Firstly, this is a great hotel, with fabulous staff and very clean grounds. I am struggling to understand why folks would write a bad review on this hotel. Check In at reception was easy enough, however you cannot get to your room until 1500 hrs. There is a place to change and leave your luggage in a safe place. We stayed here for a week in August. Bed and breakfast- plenty to choose from with the breakfast. Our room was pretty basic, but still had what we needed. Air con was a saviour, without it would have been unbearable. Shower was a touch hit and miss, cold then hot then cold again- but not really a big deal. The hotel is great, the rooms aren't exactly modern, but they have everything you need, reception is extremely helpful and everything you could possibly need is a walkable distance away, the only downside is that the shower water (hot tap) is salt water.

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout. Basic yet comfortable accommodation. Very nicely presented from the outside and only 20 or so rooms so never felt crowded or too anonymous. Beautiful views of the mountains behind Perissa and some very friendly cats on site.

Really a nice hotel in a good position, in front of a big parking place, two steps far from Perissa beach via a little (but dirty and dark) street. It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food. Front desk super nice, you can buy a tour or taxi directly with them.

This hotel was so good and quite. Location is perfect, in just 100m you can have the beach, restaurants, cooffe shops, bars etc. We had also a very nice balcony where couples with kids (as we are) can use for any drink at night :)

We stayed for 3 days and this was a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants, and bus stop to go to Fira or Oia. I booked our first trip to Santorini for my husband’s birthday, we arrived at the hotel around 9.30 in the evening to a very friendly and warm reception, I am disabled so we were given a ground floor room with a beautiful all in shower and large balcony. We stayed at the amaryllis hotel for 5 nights and it was a clean and cosy family run hotel. We had a ground floor room that overlooked the pool which was very clean and airy and plenty of space (could of done with a long mirror) . The breakfast had a few changes each day and lots of choice. I personally did not stay at the hotel. However my family and I ate at the restaurant and they were so kind and funny. The best pizzas in Perissa and the pancakes and waffles were delicious. Marcus in particular was very friendly and made our day with his sense of humour!

The owner is the best host we have ever had. She is super kind and friendly. The hotel also exceeded all our expectations; it is very close to the beach (the best part of Perissa Beach). The room was cleaned every day. Last but not least, the breakfast was great and was one of the things we enjoyed every day in Santorini.

A great, sweet hotel, very friendly host and staff. It is cleaned daily and requests are responded to in a very friendly manner. It is a very quiet environment, I slept well here because the beds are very comfortable. I also recommend the bakery which is open 24/7 and is just 5 minutes away.

Our room was spacious. The bathroom needs some mainetance and the air conditioner did not reach the upper level. Other than that it was quite nice - they gave us clean towels and sheets everyday. It is spotless and beautiful Spindoula and the chap who does the rooms are really lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming people.
