We stayed here for a week in August. Bed and breakfast- plenty to choose from with the breakfast. Our room was pretty basic, but still had what we needed. Air con was a saviour, without it would have been unbearable. Shower was a touch hit and miss, cold then hot then cold again- but not really a big deal. The hotel is great, the rooms aren't exactly modern, but they have everything you need, reception is extremely helpful and everything you could possibly need is a walkable distance away, the only downside is that the shower water (hot tap) is salt water.

Basic yet comfortable accommodation. Very nicely presented from the outside and only 20 or so rooms so never felt crowded or too anonymous. Beautiful views of the mountains behind Perissa and some very friendly cats on site.

A great, sweet hotel, very friendly host and staff. It is cleaned daily and requests are responded to in a very friendly manner. It is a very quiet environment, I slept well here because the beds are very comfortable. I also recommend the bakery which is open 24/7 and is just 5 minutes away.

First impression was this cannot be a 2 star hotel. Nice little petite hotel very close to the beach. 1st morning here and we love this place already.

Nice beach with long walking trail. You can also ride around on an ATV here, or sit under an umbrella and take in the ocean with a nice beverage. Decent selection of restaurants as well as bars. Bus is very much not on schedule, so be prepared for long waits.

Love this beach. Out of season it is quiet and very chilled. Fallen asleep twice here after enjoying a few beers and food at places along the front.

We are GaGa for Gla Gla. Perfect location in the heart of Kamari in walking distance to the seafront and restaurants. Friendly staff that are happy to go the extra mile for you as well. We were so overwhelmed in our stay, the staff were so kind, friendly and approachable. Had an excellent stay in one of their apartments. The apartment had everything needed to accommodate a family. The hotel is located very close to the beach, so that's a big plus. Definitely recommended.

The best is the location. Just some steps from the beach and many restaurants and shops around. However not a good place to rest nor sleep

Didn’t stay in apartments but my favourite bar. The staff are all friendly and accommodating and serve drinks at your sunbed on the beach, and the lunch was always well presented and tasty. Also reasonably priced....definitely worth a visit or two 😊

Awesome location! Staff is amazing, very helpful. Rooms were clean, good wifi, small market across the street has everything you need to cook in apartment. Close to shops, atv rentals, salon, bars and great restaurants. Our big family enjoyed it!

Great location and super friendly staff. Small shower with no curtain so impossible to not get water everywhere. Breakfast was not worth the price at all. Overall extremely satisfied with out stay.

Literally 2 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the village center on a very quiet alley away from the noise. The rooms are very clean, specious and well equipped with excellent sound proofing! The pool is hidden in the back and offers full privacy. The staff members have been helpful and accommodating (Artemis thank you for everything!). Great location, service, breakfast and customer service. Arranged for a taxi pick up and drop at airport with competitive rates. Extended the check out time for an hour as we had flight delay. Beach is few seconds walk from the property and the Prince restaurant around has some great options + you get 10% discount if staying in Makris. Overall a fun filled stay with family.

Located in an incredible place, it hurts that the beach has no benefits for guests, since if you want to use a deck chair, you have to pay. The excellent breakfast. Beautiful space to have breakfast looking at the sea. The hotel is in a pedestrian block, you can NOT pass by car. If you do, they call your attention in a bad way

Excellent location. Cleaning 10 points. The room looked like an apartment, very large and with a filter coffee maker that allowed us to have coffee 24 hours a day. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning and varied from day to day. The personal assistance is very good. I would stay there again

Agree with other reviewers’ comments on the merits but I have seen no one mentioned the music from the Prince so I guess it’d be helpful to some to point it out. We have the ocean-view suite which is according to the staff the most expensive room in this hotel. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at... Such a warm, family feel which is true, honest and humble... It's not "5 star" in your traditional sense but it's immaculate in service and well up there. The family that run it make this 6 star in my opinion... We didn’t stay at this hotel but visited late this evening because we were desperately searching for a taxi to take us back to our Airbnb and couldn’t find anything. The receptionist was so kind and called someone to pick us up who was there within 15 minutes. She didn’t need to do this as we weren’t her guests, but clearly took pity on the exhausted looking pregnant lady 😅 the hotel looks beautiful...

We stayed at hippocampus from 9th to 16th if July. The rooms and the whole structure are delicious. Position is perfect work, in the best part of Kamari. We felt like home with our hosts being so kind all the time.

We stayed in room 104 for a week where we had an amazing time. It was calm and quiet with a perfect view on the back pool. All receptionist ladies were ever so kind and helpful. Wasn't the best of stats to be honest. The first room we had smelled quite bad so the guy running the place moved us to another. The staff are all amazing and nothing is too much trouble. This hotel needs some improvement. However, in simple terms it does what it says on the tin. The hotel is nice and clean. The service is good and they will help you with any question you have. Our room had a beautiful view at the mountain! There's a nice pool and bar to chill in the summer heat. And for the beach lovers, the beach is about 5 to 10 minutes walk and there are verry nice restaurants. Very happy we ended up at Beach Botique Hotel. The staff was amazing. They were fun to be around, hung out near the bar and pool and we felt like friends. Right on the beach road with all the shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Room was small but we had a patio and sea view. Would definitely stay there again.

The property not only its well located in the middle of the Kamira. In addition, it's closed to the beach with all sort of restaurants and shops walkable. All the staff (Receptionists, breakfast, Chambermaids) are all marvellous. Very kind and welcomers.

A lovely small hotel in a convenient area for shops, restaurants and sea front. We had 2 deluxe rooms which were nice.The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I really appreciated that they got in gluten free bread for me. The pool was quite large and very clean, with toilets and bar.

Everything was excellent, from the location close to the bus stop, stores and beach, to the hotel itself and the host. Kamari beach is right behind the hotel. The pool was also a nice addition. It may not be the most modern hotel, but for the price, it was more than a great find. It’s also a quiet area, even though it’s not that far away from the airport.
