The Best Apart-hotel

I love staying at The Best. Vasilis, the owner, is so kind and always willing to chat or provide insight. This was my third time visiting the island and I like Perissa because it is less crowded than other parts of the island. Overall, another lovely trip, and I’ll stay here again next time.

We love The Best! We first came here in 2011 and returned in 2024. The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The location is great, close to Perissa Beach which is relaxed compared to other places in Santorini.

Had a great experience at this hotel me and my family are very happy with Vasili hospitality,he even gave us coffee and beverages for free before leaving he always smiles and in a good mood
Rooms and pool are clean the seaside is 5 minutes walking nothing more you can ask for a Holiday!

For the third time I was visiting Santorini, my beloved Perissa and of course Hotel The Best. And again I was warmly welcomed, the conditions in the hotel were perfect and once again the owners filled me with joy and positive emotions- made me addicted to this magical place! Great family run hotel a five minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with basic amenities. Each room has its own terrace with seats and a clothesline. There is a lovely pool area. Maria and Vasilis make you feel like you have known them forever. You need to bring your own toiletries as shampoo and other items are not provided which is reasonable given the low tariff. I would book again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time! Very friendly & hospitable. Right next to the beach! Our room had a very cool private patio and also a shared roof terrace

My favourite place in Santorini.This hotel has soul , good energy and spirit. It was my second time in hotel the Best and I feel here like I’m home.Thank you Maria and mister Vassilis for everything-special ,good people few of them left in nowadays.They make all there guests to feel like in heaven.If you are searching for luxury-not Your place, if you are looking for something simple,cozy,romantic ,relaxing and special then you will find it in this hotel.

Loved our stay at The Best, wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect location in Perissa, a nice quiet area of Santorini with plenty of restaurants, ATV hire & a nice shopping strip along the beach. Beautiful black beaches around that aren’t packed.
Our room was clean & had a beautiful rooftop terrace. The hotel also features a nice big pool with a bar & lounge chairs. Such a peaceful property.
The staff are phenomenal. They made us feel right as home the second we got there. They had great recommendations and were extremely helpful with transfers & holding onto our luggage.

Great place with swimming pool. There is salty water all around Santorini, which is normal being an island. Value for money with very pleasant and helpful host.
