearby we also discovered a great café we fell in love with, Psaropoúla – highly recommend checking it out

We just visited here and stayed for one week , the location was amazing, just 2 minute from the most nice beach from Bali. The service was amazing , people were so warm and caring, we felt like it as home

Stuff is a highlight: Konstantinos and Nicolas from the reception were really helpful with everything! If you have a late flight you can use hotel facilities like bathroom, shower, pool with no problem

Clean rooms, daily cleaning. The bathroom stinks a little but it is manageable if you leave the fan on. Great service, friendly personel and owner, good breakfast. Amazing sea view. Recommended

On the beach, almost all the space is occupied by sun loungers, for which you have to pay. There are many sea urchins living in the rocks - I advise you to use shoes for swimming

It is worth paying attention if you do not like walking up and down. I do not consider this a disadvantage, especially since the upper floors have a wonderful view of the sea and mountains

After 2 night we could move to seaview rooms (what we booked) and for a compensation, we had a free late-checkout

Eva, Dimitri and the extended family made me very welcome from Day 1. Returning after a year’s break it felt like visiting family again. The hotel is always clean and tidy and nothing is too much trouble for the staff

The room we had was large and spacious, with tea making facilities and a fridge, whilst the pool area was incredibly clean and tidy and we never had a problem finding a sunbed, and the poolside bar open from 10

Food is not your regular all inclusive buffet; its all freshly made to order; choice of a dozen options for lunch, and three or four for dinner served in the taverna which is 300 m away on the private beach

Eva, Demitri and all the Staff make you feel like family. For a 3 star hotel this place is 1st class. My wife and I run our own catering business and understand food and the food here is outstanding

Dimitri runs the restaurant and is passionate about his food, as well as being immensely proud of its source (quite often his own farm) and the fact that it is traditional Greek recipes

Eva runs the hotel, and is a font of knowledge, if she does not have the answer immediately she will find it for you, and if she does not have the appropriate map she will draw you one

The service was outstanding—every staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They really go above and beyond to take care of the guests

Clean and good value for money

Not a 5 star! The hot Food was Cold, And not much selection. Staff seemed grumpy except a few waiting staff. Lacked communication. Tatty sunbeds. The only thing good about this hotel was the beach and clean rooms.

This an amazing place to which i hope to return many times. The warm friendly service,the beautiful hotel with all the modern conveniences provided such a wonderful place to relax and soak in some delightful Greek culture

I truly recomand this hotel! The food is really tasty, especially the sweets. The rooms have AC and the towels are changed daily. The pool is near to the beach, also it includes a bar

The hotel has exceptional service, the waiters work great, the food was beyond praise, the pool is clean, the sea is clean, the entry into the water is smooth, the water is blue, the sandy beach is clean

You can swim in the sea and in the pool whenever you want, you don’t have to choose one of them. Also, we really enjoyed playing table tennis (to balance the new kilos due to the buffet)

If you don't care about delicious hotel food, I recommend this place. Places close to the hotel serve delicious food. On the private balcony with a pool there was a big circle on the side wall

The staff were incredible, always friendly and wearing a smile! Especially Adrianna and Anastasio who treat you more like family than guests. Even in the peak seasons, there's always space inside the pool

The hotel is located not even a 10 minute walk to the beach and supermarket, along with all the taverns with delicious food

As a family we spent 10 days at Radamanthys hotel. To start off, the apartments are great with enough space for the whole family. The entire hotel was clean and well taken care of

There is also lovely beaches in the area the nearest being just a 10 minute walk with sun loungers to hire and a beach bar/toilets etc

Stayed in these lovely apartments 4th October ( room **) the apartment was really spacious with a lovely view , all the staff where really helpful and cheerful

The receptionist/bartender, Anastazy here is very knowledgeable on all the wonderful sites you can visit in Crete. He's extremely friendly and approachable. The pool is very clean and the sunbeds were always available
