Short walk to beach and bars Hotel WiFi good- all info is provided in leaflet given on arrival by charming and very helpful reception staff , incredible that they are multilingual so good communication with other nationalities than English

All staff generally friendly and helpful Breakfast fabulous - huge spread of sweet and savoury with small changes daily - good variety so different choices made each day of our stay

Also keep in mind hotel is not at the beach, but you need to walk 5-6 minutes to reach the black sand main beach (which I did not like but this is a personal opinion). On the beach front, lots of affordable good eateries

The pool area and bar was amazing and the breakfast variety good too. The staff were very friendly and polite. Our first room we didn’t like so we were changed to a different room hassle free that was perfect

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel - the rooms were nice, with great view and cozy terrace. The manager and the receptionists really did try to accommodate our needs and made our stay pleasant and relaxed.

Beautiful place to stay nearby the beach. There is free WiFi all across the hotel (pretty good). Two water pools inside the hotel and black sand beach (with beds available) in front of the hotel

Pleasant place but rooms a little noisy and bed and pillows too firm. Food good and staff very nice.

The stuff is so nice, every one making sure you have a beautiful stay. Two pools, great buffet breakfast, very nice bar and restaurant. Sakys makes delicious drinks, make sure you try his capirinias 🙂

Nice place just a few steps from the Sea. Two pools,even a small library / mistery /. If you think about the loosing a weight here - Forget about it !! Just enjoy that Greek special!

Very different kind of hotel.. felt like I was staying over at my grandmother's house.. very simple hotel, beautiful simple breakfast and the lovely people that run the place made me feel like family, loved it

Quiet place, not far from center, close to the beach, very friendly people, clean, comfortable rooms, perfect place for leisy holiday on Aegean Sea.

There is a good choice of breakfast for the size of the hotel and always fresh. Location is excellent you are a 2 min walk from the beachfront and 5 mins to the main road through perrissa

The hotel also booked a couple of excursions for us - the wine tour was particularly great - and the staff made lots of good recommendations. Selection at breakfast was really good

What an absolutely beautiful and friendly place to stay. I’d 100% book Meltemi village if we were to return to Perissa. Depending on room, the one we had was on the side of the sunset

Perissa beach is within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and so are supermarkets, bakeries, grocery shops etc. The staff is super friendly and helpful. An excellent choice for vacations!

You have a view to the mountain and the amazing pool The food is great, same with the drinks, lots of variations at the breakfast that you can take The bus station is 30m away from the hotel

Great location and super friendly staff. In front of the hotel there are lots of quad/moto rental places. Strongly recommend it.

It is about 40 minutes from Oia and about 30 minutes from the port. So you should hire a vehicle (rent bike & car is almost next door). There are many eating and bar options just outside this hotel

Our stay at Kouros Village Hotel was an ideal choice for experiencing the best of Santorini, a great base for exploring the island with convenient bus connections to Fira and Oia

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to the sandy beach. Also everything is nice and clean here. We had the best holiday in Santorini!

She had such a positive and uplifting energy and gave us a rundown of what there is to see and do on the island, and even recommended a restaurant off the beaten path that was phenomenal! The resort itself was in a very quiet neighborhood just a 2 minute walk to the beach

Situated in Perissa, the hotel offers easy access to the famous black sand beach, although a word of caution regarding the lava plate concealed by the sea water, this is very slippery if you are going for a swim in the sea

The hotel is located perfectly for the beach and restaurants, and is beautiful and clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful which makes the holiday so relaxing

The good: nice folks running the front desk and they try to be helpful; nice, well-kept pool, pool area and pool bar; breakfast was good with many options; a few minutes walk to Perissa Beach and beach restaurants

The not so good: rooms are simple looking, old furniture, low to the ground beds, low quality mattresses (could feel the springs). Probably would not stay here again if in Santorini

Basic rooms , the mattress/bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Room needed a good clean and bit of maintenance.

ALL staff were so nice and helpful couldn't do enough for us, we were bed and breakfast which never done before in Greece the staff were so nice one day we got the time wrong and we still got fed the food was lovely and I loved the Greek yoghurt, spot on we had a lovely appartment with pool view brill room 40

The hotel is great, the rooms aren't exactly modern, but they have everything you need, reception is extremely helpful and everything you could possibly need is a walkable distance away, the only downside is that the shower water (hot tap) is salt water

We got a bargain the beach was close to. Well done and thanks to all of you clean room to can't fault anything. Book and go you will love it there xxx

We had a wonderful week long stay. It was our first holiday with our five month old baby so we were looking for somewhere accessible, relatively peaceful with good size rooms

The sun beds and pool were of a good quality and generally well maintained. The only thing that stopped me rating this place 5 stars, was the comfort of the bed in our room

The rooms were very modern and spacious. We had our own jacuzzi plunge pool and sun loungers in a private terrace outside our room, which was very nice. The staff were polite and helpful

This can be a bit confusing when trying to find the Meltemi excelsior suites, especially as there is also a hotel called Meltemi Suites in a different part of Perissa

The hotel is less than 5 min walk from the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel shares its reception, pool and bar with Meltemi Village

It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food

Had the breakfast one day which was continental and had a nice selection. Pool is lovely with some sunbeds and plenty of chairs by the pool

The location is near black sand beach and there are many good restaurants. Rooms are good and the hotel service is very accommodating. Enjoyed the stay.

A good place to use as a base whilst you explore Santorini

The rooms were kept neat and clean. The breakfast in the morning has a variety of options. Better to stay in perissa than in fira and oia, as those locations may be more crowded and not close to any beaches

I stumped upon this wonderful place when I was escaping from a horrible hostel. One of the older gentleman in charge was so accommodating, despite that it was 2 am when I found this place

Breakfast isn't too over the top but definitely filling. The rooms are fantastic and they do a great job keeping them clean. Would highly recommend this lovely place!

The food is excellent for a hotel, maybe a tiny bit dearer than what I normally pay for food, but for convenience, it's good

The bus stop is a minute walk away, the beach is about ten and the large local shop does a pick up/drop off service, so very handy. Quiet area, nice views and a great stay here

The owners warm,always available inspite of having a small baby n stays in the same compound. The breakfast was good and wholesome. It's a short walk from the main bus station in Perissa. The place was spotlessly clean

The location is quite far from Fira and Oia where you could see the white and blue picturesque view of what you expect when you heard the word "Santorini" nonetheless this place is a good value for money

The hotel is run by a lovely family who are all very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is great with lots of choice and the rooms are very comfortable and all have balconies or terraces

The hotel is not directly at the sea, however it's just a few minutes of walking to the beach

We love The Best! We first came here in 2011 and returned in 2024. The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The location is great, close to Perissa Beach which is relaxed compared to other places in Santorini.
