Basic, great location but they should renew the rooms a bit, overall good value for money. We were staying there a couple of times and the impression is that it is a bit stagnating lately. The owner Marcos is a town legend, very polite, welcoming and a good man.

Nice place and very clean, location close to beach and restaurants, they even have their own restaurant, Mamas place with awesome food. Markos is such a nice host, willing to help with everything. I would surely come again.

Great staff and pool and spa facilities.
Good location though the walk to town was tough up and down the hill.
Anita was a great host and looked after us all exceptionally. Also allowed a late check out which was awesome with the kids.

Decent hotel near Perissa beach, however although he tries his best Marko's english isn't the best which makes hotel queries or issue management difficult. The pool is clean, restaurant good but value for money poor. Unfortunately the air conditioner leaks without changing the water jug each day (which is understandable however notification would have been appreciated)

Perfect hotel.Rooms were very clean.Very good food and a great family also they make you feel like a member of their family.Clean swiming pool.Nice smiles and kindees.Thank you for making our vacation more beautiful.We love this hotel we hope too see you next years.THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Very nice and clean environment, 5 mins walk to black sand beach, the restaurant Mama's food is also very delicious, we were here 3 days in a row and meet the host everyday.

It's a very nice place if you are on a budget but want to be still near to the beach! It's nothing fancy but the family who runs it will make you feel at home! They also have a nice restaurant where they cook daily fresh meals, in case you don't feel like moving to get food! For sure recommended!
